Kiyana can’t believe how quickly things turned around. Just when she thought the pieces of her life were falling back into place, she finds herself on the wrong end of a deadly battle. With no viable options and everything, including love and friendship, stacked against her, any decision she makes could change the course of her life. Find out what happens in the final installment of Taking What’s Hers!
The book series is very realistic to everyday life situations with friends and family. I wish that in the end they would've had more detail to candices 's new life with the new friend she met. Zereks and the others life of the continued prison or did they ever got out. And what happened to the friend that betrayed her & now that she's gotten back with her high school sweetheart. But all in all the series for very eye catching & give realization as to THINGS to pay attention with everyday relationships
I read all eight books and I have to say it was quite daunting to say the least... Good story line... Childhood friends turned enemies because of a narcissist.. I'm all for having what you want but to go through other people to get it is a no no. When you cite what others have you realize that the grass ain't greener on the other side and then you are forced to look at yourself in the mirror to see you for who you are.. I loved it.. could've been 3-4 books not eight....
This book could have been chopped down to 4 books instead of 8. A good reed but Candice was starting to work my nerves. I actually started out hating K, but in end I was rooting for her. She really did want to change. I didn't see that twist coming with Candice notifying their girlfriends and they went along with it and still continue to play K
Ending was uneventful and I really didn’t like Kiyana and how everything was working out in her favor. But I like the ending with Candice and how her forgiveness was for her own sake. I wish the series explored Kiyana crashing out after finding out she does not like to be a housewife. 3/5 for the whole series. The best books were the first two.
Glad this was the textbook Candice going to live her best life with all that dead weight gone Kiyana didn't really think it was going to be a happy reunion crazy sicko g to know Candice had contacted Darrin
I enjoyed eating all eight sequels of this book. It was best friends become worst enemies and forgiveness in the end. It a was such a page turner it took me a day and a half to read all sequels. Good eat book Mia Black.
