Though many of the books are written by sales people, most never understand the uniqueness of balancing both the candidate and client. Most sales books are based on one customer, not two. The lessons, ideas, strategies, and techniques in this book are proven and time tested specifically for recruiters.

Dr. David Sweet is a poet, author, entrepreneur, executive coach, and runaholic. With a synthesis of the humanities and a practical, accessible approach, David mentors people to create excellence in their lives.
