Some good basic information on Tai Chi. However, it would be difficult to learn the moves and form from the pictures and descriptions.

even though i practice tai chi 4 some years now,
i feel at times a need 2 go back 2 the basics; not the actual movements but the philosophy and way of life behind it
i feel i need more background at times and this book is pretty simple..can't hurt.
