I very much enjoyed this book. So much so that I purchased the paperback version. I originally wanted to make the quilt on the cover as it is a simple version of the quilt I’d seen when I first started quilting decades ago. After looking at the other quilts in this book, I’ve chosen and shopped my stash to make four quilts. Now, which one shall I make first?
Excellent and easy to follow! I chose this book because it looked like the most modern book of jelly roll patterns my library had as a ebook. I used one of the patterns from this book to make my first quilt and my friends and family were very impressed! I didn't make the whole thing in a weekend, but it took me about a week working on it for 2ish hour a night.
Easy to follow and communicates really great base concepts of strip unit work, tips and tricks for piecing, dealing with bowing, etc. I'm making my first jellyroll quilt from one of the patterns and it's coming together so well after reading all the authors' recommendations!
