A lead singer, a professor, and another lead singer walk into a bedroom...

Molly McIntire loves her career as the lead singer of the band Warning Sign. Who she does not love?

The cocky, seductive lead singer of The Grunge, rockstar Luc Moreau, who through a series of misfortunate events ends up singing with her.

In her band. On her stage. Together.

It's like getting naked, with a microphone between them. So is there any surprise they’re tempted to hate screw each other afterward?

But someone sees them with their tempers running hot. And open-minded Professor Ethan Haywood wants them both, in every dirty, decadent way. For a night or so much more.

Except he’s not the only one who’s watching them—and the band. Their every move is being monitored, and when the lights go out, not everyone will still be standing.

Suddenly it’s not just about falling into bed for Molly, Luc, and Ethan, but falling in love when everything they know and love is in danger.

Author’s note: This book contains mènage scenes, and while the men are always focused on the woman, they also focus on each other. With and without their clothes on.

Author’s note part deux: While the romantic relationship ends in a full HEA, there are ongoing events that will not be fully explained or resolved until the next book, Raw Rhythm.

A lead singer, a professor, and another lead singer walk into a bedroom...

I was honestly just going to end my review here. Because, c'mon! Sweet mother of ovaries, people. This book was so ridiculously hot, I still can't even.

But beyond the hot cover and the ridiculously hotter set up, what truly sucked me in was the story. Being a longtime fan of all things Cari and Taryn, I love getting more of my Oblivion peeps in this spin off. And Jazz being one of my favorite heroines, I couldn't wait to get my hands on the story of her sister, Molly.

Molly is finally in a great place in her life. She's the lead singer of a band, she has a great relationship with her once estranged sister, and she's living on top of the world. Who needs a man to complicate things. Especially one impeccably dressed man that has a deliciously dirty mouth and a penchant for the kinky things in bed that she can't seem to stay away from.

Professor Ethan Haywood is never lacking for a bed partner; male or female. But little Molly has been the star of his every fantasy lately and he knows he'll stop at nothing to have her. Even if she thinks that they're nothing but an itch to scratch. Another man coming into the picture should be a complication, but proves to be so much more.

Luc Moreau finds himself in a place he never hoped he'll be back; rock bottom. Facing the potential boot from his band and his role as the lead singer is bad enough. But when a sexy little powerhouse blows into their recording studio and is convinced that she can sing him out of the water, he's thrown for a loop. His attraction to her is inconvenient at best. But his pull to the man that already staked a claim on her, is even more so.

Thus begins a delicious game of sexual power plays and playing with fire. Luc and Molly have too much riding on their career to focus on anything besides it. But their connection proves to be too strong to resist. Where Ethan is open with his sexuality, Luc has been on the reserved side. But when Ethan calls him out on his urges, he can't help but give in. What starts then is a whole lot of sexy.

Much in Cari and Taryn fashion, they leave us hanging at the end. The sadists. While the relationship is a resolved, there's a terrible even that happens that leaves everything up in the air for the band. And I for one cannot wait to see how it all comes together in the next book.

I’ve been reading this writing duo since long before they were a writing duo and I’ve been down a lot of roads with them over the years and having just finished Perfect Pitch, I’m going to be honest and say I’m a little raw. It’s not the first time they’ve brought me to this spot, and I’m sure it won’t be the last, but my emotions are a bit of a jumbled mess right now and I apologize if my review reflects that. The Found In Oblivion series has been interesting to me because the “feel” of the books have been so different and Perfect Pitch goes to the gritty underbelly, the dark side of fame and it was fantastically done. Yes, this is a romance and it is a romance between three people and that part of the story was intense, sexy, and so perfect for the three people involved, but someone is harassing the band and in this book we see just how serious they are and it is somewhat terrifying.

Molly McIntire has waited her whole life to be a famous singer, she is talented beyond belief and it seems like things are going well until she hears something in what should have been a private meeting and finds herself in a sign off with Luc Moreau, whose days as front man for The Grunge are about over . What she doesn’t expect is her recent hook-up, Ethan Haywood, and Luc so easily deciding a night of sex between the three of them is what they all need to burn off the extra energy rolling off of them. I loved the way these three complimented each other and how easily their lives melded from the start. There was no real posturing and it was obvious that while they spent a little time one on one, it was the three of them together that made their relationship work. At times I did feel a little bad for Ethan since his job as a professor kept him segregated from the musicians in his life, but I also loved how his logical brain and his words always calmed them both. In turn, they were willing to do anything to protect Ethan and his career, something he made damn sure they knew he didn’t need. My one complaint, I wanted more time with them really getting to know one another, sharing their backgrounds, their struggles, their accomplishments, their families or lack of, I wanted to see that cerebral connection on top of the physical one which was hot as f*ck, but I wanted to see that what they had went beyond and I’m hoping we get that in the next book.

Warning Sign has a new hot shot producer and he plans to take them into the stratosphere and it appears to be working until things come crashing down around them. I’ll be honest folks, it was brutal, but I trust Cari and Taryn to get their readers through this because they have never let us down before.

Perfect Pitch is sexy, it is shocking, and there is an air of mystery surrounding this band now and I for one am more the ready to see how everything plays out.

Holy wow!
Fans have been anticipating this MMF for a loooong time. No one knew what was going to happen, but suspected it was going to be explosive. Lawd, did Cari Quinn and Taryn Elliott deliver.

Perfect Pitch is definitely the writing duo’s hottest book to date. The chemistry between the three main characters is explosive. All the delicious touching is hot enough to rock worlds, which it did many times, mine included. I really enjoyed the sexy, but what I loved even more was the ease of their relationship and the affection between them. A fiery female lead singer, the male rocker more famous for his exploits than his music, and a sexy professor seem like an unlikely match, but these three fit each other perfectly. I adored all of them, especially yummy Professor Sexy.

But it’s not all about the physical relationship. There’s a little bit of everything from laugh out loud humor, band drama, old friends and new characters, mystery and intrigue, and an event that will forever change the Oblivion world.

Perfect Pitch sucked me in and held me spellbound. I couldn’t read fast enough, my heart literally pounded several times, and my eyes may have leaked a little bit. All the hallmarks of an exceptional story. I loved it.

I received an advance copy and chose to write a review.

Holy Sh*t! One thing is for sure...not only can Cari Quinn and Taryn Elliott write an amazing rocker romance, but they make a triad relationship seem so easy and sexy and has me so jealous because I want that too. And to top everything off, this one ended with a cliffhanger that has me holding my breath to know what happens next.

Perfect Pitch is the latest installment of the Found In Oblivion series and follows Molly, the lead singer to Warning Sign, as she finds love. But Molly is a lot to handle, so lucky for her she gets TWO sexy men to tame her. I’m so freaking jealous.

One lucky man is Ethan, best friend to Lauren who married West, a fellow band mate, and college professor. He’s the “nerdy” type with a physique sculpted by lots of time in the gym and as exquisite as if it had been sculpted by the Gods. He’s a bit of an alpha and not as “nerdy” as outward appearances may seem.

Lucky man number two is Luc, a fellow musician who’s still trying to find his place in the industry. With looks that could have him double as Thor or starring in an episode of Vikings, he’s another yummy specimen of man that I’d LOVE to be sandwiched between. See what I mean? Molly is one lucky ass girl.

As Molly and Luc work through the new arrangement the record label has put them in, they are also working out their budding relationship with Ethan that quickly evolves into something so much more than either of them expected. A relationship between two people is already difficult enough, but when you have a third...it’s even more confounding. Not only do they have to figure out how to clearly define the dynamics of it all, but they are faced with jealousies within the relationship; which affects Ethan a bit more because he’s not a part of the same working aspect that Luc and Molly share. But they make it work and they make it look so inviting.

Perfect Pitch is yet another outstanding book in this addictive series and I’m on pins and needles for the next book. It shattered my heart and I want to see how much of it will be mended after reading Raw Rhythm .

FAVORITE QUOTES:
“You’re a naughty girl.”
“Question is, why don’t I have a c*ck in my mouth?” She bit her lower lip and gazed at Luc again. “And why don’t you?”

“Every day I’m with you, I learn more. I’m in no rush to get to the end of the song. And as far as I’m concerned, the music began when we got together.”

Not gonna lie, I started Perfect Pitch with some trepidation, because Molly has been one of my least favorite characters in this series so far. But when the Cari and Taryn assured me beforehand that I would come to see Molly in a new light, I believed them because they have never let me down before. And you know what? They were absolutely right. I do see Molly in a new light now. Yes, she's never going to be the sweet, soft heroine we all fall in love with at first glance. She's had to work too hard, had to build up too much armor to be that kind of woman. And yet, she's at heart a strong, good person, and in her story she finally shines, becomes more than the stereotypical diva bitch she's been throughout this series.

And then there are her men, Luc and Ethan. My God, these men are DIVINE!! And beautiful and smoking hot. Not just individually, but together and with Molly. When the three of them come together, panties and boxer briefs melt right off! And when they get their triad fixed and figured out...all hell breaks loose and the cliffhanger comes out of left field and knocks me on my ass. Seriously, I am so mad at Cari and Taryn right now. My heart is breaking and I'm freaking out because hello?! That cliffhanger is a bitch, much more than Molly ever has been. I need Raw Rhythm on my Kindle like right now!! So be forewarned, people, that there is a crazy cliffhanger and it's a doozy.

Perfect Pitch is for the most part a standalone, but I'd suggest you read the other Found in Oblivion books first so you know who all the players are in the band, and outside of the band, because there are lots of people mentioned that you might not understand or recognize if you're not familiar with this series already. But, do, definitely do, read Perfect Pitch if you like MMF ménages, rockstars, professors, or any combination of the three. You will not regret it because Cari and Taryn have really raised the bar with this entry in the series. It's hot, it's emotionally complicated and satisfying and the journey these three people take will have you engaged til the very last page. They'll make you mad, they'll melt your heart (and your panties ;) and they'll break you all in the same book. Just don't forget there's a crazy cliffhanger!

Whew!! I think I need a cold shower after this. Cari Quin and Taryn Elliott sure know how to give you a smoking hot rock romance. We got a glimpse of Molly in the previous books and I knew she came across as extremely tough so I wasn’t sure what would come in this book. I should have never have doubted that she would be a character that I could fall in love with. It’s great to see a tough woman who knows what she wants and isn’t afraid to sacrifice to get it.

Now for the fireworks, and oh my do we get them!! We have that hot bad boy rocker, Luc, who is blindsided by his band and the professor, Ethan. Could these two be even more different…that is minus the hot bodies these boys have. Why wouldn’t Molly love this little threesome?!

There is a lot going on in this installment of the bandmates in Found in Oblivion and these authors sure know how to bring out the best and the hottest from these hard rockers we love to read about.

I received this book as an ARC for a freely given and honest review.

Cari Quinn and Taryn Elliott have done it again with Perfect Pitch! And while it's part of The Oblivion series, it can be read as a standalone.

This book is a sexy, steamy, emotional, rockstar romance. With all kinds of taboo stuff!! I'm a sucker for rockstars and taboo! Perfect Pitch not only gives us M/F/M (which I LOVE.),
but we also get M/M action. Now I'll admit I'm not a huge M/M fan, but this book has shown me a different side. The authors did a FANTASTIC job with not only the characters, but the storyline. The chemistry between Ethan, Molly, and Luc absolutely SCORCHING!!!

This book will take you on an emotional rollercoaster!! The ending, had me reeling!! I was like WHAT????? Just completely shocked! I can't wait for Raw Rhythm to find out what happens next!!!

I had to take a few days to let this book sink in. Why? Because this is not your average Rocker Romance. Oh no. Cari and Taryn have elevated this to a whole new level. And I'll tell you right now, it doesn't end here.

I can't get much into that BECAUSE SPOILERS AND I SO HATE YOU GUYS *ahem*. But let's just say that it ends on a cliffhanger.

We'll instead talk about the main story.

Luc has been trouble for his band 'The Grunge' for years. It's just terrible timing however, when Dex announces they're dumping him, and the perky blonde singer from 'Warning Sign' walks by and demands an audition to replace him. He just wishes that they hadn't sounded so amazing together - because now they're stuck co-leading her band, and neither of them can deny how much they sizzle.

Then there's Ethan. Molly's dirty Professor. He kept showing up everywhere, including Denver & Ryan's wedding. He'd become one of Walking Sign's extended family, and it was becoming impossible to ignore him. She was already in that "wedding" headspace - wistful about all of her friends belonging to someone - and he jumped on that mood like... well, like a Professor on a houndstooth jacket.

After her encounters with Ethan at the wedding, and Luc when they sang together, she was utterly dizzy. Then the three of them came together at the same time, and Ethan made it perfectly clear that he'd be open to having some fun with both Molly and Luc.

Molly knew triads worked, she saw it daily between Lauren, Randy, and West - but was that kind of thing for her? She definitely wanted both men, but did she want both men? She had enough on her plate with Lila Shawcross on her case, and now having to share HER band with Luc himself.... Did she need the extra drama?

Maybe they could keep things casual. Maybe they could make the co-lead singer thing work. Maybe Ethan wasn't a distraction. Lots of maybes, lots of complications, lots of other things that come with falling for the last people you thought you would.

--------------------
In my opinion, this is the best 'Oblivion' book yet - and that's saying something. I've been with them from the very beginning. You're gonna need some kleenex by the time you're done, and also be ready to wait a little bit for a resolution to the story that simmers in the background.

This book gets five "dancing in lingerie" stars.

Cari Quinn and Taryn Elliott have done it again with Perfect Pitch, their newest steamy, sexy and emotional rockstar romance. They have taken a "taboo" subject and elevated it into a stunningly beautiful story that will wow readers and leave them blown away. The story is not only M/F/M but also M/M and M/M/F and it is super HOT! Quinn and Elliott seriously know how to write a menage romance! The story will leave readers panting at Ethan, Molly and Luc's chemistry. It is seriously incendiary! But this love story is also one that explores self-acceptance and everyone's struggle to fit in and find their place in the world. It's about finding the one(s) who complete you, the one(s) who you cannot live without.

Heat factor aside, Perfect Pitch is a rollercoaster of emotions as Molly and Luc struggle with their professional careers. There's laughs aplenty as the gang from Warning Sign works on their next album but there's also some suspense and, in the end, a curve ball that readers will be left reeling from. The ending is a complete shock and readers should be prepared to be completely gutted. Quinn and Elliott left me questioning so much and left me desperate to get my hands on Raw Rhythm immediately! Alas, I have to wait a bit but it was the perfect set up leading into their next book.

Perfect Pitch is one of those stories that will grab you from the start and keep you invested throughout. I couldn't put it down and loved every second of it! It's told from multiple POV's and readers will adore getting inside Ethan, Molly and Luc's minds. Perfect Pitch can be read as a standalone story but personally, I recommend reading the entire Found in Oblivion series first. However, I truly recommend going a step further and reading Quinn and Elliott's Lost in Oblivion series first since you will get the backstory of many of the characters and their family which makes the reading experience even better. But seriously, if you are just jumping into the series here for the first time, it's completely doable! Just be forewarned that you will definitely want to go back and read the others after reading Perfect Pitch!!!

I do love me some rockstars and this book is full of them. This is Molly, Luc and Ethan's story but there's plenty of input from the other members of Warning Sign and I loved it. The music references, the friendships, the sexy times all make for one amazing read. I love these authors writing style, the way they pay attention to the details means it's so easy to become invested in these characters, their camaraderie, their thoughts and feelings. The banter between them is brilliantly written and the laugh out loud moments earned me some funny looks from my family. Descriptions of clothing, makeup, music and staging gave me a wonderful visual accompaniment to their skilled words. I got lost in their rock world for a moment in time.

There's plenty of fabulous mmf action going on and you may decide this is not the book for you. However, this too is written with passion and I thought it was perfect, wonderfully erotic and sensual and hot as hell! Get ready to squirm!

Hot, funny, sexy, I couldn't put this book down. I laughed, I sang along but I also shed some tears as certain shocking events began to unfold. These authors like to keep us readers on our toes and nothing will be the same again in the Warning Sign world.

I just finished Perfect Pitch by Taryn Elliot and Cari Quinn and I'm at a loss for words. First off, this is a MMF story. If that's not your cup of tea, don't one click this book. I am a big fan of, well written, MMF and these two authors rocked it!! The chemistry between Ethan, a college professor, and Luc and Molly, co-lead singers in a rock band, was off the charts hot AF!! The character development for these three is so well done. We get a true sense of how they got to where they are. What I wasn't expecting to be a part of this story was intrigue. Woven throughout this story are little hints that there is something going on, behind the scenes, that no one knows about. Little things that happen, that the members of the band don't connect. That lead up to the big concert. I'm not going to lie, the end broke me, absolutely broke me. When a book leaves you searching for words and can make you feel the emotions of the characters that they have written, then the author(s) has given the book world an amazing story! I highly recommend this book!

Omg this rocked out of the park! The amazing sex scenes aside (and holy crap are there some fantastic sex scenes!), the story was incredible. The emotion and drama draw you throughout the story. I love the connection between Ethan, Luc and Molly. They are a strong unit and it really looks like they will need it.

The revitalization of Warning Sign is an incredible journey. It has only just begin and I can't wait for more. The band as a whole has grown and I'm thinking we are in for a wicked ride.

To leave a reader raw at the end of a story. And I mean raw. I haven't felt this shredded from a story in, well, ever! Unheard of, but boy this dynamic duo just needed to change it up. I eagerly await the next in the series I sure hope they are working on it now I don't know that I have it in me to wait too long.

Both Ethan and Luc like to make sure it's good for their girl and are both so tender with her, "then Ethan pulled out and she whimpered, biting down on Luc’s jaw. “Easy,” he muttered to Ethan, who rubbed her spine in apology." Molly is not a bashful girl, “I’ll still eat it.” She pressed a hand to her stomach. “Effing works up an appetite.” I truly loved Ethan's parents they were so accepting, “you’re so beautiful too. Where did he find you two? I know this is California, but really, wow.” She eased back and fanned herself while again sneaking a glance at Luc. “I’m impressed, son. Very impressed.” I liked this book, I loved Luc and Ethan.

Great continuation of the storyline, sloppy editing 2.5 stars

I love the Lost and Found series collaborations. Full of love an lust and all of the highs and lows that you would expect in flawed crazy talented characters, these books are really unlike any rock star series out there.

Pitch Perfect is centered around Molly, the lead singer of up and coming Warning Signs and her relationships with Ethan, the hot professor, and Luc, the big and bad and equally as hot cast away lead singer who is thrust into their lives in more ways than one.

The steamy scenes are scorching as the three of them navigate their way through a polygamous relationship. I am a sucker for FMM (especially the MM) and this book takes it to a whole other level.

But, while the amazingly well written menage scenes will set your e-reader on fire, there were some things that certainly cooled me off.

First, I'm not sure if it's because I read so many other books in between releases but the relationship tree of the characters is getting a little muddled. I swear I kept thinking that I had to go back and read some of the previous books to get some of it straight. I'm thinking that maybe a family/friend tree in the next book would be helpful. Especially for those who are new to these writers. -0.5 stars

Second, and this really is the biggest reason for 2.5 stars, there were so many errors. So many. From misspelled words to misused words to, at one point, an entire paragraph repeated verbatim. I don't recall it being like this in the others books by these talented authors. Poor editing is a distraction that takes away from the book no matter how well it is written or how great the story line is. In my opinion, it took this book from 4.5 to 2.5 stars.

Still, I look forward to Raw Rhythm, Malachi and Elle's story. I have a particular affinity for the brooding and broken characters. I just hope the editing thing is managed before the release.

••••••

REVIEW: PERFECT PITCH is the fifth installment in Cari Quinn and Taryn Elliott’s contemporary, adult FOUND IN OBLIVION erotic, rock, romance series focusing on the members of the rock band Warning Sign. This is lead singer for the rock back The Grunge Luc Moreau, lead singer for Warning Sign Molly McIntire, and professor Ethan Haywood’s story line. The FOUND IN OBLIVION series is a spin off from Quinn and Elliott’s LOST IN OBLIVION series. Several characters from LIO cross over including band manager Lila Shawcross and Ripper Records owner Donovan Lewis. You do not have to have read the other series to follow or understand the events of PERFECT PITCH. Perfect Pitch can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty.

NOTE: PERFECT PITCH contains graphic MFM and MMF sexual situations, language and text, and may not be suitable for all readers.

Told from three third person perspectives (Luc, Molly, and Ethan) PERFECT PITCH follows the building relationship between Luc Moreau, lead singer for the rock back The Grunge, lead singer of Warning Sign Molly McIntire, and professor Ethan Haywood. After a series of PR nightmares for Luc Moreau, and a confrontation between Molly McIntire and Ripper Records upper management, our couple find themselves pushed together to front Warning Sign, leaving The Grunge floundering to remain a viable band. Professor Ethan Haywood’s attraction to Molly McIntire has the added bonus of their mutual attraction to Molly’s new band mate Luc Moreau but keeping their ménage relationship a secret struggles in the face of overzealous paparazzi, and Molly’s need to hide the truth from Ripper Records management. What ensues is the building romance between Molly, Ethan and Luc, as Molly and Luc battle one another for professional control.

PERFECT PITCH is a sexy and sassy story line about three people who find love when they least expect it. The roller coaster of emotions is threatened by heartbreaking family history, as well as a turn of events that will leave the reader wondering what the h*ll happened and why. The ménage relationship is passionate, erotic and intense-the $ex scenes leave little to the reader’s imagination.

There is a large ensemble cast of secondary and supporting characters including all of the members of Warning Sign, The Grunge, as well as Lila Shawcross and Donovan Lewis. The world building continues to focus on the bands, the music, and the struggles to make it big in an industry where everyone believes they should be number one.

PERFECT PITCH is also a story of slow building intrigue when a series of questionable events begin to snowball in a potentially life threatening drama aimed at the members of Warning Sign. The premise is exciting, intoxicating and heartbreaking; the characters are edgy, colorful and dynamic; the romance is seductive, provocative and hot. PERFECT PITCH ends on a cliffhanger- an agonizing and painful reminder that fame comes at a cost. Keep your tissues handy, you’re going to need them.

This book was sent to me by the authors for a review. I have to admit that in the beginning, I had a hard time trying to get into this book. Even though I was curious as to how Molly would handle being in a relationship, still couldn't get into it. By the end, I was in shock with how things ended. I'm really hoping that things won't go in the direction they appear to be. This book starts with a hook-up between Molly and Ethan at a wedding. After it happens, Ethan is wanting more of Molly but she doesn't want the distraction. A few weeks pass and Molly eavesdrops on a couple of conversations that she shouldn't have. With her being nosy, she ends up setting things in motion that will take not only her life, but Warning Sign's future in a different direction. Luc is the lead singer of the band The Grunge who is having his own problems with his band. When Molly barges into his private conversation, his future and his band's future is also altered. They have intense chemistry between them, which becomes obvious when they start singing together. Molly follows Luc outside of the studio, where they run into Ethan and from there, their menage relationship begins. At first, it is only supposed to be a one time thing since the future is so uncertain for Molly and Luc. As they go their separate ways, they are all wanting more time with the others. Luc is involved in an altercation in Vegas, which brings the three back together again. When Molly and Luc are around each other in public, she acts like they don't know each other. Luc wants more but doesn't want to scare her off. Once things are set for Warning Sign, things really start to heat up among the three of them. The chemistry is crazy and you start pulling for things to work out. Ethan is the first who decides that he doesn't want to keep their relationship a secret and that he doesn't feel ashamed in letting everyone know. When he was texting Lauren and trying to tell her about his new relationship, she made me laugh because it kept going over her head. When Luc realizes who he came out to, he starts to freak because of his past and how it is going to affect his future. When Warning Sing debuts their new image, all three are finally comfortable with their relationship and are determined to make it work. However, tragedy strikes soon after and it changes their lives again. November is when the next book is due and I can't wait to see what happens because of the way this book ends. I'm sure that it is going to make me cry because right now the plot has me in shock. I still hope that everyone will get a second book like how the Oblivion members did because everyone still has so much more to their stories to tell

Not everyone in the world enjoys the same type of stories. Me? I want a book that has characters that I like and to whom I can relate. I want drama and angst to make a story interesting, but in the end, I want a happy ending. I don't want tragedy. There is too much of tragedy in the world as it is. If I want to be sad or depressed, I will read the news or watch reality television.

"Pitch Perfect" is the latest book in the "Found in Oblivion" series. This chapter of the "Found" series focuses on Molly, the lead singer of Warning Sign. In the previous "Found" books, Molly was pretty unlikeable. She was a selfish, cold-hearted control freak who was unsympathetic to the trials facing her band mates. As "Pitch Prefect" opened, Molly seemed to be thawing a little bit toward the other members of the band. Her continued flirtation with Professor Ethan Haywood and developing friendship with the other women in the band made Molly much more appealing.

Unfortunately, just as I was warming to her, Molly reverted to character, showing that she was willing to ditch the band in order to promote herself. Her actions resulted in Luc Moreau, the scandal-ridden, former lead singer of The Grunge, joining Warning Sign. Unsettled and off-balance with the band situation, both singers recklessly agree to Ethan's proposal for a threesome. After their night together, Molly, Ethan, and Luc are all interested in seeing where their passions are leading them. The budding relationship is tested as Luc and Molly struggle to work together in the band and as the three deal with their own and others' ideas about triads.

Overall, the book was enjoyable. So why did I rate up it so low?

First, as I said before, I struggled to like Molly. As someone who treasures loyalty, her willingness to ditch her band was almost unforgivable to me.

Second, the book was poorly edited. As a fan, I want the next book in a series to be released as soon as possible. However, I also like a polished story. The frequent misspellings were distracting.

Finally, at the end of the story, the authors set up "Raw Rhythm," the next story in the series. The plot device that they used was shocking. Honestly, I am not sure that this plot device can be used effectively in a romantic series without alienating readers. When I finished reading the book, I wasn't thinking about how much I liked the story or whether I wanted to pre-order the next book. Instead, I felt angry and betrayed. Honestly, I don't know if I will read the next book...

Good golly, what you've been hiding Ms. Molly!

Pitch Perfect, book 5 in this amazing series, centers around stubborn, moody, high maintenance Molly McIntire, lead singer of Warning Sign, too busy it seemed trying to be perfect to get involved in anything human besides band business until she is temporarily swept up into the intense storm in the form of hot professor, Ethan Haywood! A few brief encounters that left her breathless for the 1st time in years but not something she wants or has time for! Months later, a steamy, memorable nite hooking up with him has her thinking about him again. Then another rocker invades her space with his dominating sexiness and killer talent that has her wanting him just as she is supposed to be meeting Ethan. Ethan sees something electric between Molly and Luc Moreau together that he wants to explore and it quickly goes into true MFM territory, with all players eventually playing! The relationship was well done, super sexy and in the too hot to handle zone! Just kidding, never too hot and these authors know how to ramp up the steam...wow! Meanwhile, Molly and Luc have some amazing vocal and sensual chemistry going for them in and out of the recording studio and when Ethan is included in the mix..wellllll..read how much chemistry is REALLY between this threesome if you are open minded about MFM relationships but pass if you are not as this book revolves around this budding trio and is very descriptive! Molly was totally hiding her wilder side and now she's owning it! I personally loved it, touching, emotional and super hot but its not the only focus of the story. So, of course, the bands interwoven lives give us tasty bits of Warning Signs other members goings on which is a big part of the story as well.

Perfect Pitch has some mysterious, underlying currents of unexplained incidents that make you wonder what's really happening here? Something to worry about, weird happenings , sinister intentions or just paparazzi going too far? A bad feeling in the back of your mind, but what is it?
When the final scenes are revealed, there are not enough tissues to catch the tears that will fall from your eyes. Not all the answers to your questions will be found here but thank God, the next book is waiting for me to jump into right now. I am glad to have waited til all books were published to read this series (at least I think so!). Kudos to the writing talents of Cari Quinn and Taryn Elliot, as they have me in their clutches now and I don't want to be saved!

Ok, Let me start of by saying you definitely need to read this whole series from the beginning in order to understand connections. This book will stand alone to a point but it is more understandable when you read the ones before it, including the Lost in Oblivion series, as some of these characters are related to those characters. With all that being said, I loved this book!! The characters chemistry from the start was off the charts! It was hot! But then there was extreme emotional turmoil as well.

Molly is the lead singer of the band. We first saw her in the LIO series since she is Jazz's little sister. In previous books she always seemed stand offish to other people and like a Diva! Once you get into her head and understand where she is coming from and why she thinks the way she does, it is all perfectly understandable. It makes you like her even more. Especially once she gets together with her men.

Ethan is this hot college professor that we say in Dirty Duet (West and Lauren's story). He is best friends with Lauren, although at one point he thought he wanted more than to be friend's. He definitely realized differently. He was always attracted to Molly but just thought it would be a quick thing and they would move on.

Luc we saw at the end of Lost Lyric when he helped Ryan save Dallas. He was the lead singer for his band until they suddenly decided to kick him out over the publicity he was getting. Not knowing the story behind any of it, they didn't stand behind him (as they should have).

Reading about how these three come together and decide to have "just one night" was beyond HOT! But then you throw in the interactions between them all and the feelings they are developing as they get to know each other? And just having them stand beside each other when they truly need it? It makes you fall in love with them! They complete each other and ALL their needs in ways you would never think about. Be prepared as there are male on male scenes as well. Some people might not like it, I thought it was HOT! Be prepared though, the ending will make you ugly cry! I am not afraid to admit, I definitely sobbed at the end! But this book was so good that I know that in the next one these author's will make us understand why what happened, happened. Great read!

So good I’ve already read it twice!

If you’re a fan of the Lost in Oblivion and Found in Oblivion series, then you’ve probably been anxiously awaiting this latest installment with the members of Warning Sign. You won’t be disappointed!

Molly is the icy princess / lead singer of Warning Sign. She can offend almost anyone with her curt disposition and relentless focus on driving the band to the top, even if it drives people away from her as well. Ethan is a well-respected professor and the best friend of the girlfriend of one of the other band members. He and Molly have been dancing around their mutual attraction to each other, and eventually they fall into each other’s arms.

Enter Luc, the complicated and tortured lead singer of Grunge, a different band also managed by Ripper Records. A heated afternoon with a few flared tempers, overheard conversations and big egos leads to a very unexpected development for bands. And the beginning of an equally unexpected and heated relationship between Luc, Ethan and Molly.

If you’re not a fan of M/M/F triads, where the guys love each other just as much as their woman, then this may not be a book for you. If you do enjoy that premise, then you don’t want to miss this one. The sexy scenes are beyond hot and yet there is great tenderness and raw emotion as well as these relationships develop. Nothing feels contrived or disingenuous.

If you are a fan of both series, then you know how intertwined the characters are from the two bands and their extended relationships. This very much comes into play towards the end of the book when they are all forced to deal with a heartbreaking situation that ends on a cliffhanger.

This book will give you all the feels: I laughed, cried, yelled and at a few points had to turn my A/C on high! I still feel a little raw about the ending to be honest, and I’m anxiously awaiting the conclusion to this story when Raw Rhythm releases in November. I’m confident that the authors will do right by the characters I’ve come to love like I know them personally.

Absolutely Perfect!

If you love rockers then The Lost in Oblivion and Found in Oblivion series from the author duo of Cari Quinn and Taryn Elliott is THE SERIES that should be at the top of your list! When an author can make you go through a range of feelings and draw you into a story where you feel as though the characters are real, I consider that five star writing. Whether you are angry, happy, sad, on pins and needles or turned-on, that is this duos specialty. They always bring me through the full range of emotions with every read and that is why I am a devoted follower and will read anything they put out. They are not afraid to take chance with their characters and a former happy ever after can be destroyed within a few pages.....but trust the authors I do...so I am wrecked at the end of this story but have faith they will pull us through in subsequent books. But back to the beginning of this book: This story focuses on Molly (Jazz's sister and the lead singer of Warning Sign), Luc (lead singer of another Ripper Records band that we have heard mention of in previous stories in the Oblivion Series) and Ethan (sexy Professor and best Friend of Lauren who married West the Keyboardist from Warning Sign in the book Dirty Duet). They take a formerly unlikeable character, the demanding and self-centered Molly, and bring you into her head space and have you absolutely loving her by the middle of the book! Take note there is touching between the men and it is absolutely hot! There is something dark following the band and we have hints at danger lurking, but what exactly that is we still don't know. So yes, this is one you definitely need to pick up and go for the journey with this triad. You will love how they come together and how each one comes around to fighting for their unique relationship and make it permanent. This is a group I want to know more about!!

Another good story in the saga of Warning Sign. We already have Jules in a threesome, though the boys aren't interested in each other. In this one, Ethan (Lauren's BFF) is very interested in Molly. They had a near-miss at one point, but because of a former lover messing with him, Molly thinks Ethan is just a one-and-done kind of guy. But at Denver's wedding, Ethan makes another play for her, and she gives in to the passion. Soon after, at band practive, Molly overhears something she shouldn't have, and she sort of throws a temper tantrum. And when she storms into another band's drama, she makes a move to be lead singer of THAT band (sort of an ultimatum-ish move), since they were talking about firing their own lead singer. And then it turns into a pissing (singing) contest between Molly and Luc. Because someone recorded it and it went viral, Lila comes up with the idea that maybe Luc can have a shot in Warning Sign, and while Luc and Molly are sort of arguing about it, Ethan comes upon them and feels the instant attraction between the three of them. Ethan recognizes Luc's bi-sexuality, even though Luc has done nothing about that side of himself in a really long time. Ethan proposes they give a threesome a try, and they all agree... and it's magical. Though Molly still thinks it's a temporary thing, which drives Ethan nuts. Plus, Ethan feels sort of on the outside since Luc and Molly are basically working together now. But they get all that worked out.

In the background, some weird stuff is happening around Ripper Records and Warning Sign. There's someone taking pictures of Molly and Luc, someone leaking footage of things within the band that nobody outside the band should be privy to, someone sabotaging band members' plans, and near the end, disaster strikes, and lives change. And there we have a bit of a cliffy... everything with the trio in this book seems solid, but stuff with the band is definitely up in the air right now. So I wait for the next one.

I received an advanced copy and chose to write a review. OMG what an emotional ride….still a bit shaken by the ending…

Good writing - clever and fun in places, steamy hot sex, but also story filled with emotional depth with lots of heartfelt love and affection in the main romances, and between Band Members and Family members. Recommend having read earlier books in Found in Oblivion Series so scenes and conversations with Bandmates, Family and other cameos have more context and relevance.

Seriously hot chemistry between the three very strong main characters, and I really came to love Molly, Ethan and Luc as individuals, as well as them together, in various combinations including FMM. The good writing made me care about all of three of them and yearn for their HEA.

Interesting look at creative process of writing music as individuals and with others, and it is clear that these authors feel the power in music, and they express those feelings and magic on the page. Also liked their look at motivations: that it was not solely about ego and fame, but rather artistic expression. The backstory thread to the whole book was also artists in music industry having to deal with the uncertainty of success, and the lack of control in their careers amidst the challenge of celebrity and intense media scrutiny.

Very, very impressed with adult mature conscious conversations prior to menage sexual intimacy to ensure clarity about expectations and consent before they started on a non-vanilla sexual adventure that was new in some aspect for each of them.

Rating: 4.5 Stars (not 5) because of Big Heartbreaking Development in the final chapter - many tears and lots of angst at the end of this one...sort of cliff-hanger development at end that had me heartbroken and sad for a couple of days after I finished..Next book can't come too soon to see how this develops…

When the lead singer for Warning Sign Molly McIntire overhears a conversation she wasn't supposed to, she lets anger guide her decision to take on Lila, aka Dragon Lady. Yeah, you might be thinking that doesn't end well, but when the dust settles, Molly ends up in a once-and-done that turns into a relationship.

One door may have just closed for Luc Moreau, but Molly's tantrum at Ripper Records opens another door for him. They have smokin hot chemistry when they sing together, and that even translates beyond the stage into the bedroom.

Ethan Haywood has been interested in Molly for some time, and when they reconnect at a wedding, he knows it's not a one time thing for him. Luc and Molly's chemistry together doesn't detract from his feelings for Molly and he senses that Luc wants something more than Molly. Their one-night threesome turns into a whole lot more when their off the charts sex ingnites some real emotions.

As usual, Cari Quinn and Taryn Elliot have entertained me with a rocker story that has plenty of heat and emotions. Luc, Ethan and Molly really know how to get it on (I think I lost count of O's at one point) but for me the best part of their relationship was their individual realizations that they needed each other. Loved that part of the story.

Secondary to the love story is a suspense plot that is really looking like ... well, don't want to spoil, but it takes the ending of this book into a dark place, setting up for Mal's book, Raw Rhythm. Can't wait to see who is behind it all!

So, overall, an entertaining, steamy rock and roll love story! If you like rockstar romance, you should definitely be reading this series!

OMG! OMG! OMG!

Just when I thought the writing efforts of Cari Quinn and Taryn Elliott had reached the top, they write another story that goes beyond anything that they've written before.

While this is the fifth book in the Found in Oblivion series, you don't need to read the others to enjoy this one. Molly is the lead singer of Warning Sign and tends to give off the vibe of being a perfectionist and somewhat of a loner because of her desire to be the best. Luc Moreau is the incredibly hot, lead singer of The Grunge (another rock band). According to the news reports, Luc has been in and out of rehab for sex addiction and is now in trouble with his own band. Then there's the equally hot, but nerdy, Ethan Haywood (college professor and best friend to Lauren who's in a relationship with a member of Warning Sign).

Yes, this is a threesome with incredibly HOT chemistry and off the charts sizzle whenever they're together but what makes this book even better is that there's so much more going on with this trio. There's something about them that when they're together you can feel all their insecurities but yet also see how they each make the others better. And while there's drama going on with Warning Sign and The Grunge and what happens behind the scenes in a management company, there's also something a little sinister that seems to be lurking but you never really get a feel for.

Just when you think they've finally gotten themselves on the right footing, BAM! I was truly sobbing at the end of this book. I don't want to ruin the ending but seriously, it's good. So good that I'm begging for the next book to see where this goes. This is a must read by Quinn and Elliott, you won't be disappointed!

Where to start....it's been several days since I finished reading this for the third time. I've got some major issues with this story and it's kinda like missing a tooth, mostly the pain is gone, but your tongue keeps touching the hole inflicting more pain. To start, Cari and Taryn are a one-click for me because I love their stories. They've converted me into being a rock-star fan, suit fan, and everything else they write together or separately. The story lines usually have some believable angst along with writing that flows super smooth so I feel like Christmas has come when they release a new book. Everything started out great in this book....visiting with old friends from previous books (LOVE my FIO and LIO families), building up new characters, etc. Molly has never been one of my favorite characters though I adore her sister Jazz. Had my glass of wine in hand thinking this will be fun.....two hot handsome hunks and I'll learn to like Molly more. And, yes, the storyline is awesome, the sex is smoking, and I was really enjoying everything when, wham!, Cari and Taryn started breaking my heart. I love how their characters fight through adversity and come out stronger usually with a kickass HEA. This time...deep breath....This TIME they end the freaking story on a cliffhanger/ending where my heart is broken (Molly, Ethan, and Luc are fine) because my book family is broken. If book 6 doesn't arrive soon and make it right (though I can't possibly see a way to do that), I'm taking them off my Christmas card list. Just a fair warning, be sure to have tissues nearby because you might have some ugly crying at the end........

Oh.My.Goodness...(Possible Spoilers)

I have no idea how to write this review.

First, I'm not big on menage stories...even less so on the ones with actual guy-on-guy stuff. (To each his/her own...Just personal preference.) But the emotional aspects to the relationship were interesting...as they are in any romance.

I did not like Molly for 90 percent of this book. Her attitude has always sucked and she was a royal bitch for most of the book. She and Ethan had had a bit of a thing in a previous book and they rekindle that in this book...but bad boy Luc Moreau gets added into the mix for what was supposed to be a one-time threesome.

Why do they all think these trysts will be a one-and-done?

So, of course there is some tension around this relationship, especially where Luc is concerned. It's one thing to allow the public to think you're a sex addict if there's only women involved. How would the fans view this bad boy rocker if they knew he was bi? And how will his family back in Texas feel about it?

Ethan Haywood's parents were the highlight of the book for me. They were hilarious... especially his Mom.

There's this danger lurking throughout the story. Many times, Luc feels like he's being watched... Someone has planted listening devices in the Ripper Records studios...Recordings of Luck and Molly singing have been leaked...

This book ends on a cliffhanger, but the authors tell us that with a note in the beginning. What they don't do is prepare us for the major heartbreak that precedes it. (I actually cried.)

I have to try to dry my tears and pull myself together for the next one...

Perfect Pitch – Found in Oblivion Series Book 5 by Cari Quinn and Taryn Elliot – 5 Stars

“A lead singer, a professor, and another lead singer walk into a bedroom...” This is the tagline that grabbed me from the very beginning.

While Perfect Pitch can be read as a stand-alone (it’s full of steamy sex, smoking hot humans, finding your authentic self, and mixing family of origin with family of choice) I would recommend that you read the other books in the Found in Oblivion Series first – Heck, why not go all the way back to the beginning and start with the Lost in Oblivion Series. Cari Quinn and Taryn Elliot write intersecting series that all have fantastic rock bands, amazing music, and some great relationships. If you enjoy reading about a budding polyamorous M/M/F relationship, you will absolutely fall in love with Perfect Pitch.

These characters are well developed; Molly is the lead singer of Warning Sign, Ethan is a professor of Mythological History, and Luc is the lead singer of The Grunge. As individuals they each have passions and compassion that grow stronger as a unit even though self-doubts may creep in.

From the first page to the very last I was completely invested in this story. I read it in one sitting because I just could not put it down. This story made me laugh (OMG, can we talk about Ethan’s parents??), cry, sigh, caused me to give my husband that tell-tale wink that lets him know I’m reading a sexy part and made me grateful that I am also part of a loving, accepting family where all are welcome and nurtured.

I absolutely recommend this book, this series and these authors.
