Pacific Northwest Bears #8

Rainier: Rochon Bears

Rate this book
In the middle of History of Feminism, stood the woman he would die for, the woman he would worship until the end of time.

His mate.
As a member of one of the oldest Shifter clans in the Pacific Northwest, Rainier Rochon was out of his element in Seattle, but it was nothing that a trip back to Apex and running through the woods with his bear couldn’t fix. He had a plan for his life, and he was right on track to achieve everything he had set out to. Graduating and returning home to work in the family business was all he ever planned. Simple.

The Fates, however, have aligned to throw a wrench in his painstakingly planned academic goals. There’s something different about the TA for his newest class. He can’t escape the fact that there is  more to Quinnlynn Sutter, something that will change his life, and hers, forever. Even though being with Quinn is the most natural thing in the world, he’s keeping a secret from her that could ruin everything.

His bear raged for her, called to her, but how could he tell her the truth?

Whether she wants to admit it or not, Quinn is rigid. The last thing she needs is a distraction like Rain, especially when he comes with a set of ultimatums that she can’t resist challenging. She can’t deny the magnetic pull she feels whenever he is close by, and the unexplainable ache she feels when they are apart. But he’s too intense, too close... and the last thing she wants is to lose sight of her dreams, or let someone else control her future.

This physically pains me to say, but I hated this book. I kinda enjoy some of the other Rochon books, so I thought I would give this a try....
It's rare to find a story in which I didn't care for neither the hero or the heroine. Speaking of the latter, she really was wicked annoying.
(I'm sure this stems from the writer's complete lack of understand about feminism.) This girl went from hot to cold, back to hot then lukewarm. At some point, it became annoying. It was as if the hero had to fight to get her to admit the most basic of simple admissions. In the end, I was really turned off by the misrepresentation of feminism in the book.
First, a woman can be a feminist and still can appreciate being in a loving relationship with a man. She won't get angry if a man opens her door. She will appreciate the sentiment. A feminist knows that having hook-ups, dirty and quick, doesn't mean you're sexually liberated. In the heroine's case, it simply means you lack self esteem and self worth.

Don't get me started on the hero. I get it. The insta-love between a bear and his mate... yada yada yada. But, there was something about Rain I just didn't like. I can't my finger on it. Oh! I just did. The corny language. There was some lame line about anchoring her to the earth so she could touch the sky. I actually gagged. I'll cut him some slack for being the most sexually commanding virgin in Washington state. Its like Sister Mary Patrick says in Sister Act 2: "You don't have to taste the doughnut to know that it's sweet." But he was quite the stud for his first time ever getting any. I guess that's the bear that makes him a sexual savant.

I couldn't finish this book. I was so annoyed I had to read "Beautiful Bastard" to cleanse my palette and remind me of what real writing.

Feminist?

The feminist angle to Quinn made me believe this book was going to be something that it wasnt. So feminists are man-hating bitches that dont understand the concept of falling in love? Her friends should have been mildly concerned bc it was fast but college relationships go hot and heavy it isnt unusual and its not as if rain had a bad reputation as a womanizer so what's the takeaway? Feminists are irrational bitches whose arguements break down with a few "im just being a polite gentlemen".

This book was pointedly anti-women. The only female characters of value were the other rochon women and harmony who disappeared after act one. I dont understand why the author made the choices she made with the plot and characterization of women. Quinn and her mom in particular.

Easy ideas to make it better: flesh out the mom's back story more to create internal conflict (what happened to make her so jaded?) Make the womens group accepting of rain and have rain help more with rallies and reaching out to other male characters (making rain a part of her life instead of her giving up her interests for him).

In the end this read like the plot to 50 shades of grey but with bears instead of bondage. Sloppy. Isolate her from friends? Check. Throw a bunch of money around? Check. Buy her a car? Check. Make her commit quickly unnecessarily? Check. I wanted to like rain but he was patronizing and completely missed the point. Im not surprised the author didnt include a single topic fromt he women's studies class it does not seem like her strongest subject. Though watching rain take in the class and show an interest in quinns interest would have been intriguing. Not as if he had any.

In this story quinn made 100% of the sacrifices and had 100% of the struggle. I have obviously outgrown these books.

TITLE OF BOOK: RAINIER: ROCHON BEARS (PNW BEARS #8)
AUTHOR OF BOOK: MOXIE NORTH
DATE READ: MAY 27, 2017 – MAY 28, 2017
GENRE: PARANORMAL ROMANCE

1000 STARS!!!!!! THE QUEEN OF THE PNW BEARS ROCKS AGAIN!!!!!!!!

I happen to be a big fan Moxie North’s PNW Bears – the Rochon Clan. I love the way takes each member of the clan and mates them with the perfect mate. She draws you in at the beginning of the book and keeps your attention until the end of the book. Making it very hard for you to put the book down. Moxie North takes each Rochon and makes their story unique and fantastic. Plus, she lets the Rochon’s from past books appear for one reason or another. Most cases it is to help the troubled Rochon catch his mate. Each book is packed with love, family, and lots of BERS!!!!! This is a book you do not want to miss. All the Pacific North West Bears can be read as standalone’s but you do not miss any of them.

Rainier (Rain) Rochon is a bear shifter and is in his last year of college before starting law school. He has just found out that after all his planning he is one credit shy of graduating and he must choose between three classes he doesn’t want to take. So, he takes the one that makes the most sense and that is History of Feminism. After convincing the Professor to let him in the class he wasn’t prepared for the turn of events that would happen on his first day in the class. He is sitting there in class and in walks Quinnlynn Sutter the TA for the class. But boy was he shocked when he realized that she was his mate. Now talk about putting a damper in his plans for the future. He had everything planned from the beginning. Go to college, then law school, then go back home and work for the family business. But what can one do when the Fates decide to step in and throw everything out of whack? But matters get even worse when he finds out that Quinnlynn was raised by a mother who hated men and instilled that in Quinnlynn’s heart and mind as well. So, Rain not only has to convince her that he is the man for her, but he also must break through the barriers she has up. Then he must find the right moment and place to tell her about his bear!!!

Quinnlynn (Quinn) Sutter has worked very hard to get where she is at. She was raised by a mother who had been hurt and abused by me so much that her mother told that if she is to get anywhere in life she will have to do it herself. And told her to not let a man take control of her life. She is to stay in control. Quinn also had to learn to take care of herself and protect her and her mother from being separated if anybody found out that a young Quinn was left at home by herself a lot while her mother was working. She had joined as many groups in college as she could because she had to keep herself busy so that she worked harder at her studies. She never dreamed that a lone man in her History of Feminism class would be the one exception to her mother’s rule. Rainier Rochon was different from most guys. He was clean, and didn’t play games. Nor did he once lie to her. She was shocked to find out that he took the class on his own and was bribed to take it or had lost a bet. She sure doesn’t need a distraction like Rain, but he is so hard to refuse. Especially when she starts to think about him when he isn’t around, or even miss him. He is too good to be true and she doesn’t want to lose sight of everything she is working for. Can Quinn work past her fears and trust Rain? Will Rain convince Quinn that he is the real deal? Will they both give in and let the Fates work its magic?

No Spoilers. Advanced Reader Copy read voluntarily and loved every bit of it. Can’t wait for the next one.

Usually I am hooked from the start with this authors books but I struggled to stay interested in this book and am struggling even more to review it without being negative.
As I have no interest in college kids or the way their minds work and the american college scene is not something I am familiar with. I also think when the H's, in this case 19 & 21, are too young, it takes away from my enjoyment.
The first half of this book was slow and I found it so long winded about stuff that held no interest for me. If not for the fact that it was a Rochon book I am not sure I would have finished it. I kept putting it down because something would be said or done that I disliked.
Now don’t get me wrong, this was a well written story, I loved all the valid points bought to mind, female safety and rights, men acting like gentleman toward their dates, following your plans as it is YOUR life and being strong and independent, but I hated the drinking, the drugs, the sleeping around and the belief that being raised as a neglected child is okay.
Apart from Quinn being very rigid (Ms North’s word) I am very happy to say the level of maturity shown by both Quinn and Rain was a happy and welcome surprise.
Quinn’s maturity is probably due to her horrible upbringing and I found it sad Quinn was using her neglectful, distrustful mother as a role model to fashion her life after. The more she related about her mother the less I liked what we learnt.
I really loved the actual story as Rainier is a big soft hearted sweetie and the relationship between Rainier and his brother Cash and all the advice and support given was heart-warming. Fin was a surprise with his bad behaviour and I hope that gets sorted out soon. I can only hope he finds a direction for himself.
Rainier is an enigma for his age in that he had not slept around and was happy to wait for his fated mate to arrive in his life. I also loved how he gave Quinn the time needed for her to get to know him. He is a real sweetie but so sensible for his age, especially with his bear riding him to mate his mate.
The last half of the book picked up for me when their relationship started to grow. Cassie became the star once again with her honest truths to Quinn and the ending with Cassie and Cash and all the family was wonderful.
I was very glad Quinn felt that she had found a family with the Rochons, she deserved one and I can see a good future for these two.
So to surmise, slow start for me due to information about stuff I have no interest in but a good ending.
This is my honest review of this book.

A Game of Cat and Mouse!!!

Rainier Rochon had his future planned out, after graduating and returning home to Apex he was going to work in the family business. Well even the perfect plan changes which happened to Rain when he found out that he missed a pass/fail credit during his freshman year.

Now he found himself having to take A History of Feminism class to make up for his missing credit so he could graduate. Rain met the TA for his newest class and he was instantly drawn to her like a moth to a flame. He knew right away that she was his ONE.

Quinnlyn Sutter, a TA who had some big goals to achieve and she wasn't about to let the sexy, intense and handsome Rainier Rochon distract her from her dreams. She also couldn't deny that the pull she feels whenever Rain was close didn't affect her. She was intrigued by him.

Despite trying to shield her heart from Rain, the latter managed to break through her defensive walls. Quinn realized that Rain was in a category of his own. The more time she spend with him the more she yearned to keep him close.

Rain calling his brother Cash ( BEARLY HEALED ) for advice regarding Quinn was well done. Love how supportive he'd been of Rain. The latter and his bear were ready to share their secret with their mate now the question was was she ready to hear it!?

When Quinn found out about Rain's bear at first she was reluctant to believe him but he wouldn't let her. He knew the best way to win her heart was to be totally honest with her. Their first intimate moment was one to remember. Things felt like a series of first for the both of them.

Quinn's mother came to visit her wasn't but it wasn't about the older woman missing her daughter. It was about her undermining Quinn's choice regarding Rain. He tried to make her see that he loved Quinn unconditionally but all of the lovebirds' efforts didn't waver the woman's stand.

Meeting Rain's family was overwhelming, beautiful and just what Quinn needed. There was an instant bond between Cassie and Quinn not to mention the twins as well.

RAINIER was intriguing, beautiful, fun, sexy and emotional. Love how close the Rochons are. The family dynamic is an incredible one. Moxie North did a magnificent job! 5+++

Getting up early sucks, especially if you're like Quinnlynn (Quinn), a twenty-one year old college student, trying to balance fun and responsibility. She also helps as needed by babysitting, which allows the students that are also single mothers the opportunity to do things such as job interviews. She knows how hard that life is, having experienced it in her own childhood, and still bears the scars. Which could explain her desire to make a career in Social Work.

Rainier (Rain), a twenty-one year old bear shifter, plans everything. Heck, he probably has a plan on how to plan it. But, surprisingly, he missed something, and without it, he can't graduate, which means no law school, as planned, in the fall. With very limited options on which class to choose, he takes History of Feminism. Oh boy.

Quinn believes everyone should be treated equally and does her part to ensure that reality gets a little closer every day.

On the first day of class, Rain is prepared for the weird looks and possible attitudes he may receive, but not for the fact that his mate, the TA, just walked in.

As Rain slowly starts gaining Quinn's trust, proving she can trust him to always be there, their connection grows stronger day by day. Rain knows she's the only one for him, and Quinn, having been raised to never depend on a man for anything, begins to truly see Rain for the man he is and accept that he's hers.

But what happens when those around Quinn misread the situation and question her judgment? How will Quinn's Mon react upon learning of Rain and Quinn's relationship? Can she accept Rain, or will Quinn have to choose, refusing to let her Mom's issues dictate her life anymore? How will Rain tell Quinn about his ability to shift into a bear? Will she believe him? Is there a HEA for these fated mates?

One-click now and follow along as fate brings two people into one another's path, starting their journey toward forever.

On a purely personal note, I absolutely love that Rain waited for his mate, if you get my drift. Yes safety people, that's what I mean. *happy dance* Thank you so much for this!

Rainier: Rochon Bears by Moxie North is a new installment her Pacific Northwest Bear series. Rainier Rochon is a planner, and he's has his whole college route planned. So when he finds out that he's short an elective unit from meeting his requirements to graduate, he's completely taken for a loop. With limited options, he decides to enroll in a History of Feminism course where he is taken for another tailspin when his mate happens to be the TA.

Quinn Sutton is finishing her senior year. Independent and completely focused on her dreams of becoming a social worker, Quinn has no time for distractions especially from the handsome new student in the course she's a TA for, but it turns out that she needs him more than she could every know.

Rainer and Quinn's relationship has a certain sense of serendipity. Unexpected, unplanned, but perfect in the end. Both Quinn and Rainer have their plans for life. But now those plans are now complicated with this newfound relationship. In Rainier's case, how do you tell the woman you just met that she's your mate? And you're a bear shifter? I love how Rainier handles this situation and he's such a great hero! One of my favorite Rochon bears.

What I also found intriguing about this story was that there was a definite dichotomy between the supportiveness of Rainer's family and the hypercritical views (especially on men) of Quinn's mother and the effects it has on Quinn's own feelings and behavior as she was growing up. As Rainier and Quinn get closer and begin to know each other more, this difference helps move the story along, and the character's stories with their families defines who they are and shows why they are made for each other.

Overall, Rainier: Rochon Bears by Moxie North was a solid shifter romance novel filled with sweetness and family. I enjoyed it and would recommend.

Rain Rochon's life was all planned out.
He has already been accepted to Law School and plans to work for the family business.
When he finds out that he is 1 credit short of graduating, it's the worst possible news he could receive.
This missing credit is a no-no that must be corrected.
The pool of available classes aren't very good, so he chooses a History of Feminism.
Because in all honestly, Rain is an intelligent and handsome guy, but he lacks experience with the fairer sex.
So, maybe he could actually benefit from the class.

Quinn Sutton's life has been difficult and lonely.
Her mother was deeply jaded by her past relationships and took it out on her daughter.
She rarely gave Quinn any affection, and instead drilled into Quinn's head the importance of being her own woman and not depending on a man.
Quinn has grown up with all of her mother's life lessons in mind.
But her mother's opinions don't match the major she has: Social Work.
Her beliefs have shifted in a way that not even Quinn realized.
Until she is challenged at Rain enrolling in a seemingly "all female" course.
As a social work major, some of Quinn's responses are a direct contradiction to what Social Work embodies.
But, I don't think her intentions were malicious because her actions spoke a different tone that the words she sometimes used.
Quinn fought hard to not cave to her attraction to Rain, she felt by being with him she was betraying the life lessons passed down from her mother.
And that by having a man in her life, she wouldn't be able to accomplish all her goals.
Which is ridiculous.
But, it's also hard to fight against an instinct that has been drilled into your being so much that you begin to believe in it.

Though I have not read all the books in the series I have read a few of them and have loved each and everyone. This book was not exception. This book is a standalone, so do not worry if you have not read any of the other books in the series.

I loved Rainier Rochon. Like his brothers he was a bear shifter and longed to find his mate. Rainer though was one that was saving himself for his mate and I found this very interesting from him. I love how he had such a good head on his shoulders. He truly wanted to learn from the other Rochon boys mistakes when claiming their mate.

Quinnlynn aka Quinn took me back at first. At first I had wonder where the author was going with this character. At first you thought Quinn was this woman who was on this women’s right train and very bitter. One that was against men and felt every man was doing a woman wrong. That was my first impression of her. But please if you get that impression keep reading. There is something deeper when it comes to Quinn.

My heart broke for Quinn. She truly did not know what love was. Though she had a mom, I had to wonder if her mother was to damaged to love. Her mother had made bad choices and was teaching her daughter that men were good for one thing and that was sex. Quinn had lived underneath this depressed, bitter, and loveless attitude for so long.

I love how Rainier worked on pulling back Quinn’s layers. He saw her true heart and trusted in fate. He knew Quinn had these walls and was working on tearing them down. I loved reading the process he done on winning and healing Quinn. Yes I said healing. After all she had been through in her life her heart needed healing.

This was a great story and glad I got a chance to read the book.

Rainier, dutiful son, planner, had miscalculated his college credits. If he couldn't get another one he wouldn't move on to Law School. Feminine studies was the only class he could get. Great, but he'd do what he had to. Little did he know he had to because fate had put him in this unlikely place to meet his mate. Quinn was The class TA and poster child for feminism. She didn't need a man, didn't want a man to take care of her, etc. etc.. So how was Rain supposed to get close to her? A bear shifter and all around good guy didn't make his job easy but he made slow progress.
They were opposites in so many ways, their childhood was filled with family and his clan. Hers was filled with her mother, all the reasons you should never depend on a man, and the many examples of what happened when you did.
I loved revisiting some of Rain's clan, old friends from previous Moxie North books. Add some adorable ever-shifting little cubs, sassy sister-in-law mates, and other fun family members. On the other side, the women in Quinn's groups were none too happy to see her with a man who seemed controlling. The world around them said they would never work, however, their feelings said other things. Could they make a life together?
Once again the author has provided a touching, steamy love story. This one is unique in the romance/shifter genre and one you are sure to enjoy. I solid recommend from me.

Reviewed at Shifter Haven

I’m very torn on my thoughts about Rainier. So much so that I’m going to be rather brief…. which says a lot actually considering how much I’ve loved the Pacific Northwest Bears and Pacific Northwest Cougars series. It could simply be that I look for and enjoy a more mature shifter couple, and college aged young lovers is probably not my thing anymore. Or it could be that I simply could not like or connect with Quinn. I don’t know, I could analyze it til the moon turns blue and still not know why this story did not come alive for me…. until the second half when Rain took Quinn home to meet the larger than life older brother, Cash and the always quirky, adorable, unique Cassie and their sweet toddler twins. It was then that my enjoyment level peaked. Yet that was more from catching up with old friends than caring about Rain and Quinn’s issues. So this was a 3 star read for me which puts it in the “good book” category, add a .5 because it’s the Rochon clan and I’ll round up on review sites to a 4 star review out of respect for Moxie North and the world she’s created. I just could not love this one… and that saddens me a lot. Fin’s story is up next and that one is loaded on the Kindle ready to go.

If you’ve loved the Rochon family then by all means, check out Rainier for your own enjoyment, After all my thoughts are only one person’s opinion – you should make up your own mind.

I own a Kindle copy of this story.

I so enjoy visiting the Rochon clan for me this is the ideal family one which many would wish to be their own. Full acceptance, support, unconditional love and the best place to grow up. For Rainier it is sometimes overwhelming because you never seem to e alone but it is also second nature to him. He is the bear who plans everything and has order written to a science for his life so imagine his surprise when he discovers he is short a credit and left scrambling to find one. He chooses the History of Feminism as he believes it will have some benefit for his law degree. He is in the room where his class will be had when she walks into the room, his "One" who he has been saving himself for and dreams of some day finding her. Cassie the TA of his class. A smart beautiful woman who has had a different upbringing than Rain one where she depends solely upon herself until rainier who makes her see herself in another way and drops all her armor.

Once again Ms. North gives you everything you could want in a man while showing a strong independent woman can bring him to his knees. I voluntarily read an advance copy and this is my honest unpaid opinion.

Another Sexy Rochon

Rainer Rochon and Quinn Sutton's story was an amazing continuation of the Rochon family of bear shifters. I really look forward to the next book in this series. I just hope it does not take too long.

In this story Rain is at university with his twin who happens to have lost in zeal. So he and Rain have been roommates. He realizes he needs a credit in order to move on into law. He ends up taking a feminist class. There he is shocked because he is called out by a woman he has been waiting for his entire life...His mate.

Quinn Sutton has had a very hard life. She has been taught by her mother to never need a man. She calls out the handsome guy who must be in her class as a joke and then she realizes she has made a mistake.

Once a Rochon finds his mate that is it for them, no one else will do. He just needs to convince her and he knows that won't be easy.

I loved this story it grabbed me from the start. It contains two very strong characters and is one great story about two people in college.
Rainier comes from a well off family of bear shifters. He is right on track to enter law school or so he thinks. He is one credit short to graduate. What is a bear to do, take History of Feminism. He gets more than he bargains for when he finds his mate .
Quinnlynn has been raised to take care of herself. Her mother has instilled a mistrust in men from an early age. She wears it like and armor to protect her heart.
Will Rainier be able to break down the wall around her heart? Will Rainier give up his dream of being a lawyer for Quinn? Will Quinn believe Rainier is a bear shifter and accept him? I give this story5 stars. "I voluntarily read and reviewed this advanced readers copy with out pressure to do so".

Yay!!!!!! More ONW Rochons!!!!!

Another winning Rochon PNW story!!!! I've read every one of Moxie Norths novels, and truly love each and every one. I own all of them and was given an ARC for Rainier by the Authir. I am voluntarily leaving my review, but I've also purchased a copy.

The Rochons have a special place in my collection. I reread them!!!! This is the story of Cash's brother, Rainier. He's in college at UW in Seattle. He meets Quinn who is a TA in a class he needs credit for. She's in the History of Feminism. They meet and strangely she does not run from this guy. He's all.Alpha male inside, since he's a bear ;-)

Truly lovely and fun. I laughed out loud several times....

I read a lot of paranormal romances but this one really stood out to me. I don't know how anyone could resist Rainier. He is just the perfect guy and his being a bear shifter is just another part of him. He really wants to love and support his mate once he finds her. Quinn has been raised to distrust men by her mom but Rainier finds ways to show her how much he really cares. It is a really beautiful relationship between them. There is so much passion too but he treats her with the respect she deserves and has not received in the past. I really liked how she stood up to her supposed friends and their judgements. His brother and his wife are so much fun. It will make you want to read the other books but can easily be read as a standalone.

I am voluntarily reviewing a copy I received.

I enjoyed Quinn and Rainier's story. Quinn is studying to be a Social Worker and Rainier is going to be an Environmental Lawyer. Rainier has just found out he is one pass away from getting to graduate so he can get into law school next year. Unfortunately the only class he knew would suit him turned out to be the History Of Feminism and he would be the only male in attendance. Quinn is acting TA for Professor Burrell and she thinks Rainier is going to be liability in the class. She is about to find out that he is not your average student in more ways than one, because Rainier has just recognised Quinn as his mate. Their relationship is a very interesting journey. Thank you to Moxie North for the lovely review copy a very entertaining read.

I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book. Every Rochon guy just seems to get hotter and sweeter than the last! I love Rain! He’s so sweet, thoughtful, and intense without being overly pushy—just what Quinn needs considering her background. You couldn’t help but cheer for him. I was really happy that we got to see more of Cash and Cassie, too. I think that overall, they might be my favorite couple, but I love all of them. The descriptions of places are so vivid that you can see the city, the campus, and the woods. Moxie North and her Rochons make me want to move out to the Pacific Northwest!

Worth The Wait!!

I have been impatiently waiting for another Rochon Bears story and let me tell you, Rainier was so worth the wait!! He is my new favorite alpha bear shifter. Moxie has such a beautiful imagination. Her stories are so incredibly romantic and HOT!! The sex scenes will set you on fire. Quinn, Rain's mate is perfect for him. He loves her so completely, poor Quinn doesn't know what to think of him but Rain never gives up, determined to win the heart of his one true love.

RAINIER

This was such an enjoyable and entertaining read, that was both sweet and heartwarming, but also exciting and intriguing. There were so many things I loved about this book that I couldn't possibly name them all. I just loved Quinn and Rain. They were interesting and likable characters that had great chemistry. The outlook is a little different but with the same happy ending. I thoroughly enjoyed this book!

Love Quinn and Rain's story! Because of her history with her mom she doesn't trust men. Rain messes up on his college credits and needs to make up a credit and his only good choice is History of Feminism. What a place to meet you mate!! Can they over come the obstacles in their path and get their happy ending? Read this fabulous book by Moxie North and find out!!

I read this ARC for an honest review!

I love all things Moxie North and Rainier was no exception to the rule. I loved that Quinn was a feminist, but not one of those manhating ones. More she knows what she wants and what she doesn't want. Rainier is young, a just in college 20-something who finds his soulmate thanks to the fates. While I am not a young college student my self, I enjoyed reading this perspective. Plus shifters, so bonus! If you are looking for a great read with a HEA then this is the book for you. Even if you have never read a Moxie PNW Bears story this one can be read as a stand alone, although I recommend getting all of the PNW Bears books.

Delicious bear shifter romance. One sexy bear shifter has his plans thrown to heck and back by fate, and when he meets a sexy TA his life will forever change. Quinnlyn believes herself to be frigid but when she is with Rainier she is anything but. Can he show her that together they can be happy, and live their dreams or will his secret if being a bear shifter ruin this chances at love?

Rainier

Wow that was a lot of book! I loved the story it was kind of too long for me but it's by Moxie North so I'm gonna read it! It's about true love what's not to like and the fact that Cash and Cassie are in it . I didn't really care for Cassie in the past but she grew on me. I totally recommend this great read!

AWESOME..AWESOME..AWESOME

Moxie, as usual you kicked it. The characters are funny, loving and just downright wonderful! Now to find a guy like this in the human race - honest to a fault! Cash and Cassie's twin, Jett and Axel, sound so adorable. I'm now looking forward to reading about Fin finding his mate. Loved it!!

The first part of this book had me rolling my eyes. I support feminism but I don't particularly like reading about the toxic side of it. I would have given it a 4 stars but I did not particularly enjoy the beginning of this book.

I'm finding that I love the family aspect of these book and the dialog so much better than the sexy scenes.

This is on of my fave of the series. It was a brilliant book. The softer more gentle side of those Rochon sexy men. It was a heartwarming and caring side. Kind of a different outlook than the brain bossy bears the Rochons are know for.

Another Rochon to love

With every book I fall more in love with the Rochon clan. Insta-love at its finest in this story from the younger generation of Rochons. As an added bonus we get to see my one of my favorite Rochon couples Cash and Cassie again

This was another beautiful Rochon bear story. These bears love for life and that's exactly what Quinn needed. A love that gives and cherishes you.
It's nice to revisit the family especially Cassie, she is so much fun. I loved this story.
