Doesn’t age well but enjoyed the entertaining aspect of going back in time to a place where someone was creating a protocol on how to perform crystal energy therapy. I liked learning how they did it although not very clear instructions. Was a bit prescriptive and rushed in places leaving me with a sense of ‘ok?’ 🤭
