Addiction
Bayfront Billionaires #5
Calista Fox
4⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Super cute novella. A story that gets straight to the point. This is book 5 of Bayfront Billionaires. They are all short novellas. I enjoyed reading this one and will definitely keep my eyes open for the next one.
Thanks NetGalley for the arc in exchange for my honest review.

If you like short ménage stories with a bit more substance, this is a great series to turn to. You can read all as standalone and not get lost, but you do have recurring characters from previous books.

Addiction is more of the same as the previous books in the series. Second chance romance between childhood friends turned to lovers. The more books published, it's starting to feel like a high school reunion between these Bayfront residences, which I enjoy.

This one was a little bit less enjoyable for me because I felt the emphasis on looks a little too much in this one. Tristen and Nate were the nerds in school who have blossomed into handsome, debonair billionaires. Liv was always the popular girl in school turned actress.

Then we have Fallon from a previous book that keeps getting re-introduced with talk of how she lost weight and re-invented herself. I don't think it's necessary to keep talking about it or how nerdy and not in the right crowd Nate and Tristan were. It was a bit too much for me. Despite that, I still enjoyed seeing all the characters again. ARC provided by NetGalley.

This is the first time I have read this author and this series. Each book can be read as a standalone. This was a fast-paced book about childhood friends that have grown up to be successful adults that had a steamy affair for a weekend in France five years ago. It’s their secret and their feelings have not waned since that weekend.

Nate and Tristan have always had feelings for Liv, but they are both wanting to start a serious relationship with her now that they have decided to return to their home town to start an extension of their multi-million dollar business. They are going to be approaching Liv with their proposal after their friend’s wedding that they are all involved in.

Liv has always had a special place in her heart for the step-brothers, but didn’t realize how deep those feelings ran until the weekend in France. She has wondered if it could be possible to have a long-term relationship with them like her hometown friends have with their own polyamorous relationships. The only problem is they live in London and she lives in a town outside of San Francisco. She has no idea the step brothers have a scheme up their sleeves.

Will Liv, Nate and Tristin work out their differences to make their love work? You are going to have to read the book to find out!

If you want a quick, hot, menage series, give this book a try! A fun steamy read by the pool!

This was a sweet and short finale to the Bayfront Billionaires series. All the novellas in the series can be read as stand-alone but there are reoccurring characters. I started with the previous novel and haven’t felt like I have missed out by not reading the first three books.

Much like the previous novella, this focuses on a second chance romantic ménage. Tristan Reeves and Nate Dalton are stepbrothers and were total ‘nerds’ in school who lusted after their friend Liv Tyner. Now they are multi-billionaires and Liv is an actress. The brothers have returned to their hometown to expand their business but also to reconnect with Liv, who secretly has thought about the step-brothers since their weekend together in France.

With other polyamorous couples in Bayfront leading the way will Liv step out of her comfort zone and let both Tristan and Nate in?

This wasn’t as good as the previous novel, mostly because I didn’t connect with Liv that well and for such a short novella it took me forever to actually finish, but if you are looking for a quick and fun ménage I definitely recommend this series!

Quick review for a quick read. I can usually get behind short, steamy and provocative reads, and Calista Fox's fifth installment in the "Bayfront Billionaires" sets itself up in that particular vein. One could read this as a standalone novella or as a part of the series in its entirety because it features a recurring cast. I decided to pick this up because while I wasn't familiar with the rest of the series, I could simply jump into a quick steamy read and have something memorable from the experience.

I think my main issue with this title was that the conflict/sexual tension really wasn't strong enough to pull me into the story. Granted, the relationship between Liv, Nate, and Tristan was established and it was clear that they had an attraction for each other with complications to boot, but I didn't fully feel that connection. It felt too transcribed for the setup and presentation of the narrative. Sure, I understand that the sight of these men were enough to have Liv hot and bothered for history, and I understood that Nate and Tristan had a fondness for her based on their previous and current experiences, but even having that as loosely drawn backstory wasn't enough for me to fully ship them. The sensual scenes were depicted between past and present mentions, with attention to the physical details and surface details of the emotions conveyed, but lacked true fire because they were told at a distance for action/reaction. There were some sparks of humor through the narrative, but mostly hit or miss for me depending on the turn.

I don't regret reading it, but it just didn't fully immerse me in the relationships it wanted to present. I'd give Calista Fox's writing another try though just to see how her other books come across.

Overall score: 2/5 stars.

Note: I received this as an ARC from NetGalley, from the publisher St. Martin's Press.

Quick & Dirty: Super sweet (and hot!) story about a trio of childhood friends who grow up to become lovers.

Opening Sentence: “Ah, bliss . . .” Liv Tyner sipped her mai tai while taking in the cloudless sky and the breathtaking coastal inlet and harbor sprawled before her.

The Review:

Addiction by Calista Fox is a novella set in the Bayfront Billionaires series and continues to follow the wealthy and sexy residents of Bayfront, California as they find their true loves. This novella is super sweet and happy. For me, a little too much. If you want to read something sweet, happy and super-hot then check this novella out. This story is definitely on the lighter side compared to the previous book in the series, Obsession.

Liv, Nate, and Tristan are childhood friends and were nearly inseparable as they grew up but after high school Liv became a Hollywood star while Nate and Tristan worked on their growing business empire and their physique. This novella is a homecoming of sorts because Nate and Tristan haven’t been back in quite a while (and their appearance has changed so much that people they went to high school don’t recognize them anymore). Liv has been thinking A LOT about the threesome she had with the guys back in Paris five years ago and seeing them is bringing back memories that she might want to relive again.

Addiction is a story about what you want in life and where you want to go. The story is in its own way heavy but it felt more light as a story overall. I don’t want to say too much more on the story since this is a novella but it does tie in with the characters from previous books. You don’t have to have read the previous books to enjoy this one but prior knowledge of the secondary characters might be a plus.

Nate and Tristan are stepbrothers (although I missed the background so I don’t know if that was revealed in a previous book) and they only have two goals in mind. One is to build up their business empire so they can fit in with the area where they grew up and second is to transform their physical appearance so they can be worthy of Liv. Nate and Tristan felt they needed to work on their looks because they felt they needed to look good for Liv, especially by lifting weights. So I honestly just felt kind of “meh” towards these guys but they are totally goal oriented.

Liv is used to being on her own and traveling the world whenever she wants. She is a bit lonely but she knows what she wants to do in life and is working on that goal. Her plans get derailed when she realizes what could be with her best friends. Liv seems to be an overly optimistic type person and generally happy but I also just felt kind of “meh” about her too.

I don’t think I was in quite the right frame of mind to read this novella only because I kept getting annoyed by how perfect these three characters were. They just seemed so happy and perfect for each other. They guys never had an issue with one being favored over another or anything, everything just seemed strangely serene between them when it came to Liv. I also felt the major conflict between these characters wasn’t a conflict at all. I know what I would have chosen. I actually feel like she would have more problems settling down than traveling since she travels all the time for work. (But that could be me projecting my own feelings towards what she initially wanted to do.) This novella was an okay read for me but I could definitely see where others may enjoy it more.

Notable Scene:

Liv frowned. What a double-edged sword she was suddenly balanced on the tip of.

Just thinking of another go-round with her menage lovers sent a wave of anticipation and excitement washing over her. But what if it was only meant to be a one-time thing and the cosmic forces subsequently conspired against them for greedily reenacting the guilty pleasure?

Damn. For so long, she’d have savored the memory of Nate and Tristan taking turns with her, but had always considered it “something that had just happened.” Not “something that could happen . . . again.”

FTC Advisory: SMP Swerve provided me with a copy of Addiction. No goody bags, sponsorships, “material connections,” or bribes were exchanged for my review.

Book Review For: Addiction by Calista Fox 'Addiction' by Calista Fox is book Five in the " Bayfront Billionaires" Series. This is the story of Liv Tyner, Nate Dalton and Tristan Reeves. I have read the other books in this series but feel this is easily a standalone book. Also know that this is a Novella with around 100 pages. Liv, Nate and Tristan had a one night stand a little while back that neither could put behind them. Now Nate and Tristan are back to claim the women that neither could move past. Liv was not able to forget them and always fantasied about them after that night. Ms. Fox books are some Sweet, Hot Reads that you find are your secret passion in reading. Although this is the fifth in the Bayfront Billionaires series, it can be read as a standalone. As with the others on the series, you will see some familiar faces and some references to the other books. This book is hot! Too hot for those younger than 18. There are many steamy menage scenes that will leave you flushed. This is a fairly quick read with minimal back story.

I have read a few of Calista Fox's books and I have enjoyed what I have read of her works. This is a story of childhood friends turned lovers. There were times that I found myself less than interested to finish the story and I found myself skimming over the words, not really taking in what I was reading. This isn't a favorite of mine out of Fox's other but it was still enough to draw me into the story and finish it.

Like any budding romance, there are reasons the characters can't seem to become officially a couple, in this case a trio. I found the characters to be a tad bit lackluster and a bit copy and paste. I did however enjoy the fact that Liv wanted to be in a band and was a great entertainer. She strives to fulfill her life long dreams and is very ambitious although she is afraid it will get in the way of her newly formed love life. Liv is able to follow her dreams without sacrifices, resulting in a happily ever after for this trio!

4/5

I love a good menage!
Those are my ultimate weakness. Get's me all hot n bothered if you know what I mean. The sexual tension between Liv, Nate, and Tristan was off the walls! I have read all the books in the Bayfront Billionaires series, and I must say this is my new favorite.

Liv Tyner may be THAT girl. You know the one that seems to have it all. An actress, stunning beauty, and media darling. It wouldn't be far from the truth to say that Liv is a woman who has the world in her palm.
But Liv is also a woman with a secret.
A secret guaranteed to bring a blush to her checks and make her heart race. A secret that she shares with only two others.
The two men who for one night laid claim to her body. The two men who may have forever laid claim to her heart.

Stepbrothers Nate Dalton and Tristan Reeves have come a long way from the geeky boys that they were in high school. Now they bear more of a resemblance to Greek gods, than to the shy, tech savvy teens that they once were. Now they even have the billionaire bank accounts to match.
The one thing that the two billionaire bros have not been able to leave behind?
Their shared feelings for a certain popular beauty.
That one popular girl who dared to look past their awkward exteriors.
The one girl destined to be the friend of their youth, and after a torrid night in Paris during college; so much more.

Calista Fox and her Bayfront Billionaires series are back, and the menage magic is as salacious as ever.
With the only paired couple of the bunch,Chloe Lockhart and John McDermott prepping to race down the isle and headlong into wedded bliss. The stage has been more than set for the globe-trotting threesome featured in this read to find their way back home, and to each other.

Addiction is the story that is that perfect blend of sweet and sexy. Blending the innocent past shared by the three friends in high school. A secret tryst that none are able to forget. A desire so strong enough to change futures.

Every aspect of this book seems to build on the one before. From the homecoming to the meeting. The revelations to the expressions of their passions.
The one thing that falls flat however, is the easy with which the central conflict is solved. Because said conflict acts as a major point of dramatic tension for so much of the read. To have it resolved inn such a neat and tidy way is anticlimactic, to say the least.

Stepbrothers Nate and Tristan have always had feelings for Liv- going way back when they were in school. When they show up back to Bayfront flashing their billionaire status around, they are there for one reason-Liv.  After graduating college the three gave into their feelings and had one night to remember back in Paris.  None of them were situated to make their threesome a go, but now the men feel they have something to offer Liv.  No longer the geeky guys she knew, the billionaire brothers have set Liv in her sights! Swoon!

Gosh I love ménages and Calista Fox has done well with the entire Bayfront Billionaires series!  There definitely is something in the water there and I love it!  Liv is everybody's sweetheart.  A great actress, singer and friend, she looks like she has it all-but all she really wants is Nate and Tristan.  She's never forgotten them or that blissful night, but what if they have moved on??  Nate and Tristan haven't moved on. In fact, they have taken their business globally to be close to Liv. They are in town for a wedding. It's the perfect time to get Liv on board and tell her of their plans.

I loved how the men were sex on a stick, but at the same time sweet and still a bit shy at times. Once their lust and desire took over- whoa! Smokin' hot!! There is chemistry all around in spades and you can feel the sizzle!  Of course there are logistics to handle, and the stigma of a polyamorous relationship, but this is Bayfront!  Poly relationships abound!  The biggest worry is settling in one place to be together and that's the overriding tension throughout the book. I wish they would've had "the talk" about their relationship a tad earlier as some of that individual tension would have been eased. But the wedding activities took precedence so I get it.

If you are a fan of ménage storylines, pick Addiction up! You'll soon be reading the whole Bayfront Billionaires series and Calista's spin off series The Billionaires.  I love Calista's writing style and she has a knack for writing steamy ménages!! All the books can be read as standalones, but I highly encourage you to get the series as characters from previous books land in subsequent books and you will want to know their stories as well!!

4.5*s of meaningful ménage hotness

This is the fifth in the series, and I would recommend that you read them in order to get the full level of hotness that is developing in Bayfront! It is particularly true for this book as the background is punctuated with the preparations for John and Chloe's wedding.

Liv is an interesting character in the Bayfront group, as she has a career in film which takes her away from Bayfront all too often. As she reveals early on she once had a secret night of romance with a duet of men that rarely leave her mind. But they are based in London and she is on the West Coast, or filming. So when they roll back into town, it is time to decide what her priorities are going forward - and what are theirs ... cue some very, very hot encounters and romance.

I have to warn you (so maybe you are not reading under the desk at work and start tearing up) that there was one tiny scene, total innocent, but very, very moving, which had me in tears - as Liv helps Chloe thank her friend Sylvia. B.e.a.u.t.i.f.u.l. Ms Fox you completely nailed that for me - serious tissue moment.

Loved this story, and already looking forward to the next one !

I received this book for my honest review.

You know this book isn't quite what I had expected. In order to get the full on full, you would have had to read the other books in the series by this author. It was a very fast read with reoccurring characters. The menage was expected but not at the same time.

The author did a great job in creating friends to lovers, the drama was well there but in all the book was packed with sexy scenes, conflict. Overall the book was a delightful sexy read.

Great Summer's read not to mention hot and steamy.

This was the first book I've read in this series and I think having not read the other books that I lost something in this book. Many characters from previous books were in this story and I felt there were parts that were assumed the reader would already know.

The book was far too short for me. While the three main characters had a back story, I felt like we either needed more time developing those characters or more time developing their past. It's nearly mentioned in passing, not fully disclosed until near the end of the story.

In book 5 of the Bayfront Billionaire series we get up close and personal with Liv and we learn about her history with step-brothers Nate Dalton and Tristan Reeve. I must admit the back story on her relationship to these two men raised my opinion of her to admiration of her strong character instead of my original one of "oh no a fluffy movie star".

I love success stories especially when it involves the underdog from high school becoming very, very successful and going back to see everyone who treated them poorly. But this book is more than that. It has some lessons learned parts to it as well as some steamy interaction between these three primary characters.

Also incorporated in this story are characters from previous books to this series rounding out the reader's understanding of who and how they are all related to the series and each other. The back of the book has an titillating preview of the next book to this series and I am excited to read it.

If I could ask for anything additional in this book I would like a little more tension between Liv, Nate and Tristan for this reason I give this 3.75 STARS.

M/F/M Romance
I was given this book for an honest review by Wicked Reads.

Liv, Nate and Tristan have a history. They had a one night back in college where they came together in a hot menage. It was their secret and they never talked about it with anyone.

When their mutual friends get everyone to celebrate their marriage, Liv comes face to face with grown up Nate and Tristan and those same feelings come rushing back for all three.

Nate and Tristan were scholarship kids who love science. They were considered outcasts at their school in high school, but their one good connection was Liv. She didn't care where they came from, only that she was attracted to both of them.

Now, all grown up, with the feelings rushing back, these three have a second chance to figure out if they want a relationship. This is a sweet second chance romance. I do wish that we were able to see more in to their relationship - year wise.

Addiction is the fifth book in the the Bayfront Billionaire's series, but only the second one I've read, and while it's every bit as steamy and Obsession, the fourth book in the series, I found I liked it marginally less because of its brevity, among other reasons, and can only give it 3 stars.

As menage fiction goes, this novel offers a moderate amount of heat and not much else, but the lack of knowledge about the M/F/M trio makes it less effective than it should have been. For most of this too short read, I felt as though I was watching an episode of Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous.

Most of the action in this novel takes place over a two-week period as the heroine, successful actress, Liv Tyner, is relaxing during her "vacay" (sorry, but I think the word is and should be "vacation") at the exclusive Bayfront Yacht Club with her friend, Fallon Carteris, when she spots a ginormous yacht anchored at the far end of the cove, being too large to fit into a slip at the marina and a remark is made about its size representing penis envy. Both women are clearly obsessed with their looks and their bodies, and were a bit too intellectually vacuous for this reader's taste.

We're told that four of Liv's friends are in menage relationships, and that in this small community near San Francisco, those relationships have become if the norm among her friends. Liv had very hot memories of her one-night menage in Paris, 5 years earlier, but never mentioned it to her best friend, Fallon, deciding that the secret made that evening even more delicious in memory. The men involved were stepbrothers and former classmates of hers, Nathaniel (Nate) and Tristan, both of whom were nerdy geeks in grade school who truly appreciated that the stunningly beautiful Liv was willing to befriend them, but who have certainly worked on becoming major hunks and billionaires since then, as Liv soon learns when Nate approaches from behind her lounge chair, tells her his penis is more than adequate, and she soon learns that he and Tristan are the owners of that uber-yacht.

Liv has been contemplating her career and is planning to give up acting for several years to pursue another dream, becoming a recording artist by joining an existing band as their lead singer and moving to New York, which will make it only a short hop to London, across the pond, where the stepbrothers' business headquarters are located. These three have somehow managed to stay in touch occasionally during the ensuing five years since their one-night menage. What she doesn't know is that they've never forgotten their night with her either and are considering moving their headquarters to San Francisco, primarily to be near her. The main emphasis of this novel is that this trio have been ships that pass in the night, destined to only get together for short spans of time, and the only real conflict in this novel is what they plan to do with their feelings for one another after the wedding of their friends takes place, especially since Nate and Tristan will be Liv's escorts at said wedding.

I wish that Ms. Fox had fleshed out (no pun intended) this story and written a full-length novel, one that gave us more backstory, especially about how Nate and Tristan even became stepbrothers, and how and when they discovered their mutual interest in menage. Liv too required more of a backstory than we were given. She doesn't seem to have a single flaw and has somehow managed to break into the film industry with little effort, unlike most Hollywood hopefuls--and then we learn that she discovered her love of singing (and had a remarkable voice) when she worked as a last minute fill-in for the leading actress in a Broadway musical. The solution to her vocalist dreams and choice of living arrangements almost magically presents itself out of the ether.

I understand all about the willing suspension of disbelief in fiction, but as erotic romance goes, I found that this story stretched my willingness almost to the breaking point. As I said in my review of Obsession, the fourth book in this series, Ms. Fox is a talented writer, and I just wish she'd given herself and her readers more time to really get to know, understand and care about these characters. Everything that happens with and to them in this short novel was simply too perfect and too pat. Although the books in this series can be read as standalones, I wouldn't recommend it. Had I been following this series from its inception, I might have found this story and its many characters far more interesting than I did.

I voluntarily read an advance reader copy of this book. The opinions expressed are my own.

Everyone loves a secret…

Liv Tyner has an ultra-sexy one she’s been keeping all to herself. A sinfully delicious, forbidden secret that has inspired endless fantasy material late into her lonely nights. But when that secret is suddenly staring her in the face—in the form of two fantastically built and wildly successful men—not only does Liv have trouble keeping her one-time-only love triangle under wraps, she also longs for a repeat performance.

Step-brothers Nate Dalton and Tristan Reeves have built a global communications empire that laid the groundwork for their ten-year homecoming to Bayfront. But more important than success is winning the love of the one woman neither has gotten off his mind or out of his system no matter how much time and distance spans between them—sensational and highly addictive Liv Tyner!

As a slow seduction begins and all their juicy secrets are revealed, can these star-crossed lovers find themselves in the right place, at the right time, to make a more permanent love connection?

Review:

Another quick and sexy installment in the Bayfront Billionaires series, where ménage relationships are the norm.

This story is set around Liv, Nate and Tristan who have been friends for years and had one night of passion together years ago. Now, they are reunited for a wedding and have to decide if one night of passion is all it was or is it something more.

This was a very quick read. Like all the others is super sexy and centers around a ménage arrangement. I like all the books in the series and I liked this one too, just not as much as some of the others. For me everything seemed rushed in the story and I would have liked a little more depth. I really liked the characters, but I wanted to spend more time with them and them with each other. Writing was well-done as always. I liked that this story incorporated a lot of the characters from the other books, which makes sense because of the wedding.

Addiction by Calista Fox is a new short and sexy novella in her Bayfront Billionaires series. Like the previous novella where childhood friends become lovers, Ms. Fox continues to keep things interesting.

Liv Tyner has come back to her home of Bayfront to prepare for and attend her friend Chloe's wedding. As an actress, she's been able to travel to different locales while still returning home to Bayfront when her schedule permitted. Busy with her career, she has no time for relationships, but she can't help but envy her friends who've found love especially those who've come out with their love triangle. A type of relationship she knows personally and still thinks about. While traveling five years ago, she shared a passionate night with Nathaniel Dalton and Tristan Reeves, step-brothers and her friends she grew up with. A secret she never told anyone. Though as she sees her best friend Fallon with her two men, she can help but wonder, "what if".

Luckily for Liv, she doesn't have to wonder long because Nate and Tristan are back in Bayfront to be last-minute groomsmen in Chloe's wedding and they're determined to finally win the heart of the woman they both love and are completely addicted to.

Addiction by Calista Fox continues the series theme of ménage à trois, and this trio brings spice to the series. Running with the idea of two ships passing in the night and basically fate interfering to keep them on two different sides of the world so they're unable to easily start a real relationship, Ms. Fox keeps the drama between the trio solely on logistics. No other women or men drama in sight to muddy the waters. So we're able to see really how focused the three have been on each other even though years have passed since they last have seen each other.

Overall, Addiction by Calista Fox is a good addition to the series and an enjoyable story with a satisfying ending. I gladly recommend.

As you go through the 5 books in the series I can happily say that each book is better than the last and Addiction is definitely my favorite.

Liv needs to make a choice - back home at Bayfront for a wedding she is taking the time to think about her future, continue to act or pursue her dream of being a singer. Then when she sees Tristan and Nate again she knows that leaving them again will be downright impossible. After an amazing night 5 years ago in Paris with them she has dared to hope for another amazing night, but life doesn't keep the three of them in one place for very long can she have the love of the two billionaires something she has wished for all her life and still have the career she earns for.

Tristan and Nate are not only step brothers, they are best friends and business partners. When the lived in Bayfront they were small, kind of geeky and both had feelings for Liv - the one person who was always there for them. As they grew up they found success and are definitely not geeky any longer and after the amazing night with Liv they knew this was something they wanted in due time. Now wanting to make their home base back in Bayfront can the give up Liv again.

Ms Fox has not only weaved another fantastic love story with all the heat we have come to expect from this series - she makes the idea of a menage relationship possible and in fact loving. The backstory of Tristin, Nate, and Liv was well written and told in a concise manner but didnt make me feel like I was missing anything - the history for them is real. I loved getting the chance to see all the other characters from the other books and we even get to meet a few new ones. The happy ending didnt seemed rushed which is something I am always afraid of when reading novella's so this was something I always look for.

All in all, if you are looking for a short steamy read that is truly a love story that just happens be between 3 people then Addiction (actually all of the Bayfront Billionaire Novellas) is a great place to start.

All in all, I didn’t mind the whole threesome thing too much. Fox goes about writing this like it’s normal and doesn’t get hung up on the expected problems of a threesome (especially when there’s family involved). Both the brothers know that they want Liv, and they also know that they want to share her. There is never any question of Liv choosing one or the other.

Tristan and Nate were described as the typical, successful, hot guys. They didn’t have a lot of personality, in my opinion, even though their nerdy (and, in my opinion, much more interesting) nerdy childhood is referred to but they have now turned into almost typical rich boys who are being good to make up for a difficult past. Of course, in such a short story, there wasn’t much time for anything else. What bothered me about them, is that they felt like they needed to become better to be able to be worthy of Liv. They were a little awkward as teenagers and so they didn’t deserve one of the hottest chicks in school? And now that they’ve become rich and buffed up, all of a sudden they do? Now, I did like how Liv handled this. They had always been friends, and for her, it wasn’t necessary for them to change their appearance and become rich – I did appreciate that about her. Besides that, she seemed to be perfect: an actress, now starting her singing career with amazing friends and making more money than she needed. She has the perfect personality and looks and is charming on top of it all (according to how she’s described). I felt like she was almost a little boring since everything about her was so perfect.

I thought the story was rather short, and I do feel like Fox could have dragged more pages out of it. Not too many cliches and not a lot of avoidable mistakes that could have made life easier on all of them. All in all, I don’t regret reading it. I want to say I loved it or even liked it, but I can’t. I didn’t hate it either! It was okay.

The Queen of Ménage - or as she is better known as - Calista Fox is back with another threesome taking place in Bayfront. I don’t know what it is, but it seems that the billionaires in Bayfront are all finding themselves an adventurous, exciting and sexy woman to make up their dream threesome. This time we have three childhood friends, two of which are step- brothers, who have reunited after last seeing each other five years ago. All they want now is to relive that one night that they all can’t seem to forget.

Liv Tyner has never been one to shy away from anything. Be it her career as an actress or her private life, she likes being the center of attention. But if there is one night that she has never been able to forget, it is that night in Paris where she had a steamy threesome with her childhood friends Nate Dalton and Tristan Reeves. Nate and Dalton were never like the other Bayfront kids. They weren’t rich and they were much much smarter. She always knew that there was something special about them and since that night she has dreamt about a repeat. Now that they are all back in their hometown, will they have a second night to fulfil their fantasies?

Nate Dalton and Tristan Reeves had a difficult childhood trying to fit into the opulent and lavish lifestyle in Bayfront. But with their dull looks and geeky manner, they have always found it difficult to fit in. Liv Tyner was their only friend and the girl of their dreams. And they haven’t been able to forget her since their night in Paris. I guess if ménage is your thing there is no better place to live your fantasies than Bayfront ;)

A short and hot novella that feels like a steamy fantasy. Perfect for those who like extra spice in their romance ;)

Addiction is a hot menage with stepbrothers Nate and Tristan and their love, Liv. It's part of the Bayfront Billionaire series, but it's a standalone so if you haven't read the others in the series, you will have no problem understanding the who and the what of Addiction.

Liv has come home to Bayfront for Chloe's wedding. While there, she runs into two of her friends (and onetime lovers), stepbrothers Nate and Tristan. Years ago, Liv, Nate and Tristan had a seriously hot night together. But, it's never been repeated, probably because they've never been in the same place at the same time since. As Liv, Tristan and Nate spend time together again, will the fire of their onetime ménage be reignited? And will their deeper than friendship feelings be revealed?

I love Addiction, it's a great addition to this series. Liv, Nate and Tristan are smokin' hot together and individually stand out from the standard issue billionaires in most billionaire romances. Liv is vibrant and independent and a loyal, loving friend. Nate is rougher around the edges, an edgy, but kind lover and Tristan is elegant and sensuous, the perfect foil for Nate's edginess. But, for all Nate and Tristan's money and hot looks, they each possess a vulnerability that comes from never quite fitting in with the rest of the billionaires' kids at the private school where they meet Liv all those years ago. Put the three together and you get a sexy menage with emotional depth.

Received an ARC for review.

Another good book in the Bayfront Billionaires series. Calista Fox has a way with her words and making you fall in love with each character. There are no bad guys, just pure, unadulterated, phenomenal characters.

Addiction is the story of Liv and 2 brothers, Nathan and Tristan. They have all grownup the best of friends and well into their adult years. A drunken night in Paris turned things from friendly to feisty between the three. That one night burned in each of them and now they are reunited once more in Bayfront.

I freaking loved Liv! She was a realistic character for me. She kept her "dirty little secret" to herself and reminisced on it. She didn't immediately fall into the menage trios thing though she wanted to. She was a bit indecisive in that regard. Liv was bold without being dramatic. She knew how to have fun, but she also didn't know how to always flow with things. Liv was an awesome character for me. I love that she made sure to go after her goals and dreams in love.

Nathan is the sweet kind brother that likes to take things slowly and softly. Tristan is the blunt brother that likes things hard and fast. The two of them balanced one another out well. I admired their work ethic and how hard they went to achieve their dreams and goals. They worked from the ground up, have a successful business, travel the world and know what they really want. They are like the ideal man split in two.

The romance was amazing. The three of them fit together so perfectly. I love that there was nothing they allowed to keep them apart. They made it work for them and when they all realized they loved each other they were ready to make the moves to stay together. They were perfection.

Totally recommend this book!

Addiction was a quick and easy book to read. For me, there was little to no character development for Liv, Nate and Tristan. I started the book with a high school/Pretty Little Liars feel and it did not change significantly for the rest of the story. The introduction of the main characters and their lifestyles came off like elitists and preppy, rich people, instead of something that I could relate to. The pain and hard work they had placed into their careers and past did not come through at all. Their lives only showed rainbows, instead of the grittier stuff about life that I was looking for. I do not enjoy reading books without substance, which is what I found in this book.

While reading this book, I was more interested in reading about the side characters than Nate, Liv and Tristan, which should not be happening. It was not something that I could get into and found myself skimming because it just wasn't interesting. However, other readers did enjoy this book so do give it a try.

Overall, this book is a 1.5 star read. There wasn't much to save it for me except for the secondary characters.

Billionaires who are humble and sexy? Who are these men? In the latest in this series of billionaire men and the women they woo, Liv Tyner is the focus. Liv has always been the nicest girl in their social group. Without a mean bone in her body, she's been doing well for herself since school. She is moving from the acting world into the music industry. No one knows yet, but she is looking to move away from her home in California to be closer to two men she can not forget: Nate Dalton and Tristan Reeves.

Years ago, before any of her friends even thought of menage, she already experienced this forbidden fruit in a wild night in Paris. She kept this smoking hawt one time experience in her spank bank and thought it would remain there. So when Nate and Tristan show back up in California - rich, successful and good looking, it brings back good memories. From a set up perspective, these three are too cute. They are the sweet girl with the two nerdy guys who meet up in a "high school" reunion-esque set up. Their lovers reunited plot is simple and sweet. There is a little conflict and a bit of in your face comeuppance to former bullies in high school.

This is an easy read with sexy menage scenes. For uncomplicated romances with genuinely nice characters, Bayfront Billionaires is the series to read. These smooth contemporary romances are recommended to those looking for spicy threesomes.

Liz is an actress and singer. She lives in Bayfront, a close community that she loves. She is in between projects, helping her friend get ready for the wedding of the year when she sees an ostentatious yacht in the harbor. She quickly realizes that Nathan and Tristan are the owners of the yacht and in Bayfront. These two men have been her best friend since school. Two men she has loved with all of her heart for most of her life. Two men that she has a threesome with while in France 5 years ago. Two men she has never forgotten. Nate and Tristan are ecstatic to be back in the states for the first time.in years and, even happier to be where Liz is. The woman they have both loved for years. The woman they had a spectacular threesome with 5 years ago. Something they have never forgotten. Liz and her men think that they can finally make a relationship because, the men are moving their main business to the west coast and Liz, because she's decided to start a real singing career on the east coast, just across the pond from London, where her men are based. Things become very confusing and difficult when they actually start talking about developing the type of forever relationship they all want. This story is heartwarming, loving and, a true testament about the vital importance of communication and the all around willingness to bend when your happiness depends on the decisions you make.

A fun steamy read!
