ANOTHER great one by Tiffinie Helmer!! She's one of my "auto buys" I was hooked with Moosed Up and I've been a follower since! I loved TOPLESS! It was a wild ride in more ways than one! Caro the uptight Senators daughter and Jake Sweete the hot race car driver next door. It had me laughing and loosing sleep staying up reading it! I can't wait for the next book!!!

Another amazing read from Tiffinie! She never disappoints!
Caroline decides she doesn't want to work at her dad's law firm. Which sets off a whole chain of events. Love all the twists and turns. I never would have guessed some of them. I absolutely loved this book. Couldn't put it down once I picked it up! Definitely a must read!

This is Tiffinie's best book yet! What a fun, great story! I love stories that show a woman with some guts and strength and that is exactly what this one does but with some love and humor thrown in to make it an amazing story. This one is a MUST read for sure. I am really hoping for more books to continue along this line. Thanks Tiffinie!

Helmer is definitely an instant read for me. Instead of wild men in Alaska we get a race car driver in Indianapolis and a sexy attorney. You never know who will move in next door and turn your life upside down. But it wasn't just the sexy guy, Jake, to spin Caroline's world. The beautiful new hot rod she purchased would give her more excitement than ever before. She has an uptight fiance, a dysfunctional family and she hates her job. Jake has his own issues and a past he wants nothing to do with but sometimes it just won't go away. The two of them have this instant zing and despite all the crazy that comes at them, it never fizzles out. The cover is a deceiving vixen, thinking I was reading a fun flirty comical romace (I never read the blurb) and I get a sexy romp with an element of suspense and danger. Outstanding new series, hoping for more from Willow and her manly suitors. I was lucky enough to get a review copy and have happily written my review voluntarily.

I rank this book as the best I have read in over eight years. I have been reading 4-5 books a week and sometimes a book a day. I read many authors. Ms. Helmer has just risen to my top favorite with this book. As a "Topless" owner of three awesome cars I related to the change in Caroline just by owning such a vintage vehicle. The character's development was felt with each challenge and success. Ms. Helmer wrote such true life individual trials that you feel as if you are living them right along with the characters. Not only is Caroline an embodiment of all women who experience some of her life changing attitudes. Jake also grows and becomes a true romantic hero. Add in colorful, dangerous, hurtful, supportive, explosive, helpful and loving family members and great friends. You have a book that touches your heart, scares you, finds justice, and that most important romance trait of a "happily ever after". Not stopping from the start to finish and when finished wished there was more to read.
From beginning to end the voice of this author is terrific. You are immersed deeply into the emotions of all characters, feeling their struggles and growth just as they do. The flow of the story is superb. No slow areas, just constant and fast. Over way before you are ready to see the end. Not so patiently waiting for the series to continue. Wondering who will be the next heroine and hero written by Ms. Helmer. This book has you living their emotions. Her ability to write such a great women character is truly awesome. But she can also deliver on understanding and portraying the male feelings and desires. What a win win story plot.
I will buy all of her previous books and look forward to buying and reading anything else Ms. Helmer writes. Topless is truly a superior book.

Caro and Jake
This book is really different than the author's other books which are set in Alaska. Caroline has done what she's told by her parents all her life. I prefer strong independent women and she was weak for the first several chapters. Much weaker than this author's other female characters and this isn't set in Alaska.
When Caroline buys a new red convertible she starts to find her voice and backbone. She meets Jake and sparks fly but her mother and ex really don't want her to have her own life.
This story has lust, love and a strong protector, however I wish Caro had found her voice sooner in the story. The first several chapters were frustrating and dragged, but then things started picking up and I enjoyed seeing Caroline stand up to her ex and her mother.

I am so in love with this book, that it may have replaced Edge as my favorite book by Tiffini Helmer. First you have a young woman who buys a '67 Mustang convertible on a whim and it becomes the catalyst for her to reevaluate everything about her life. The first thing she does is switch out her staid middle aged lawyer clothes for brightly colored free flowing clothes. Then she goes home and a gorgeous man has moved in next door. Her fiance and mother are not amused.
Soon Caroline is ready to restart her life and that is where the story really gets interesting. There and so many twists and turns in this story that I was kept guessing all the way to the end. I can't wait for Willow's story.

What a great book!! Carolyn went from a meek unassuming woman that nobody noticed and did everything she was told weather it made her happy or not, even going so far as to marry someone she doesn't like. But then she has a complete turn around when she gets to go "topless" and she notices her hunky neighbor that is anything but meek. Jake has had a sketchy past that he is not proud of now he is looking to change all that and find the "one". they have a lot of bumps and both of them are not sure they are good enough for the other. In the end you will have laughed, cried, screamed in anger, and found yourself wanting to high five Caro. This is another must read from Tiffinie

She's practical and ALWAYS does what her parents and fiance expect of her. On a whim, Caroline buys a classic Mustang convertible. That purchase triggers her independence (finally!) and she starts to discovery what it is that SHE wants. Her family and fiance don't like the change in her and try to regain control. Unfortunately, she discovers her fiance is not the man he purports to be.
The story is about finding yourself and growing a backbone. Of course, it has plenty of romance and sex too!!

I simply love Tiffinie Helmer's books! They are always such fun to read. "Topless" was no different. Plenty of twists and turns to keep the reader engaged and waiting to see what came next, a flawed 'hero' that you would love to meet in real life, and a timid female who has been told what to do all of her life... until she buys a kick-ass Mustang and decides to take control of her life by coming ALIVE (and TOPLESS).
If you have ever felt beaten down at points of your life, you will be cheering for Jake and Caro as they take on the challenges between them and "happy ever after". You also may never look at a kitchen table the same way again...

I got four hours of sleep last night. You might be wondering why I am telling you this, it's because of this book. I started Topless yesterday morning and only stopped when I had to leave the house and be a responsible mom. Once my son was in bed for the night I picked up my kindle and didn't set it down until I finished it. This is not a short book, I believe its around 300 pages, and I loved each and every one of them. I love Caro and Jake. They are fantastic together. They grow together both as a couple and as individuals. I very highly recommend this book.

Loved the book. The story kept me on the edge of my seat. The characters are well developed and I became invested in their story. This story had some nail biting moments. Talk about your mommy dearest! Wow.
