This is the first book I read about cryptocurrency. It is very short and objective. A major flaw is that view presented by the author is excessively simplistic and optimist. He doesn't stress any negative aspect of cryptocurrency.

Saw it for $1 on Amazon. I usually read cryptocurrency intros because they're quick and some are outstanding, and I'm always looking for such pieces to pass around.

This is the worst one I've read. It gets so many details wrong and is full of awful advice. I'm not sure how anyone can advise a newbie to Bitcoin to start mining with a Raspberry Pi in this year of our Lord, as that's "the cheapest way" of getting BTC. It says that the FBI is the biggest owner of BTC after the Silk Road seizure without mentioning the auction of the BTC, while downplaying the Satoshi warchest of something like $2B.

I would not be surprised if this were a prank as it reads like a long Ken M. comment.

Worthless...

It is obvious that the author does not know what he's talking about. Most advice is absolutely useless, for example "Buy when the price is lowest and sell when it's the highest", not a word on how to estimate a trend. Almost no facts to confirm authors statements and opinions.
The most hilarious thing in this book was about Bitcoin mining. Author suggests that you need to know math so you could calculate (mine) bitcoins in your head...

Great review of Bitcoin

I recently started looking into Bitcoin and this book was a great introduction to understanding the concept of Bitcoin and to learn that if I paid more attention to the market when I was 20 and invested properly, I could have been a baller today lol!!! #WinSomeLoseSome

Introduction

It hit on all the aspects in general of bitcoin without going into much detail, which is good. The warning came in the section about mining, which is really something to look into.
