« Un vacancier hollandais photographie un vacher polonais. Une dizaine de secondes pour ajuster l'objectif, pas assez pour faire connaissance. L'un croit avoir croqué le portrait d'un autochtone authentique, lui sourit et le remercie. L'autre ne perd pas une minute, car un bon vacher doit traire plus de vingt vaches, matin et soir.»
