I love Courtney Clark, I saw and met her at a Conference I attended in October 2017 in Las Vegas, and she was amazing. All of her personal struggles, and ambition is something I can somewhat relate to, but she is a survivor and warrior. She was absolutely BEAUTIFUL, and has so much to be proud and thankful for! This book is great--especially if you're looking for a pick me up!

Some excellent insight as to the psychology behind why we keep ourselves from being successful to change and obstacles.

There are six states of struggle:

If you’re feeling depressed, hopeless, helpless and not in control you might be experiencing Powerlessness
If you are feeling confused, upended and out of sorts, you might be experiencing Change
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, overloaded, exhausted or burned out, you might be experiencing Chaos
If you’re feeling angry irritated and offended, you might be experiencing Conflict
If you’re feeling unimportant, unsuccessful, unwanted, excluded or heartbroken, you might be experiencing Rejection
If you’re feeling like you life is threatened or you health is bad, you might be experiencing Illness or injury

Courtney is an outstanding speaker! I met and heard Courtney this summer at our DKG international convention in New Orleans. I’m thoroughly enjoying her book about change, how we approach it, and her thoughtful recommendations for success.
