Impressive!
Does prospecting for FSBO's make you cringe? Its probably because you need a better plan and this book will help with that! Stop using the same old scripts and hoping and wishing they work ! Get in the FSBO game -start with this book!

Good primer on building a FSBO business
Jason provides a very good framework to begin building a business for yourself in the FSBO Market. I like his script framework and how he emphasized the things that are most important.

Great read for newer agents
I loved his no nonsense approach to listing presentations. I do mostly the same 40 min listing appointment. He is on target.

Amazing
Stumbled upon this book and couldn't put it down. His 53 strategies for more listings is a great read as well.
