Dated, but interesting. The information isn't out-of-date, but the style of writing and the author's prejudices are, a bit. The information is pretty radical, because it's not at all politically correct, going totally against the ideas of vegetarianism and veganism that have captured the popular imagination. Hey, if being vegetarian/vegan works for you, great. I did not find that to be the case for myself, and I'm glad I read this book.
