I am curious whether reading Raheem's subsequent book (publ 2014) will both encompass the solid material in this book (publ 2000) and fill in its deficits.

In the intervening 20y quantum physics has evolved to unified physics (Nassem Haramein), hence much of the vaporous wonderings of why this or that is now tethered to scientific research.

I have been inhabiting the space of fact gathering and weaving liminal fabric to join the metaphysical to the physical---because it really is all one. I no longer receive much value in works that posit what I have already accepted as fact.

As an example: Pollack's seminal work on the 4th phase of water is incorporated for further application in the Inner Power of Stillness by Filmer et al, this is valuable.

Raheem's book has value in presentations of the meridians as it relates to acupressure. There is little value when the book discusses "soul" "mind" et cetera. The offerings there is too in substantial.

disclosure: I read this book as part of preparation for taking an acupressure workshop.
