I am just so grateful to have a copy of this book. Even after taking the Instructor level class from Alain Herriot twice, I am still gaining new profound experiences every time I read and do the exercises in the book. I love that this book is written to be experienced instead of to be analysed. Highly recommended for people who are interested in being more present to themselves and looking for new ways to play the game of life.

Here's one of my favourite quotes from the book:
"The feeling of wonder is a genuine feeling that is positive and yet achievable, even by someone who is processing negative emotions. Unlike the affirmations, there is little conflict within our clients about feeling wonder, and so our clients were able to experience a positive emotional state without invalidating or suppressing their other emotions"

Great book for spiritual transformation. I read The Sedona Method by Hale Kwoskin and Letting Go by David Hawkins, but I still couldn't figure out how to "let go" and deal with my negative emotions.

The authors use the term "emotional processing" in this book, and it has really helped me. There's no filler in this book, and unlike a lot of others, the authors don't try to sell you things like their other books, seminars, etc.

This book is well worth reading and may even change your life!

A wonderfully easy and difficult practice

I started this books months ago and did the practices as I was reading it. As soon as I hit the section about healing others I hit a huge wall and stopped. I would reread the 1st chapters but today I decided I would read the book entirely. I practiced some but mostly conceptionally went through it. I needed to read it entirely to feel what I needed to feel to move forward and go back to reading it slowly and doing the practices. The concepts and methods are both simple and profound. And immensely effective. Thank you for this book. I expect to read it many times but hope I won’t have to. lol 😂 I wonder how it would feel about learning it all now and suddenly being able to do it. lol 😂 Amazing resource exactly what I have been searching for but didn’t really know I was until I found it. Thank you again!

Aligned with the Buddha's wisdom

The process of feeling of feelings is exactly the method taught by the Buddha in Satipatthana Sutta. The book illustrates the Buddha's method in more details.
