It seems the author is not a native English speaker and that is the reason there are a few grammatical mistakes.
However the author does a great job of explaining the entire process of writing a book in very simple terms in just 25 pages.
Obviously there are a lot of things to learn in creative writing, a person who wants to write books will find a lot of helpful information here to start their writing journey.
