Rate this book
When pretty lady vet Cyn Burke turns up at Denali National Park to give the bark rangers, that's the canine rangers of the park, their check-ups, Jake Cloud falls head over heels in love and knows right away she is his fated mate. But when Cyn meets his twin, Sloan, while he's away training his own sled dogs, Jake returns home to find that his brother has fallen in love with his mate. The legend of twin shifters sharing a mate can't be true! But it is, and what's more, there's something that makes Cyn even more irresistible to the warring brothers. She's a shaman. When their happily ever after finally comes around after weeks of fights to the death and missing their fated mate, the Cloud brothers face a vengeful duo on the Iditarod trail who want to deliver a heaping dose of payback. The twin beta wolves of the Denali pack have the chance at a blissful ever after with their one fated mate in this adventure-filled third installment of The Shifters of the Midnight Sun series.

Twice the Bite is a great book to read!! The things that happened to Jake, Sloan and Cyn made this book hard to put down once I started reading it. Imagine twin wolf shifters and one female vet finding out that they are true mates. Sibling rivalry, true mates, menage and much more are included in this book. Set in Alaska, this book was written in a way that made me be able to picture everything that was going on without any difficulty. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who enjoys shifter books.

Fate can't be ignored

An instant connection with not one but two shifters - unexpected in a good way. Unfortunately the twin brothers, while they also feel the connection, are at odds with each other. Loved that this story was well developed and not just bam they make up. Enjoyed!

It had potential to be great, twins fated mates to h, vet. Trouble is their wolves don't want to share, so they fight. It got a bit silly, for some reason because she is a shaman, it makes their wolves less able to share. They finally do menage, not steamy at all, a big focus on washing! The writing was not engaging.

New Vet who steals Jake and Sloans heart at first site. Will the legend preceed itself, or will the brothers be able to resist the lure of old and break the sharing of a mate? Only time and reading will tell. This is one hot PNR story with a lot of shed tears and happiness to boot. Grab a copy today :-)

Decent

This was a decent story. Some part were rushed over with the author telling what happened next instead of telling it from the characters' pov.
The angst of choosing a brother got old so I skimmed those parts.
I did like the way the Alpha let them work it out on their own without forcing them to behave.

I don't mind insta-love so much in shifter stories, the whole fated mate thing works for me. The thing I can't stand is insta-affection and familiarity. In this case the dialogue was super awkward and everyone's reaction to things were hard to believe...even in this world of suspended reality. This just was not for me.

I highly recommend this book to all the paranormal lovers- readers out there.

I love this book. It is also a very interesting read. Especially when she finds out she has two mates. The internship of the characters as the story is told, where it has humorous spots, along with dad spots. A bit of a mystery too. I highly recommend this book.

Shifters and Romance

This was a very good book. It has romance, drama, shifters with a hint of suspense. The characters are well developed and found myself feeling their emotions. It's a fast read with some steamy scenes.

Interesting take on twin shifters and what sharing a mate would entail.

Well written with an eye to detail about Alaska, the Iditarod Trail, mushers and their sled dogs, and other Alaskan animals. Two Forest Rangers and their bark ranger teams are prominent in the tale.

Amazing

This books had just the right amount of drama go with the romance. The story made me smile and laugh, then groan in disappointment at the actions.

Great...

Story. Lots of action, love and good old romance. This writing is a different take on wolves, humans and other supernaturals. I really enjoy the different and new ways.

Twice the Bite

If you love shifters and smoke got scenes then you will love this book. Jake and Sloan being identical twins were always been told they would share a mate but they never believed it. Until Cyn, now they have to find a way to share.
