Bien structuré. Cependant, son contenu doit être mise en application sur plusieurs séances. Alors je conseille mieux de l'acheter que de le louer. Pour avoir à la porté tous les conseils.

One day I'll use this book. Until then, it remains one of the best reiki/chi kung books I'veread.
