A few years ago, Mark Mason's article "7 Strange Questions That Help You Find Your Life Purpose" got me interested in his blog. Manson has a very easy-going way to give great advice relevant to important aspects of life. I think the strength of his writing lies in clearly putting into words what much of us instinctively already know but are unable of conceptualizing and therefore cannot reflect upon. This short e-book is not the exception.

In less than 1-hour read, this book broadly mentions key issues to address in the dynamics we have in a relationship (of any kind) and gives a couple of practical exercises to manage our feelings and how we relate them to others.

Take into account that there aren't a lot of specifics- I believe this e-book can be a good introduction to a lot more further reading. Nevertheless, I'm glad I took a little time to read it.

Simple, yet explaining basics of conflicts: reasons and solutions. Quite frequent cases, apparently.

Can be applied in general relations as well. Should be summarized and read once a year or upon a need.
