Bullet points on what your morning, evening and work routine should look like.
Even though I had my own routine, I am adding some key points from the book such as journaling.
Recommended especially to those who are starting the work.

A remarkable short read

It is a quick and easy short read about creating routines and sustaining them. The book talks about 4 major points- Evening routine,Morning routine, Work routine & Energy renewal routine.
The book guides and talks about the importance of routines and how one can benefit from it.
It talks about inculcating the daily rituals which thereby creates a path for us to achieve our desired goals.
I definitely recommend this book to all.

Picked this one up over the weekend because I have been looking to refine my daily routine lately. This was a quick and easy read, and has actionable advice that can be incorporated in daily life. The main takeaway of this book is that the focus should be on the process rather than the outcome

A daily routine is a snapshot of your life, and this book breaks it down into 4 subcategories

- Morning routine
- Work routine
- Energy renewal routine
- Evening routine

This book is a crisp rehashing of popular ideas from other self help books, and given the amount of self-help books that we are surrounded with, I don't mind reading a smaller one that gives me the crux of them all.

To be fair, it did give me some pointers that I would like to incorporate in my daily life and I particularly appreciate the fact that this is totally factual and not at all preachy (I hate that in self-help books!)

Take cold shower to increase testosterone, boost immune system and get energized

Use sleeping apps to wake up and the end of the sleep cycle. Typical sleep cycle lasts for 90 minutes and includes deep sleeping (slow waves sleeping) and REM (dreaming fase)

A do's and don'ts description

The book has some good tips for making one's day productive, and on how to maintain the energy level required for high productivity. However, the description is just like a do's and don'ts list. There are proofreading errors and an unnecessary repetition of ideas in close proximity at some places.

Very unreal techniques

I started reading this book considering it will provide some tailored tips to create a routine. However the solution mentioned here is very common like no gadgets prior to sleep.

Example of Steve Jobs, etc for the shirts they wear for office. Has very higher expectations but this book didn't achieve those.

The book is a short read and provides a quick revision as such to create an ultimate daily routine. It is a condensed form of a number of tips and tricks out there for the same. It provides all the tips in one go instead of having to read separate books on each and every tip. On the other hand, the points leave little impact.

A short but powerful book on creating a winning routine

This book helps you see the importance of following routines to maximize your success. While most people are familiar with the importance of a morning routine the book also points out the importance and benefits of having an evening routine where you debrief your day and plan for tomorrow. A worthwhile read.

A good summary of a lot of other self help books, boiled down to a crisp. A short read. It gives good routines & talks about techniques like pomodoro etc . Helpful for someone who is not exposed to these ~ so this can be used for gifting purposes. For someone who is already in productivity reading, all this would be known and this is just a crisp summary

Succinct book that brings it all together!

This is the second book by Dominic Mann that I have read. They are great books that succinctly offer excellent, practical techniques that increase productivity and well-being. I'm heading to the Kindle Store now to look for another of his worthwhile books.

Short but sweet

Nothing new here but presented in a clear and concise fashion that makes it easy to digest. Slightly taken aback by the use of shooting and killing people as a metaphor though.

Good basic book

Does exactly what the title says. Not bulked out like previous books I have read.

A good set of basic instructions with some good examples and you will not be overwhelmed with loads of charts and theories.

Concise and precise

I would recommend this to anyone who wants a short brush up on the things. The book is short and could be completeted in an hour. Eveything is concised version of many other productive books. But it seems effective. It all depends on the reader.

Too basic and written more as an essay than a book

Covers all the basic points and put them out straight
However all that has been written is too basic and just laid out like a dry read.
Not for my liking.
