Well well well
A mafia princess gets married to a mafia prince, and then leaves with his blessing. They have an understanding, but when she falls in love with a nice normal teacher... that understanding begins to change a bit.
This book is an unconventional romance and that’s putting it lightly. I don’t want to spoil anything, but I will say is this is everything you’re expecting and also a thousand things you are not. My only complaint is I’m sad it’s over!

This book was a hot mess of epic proportions.
One of those messes you can't tear your eyes away from.
I. Could. Not. Look. AWAY!!
No character was likeable.
I couldn't get a firm handle on the plot.
And yet, I kept turning the page to find out what would happen next.
Ailee was a delusional doormat who lacked substance and failed to garner a kernel of my sympathy.
Rain was a compassionate tyrant and if that's not an oxymoron, I don't know what is.
And Trent... I guess he had to go from good to bad in order for things to work.

Another DNF in the Taste bundle.
And the last book in the bundle that was to be read.
This one I couldn't make it past chapter 3.
Very stilted language.
Juvenile FMC. All she wants to do is drink/party etc.
Then there is this that just doesn't make sense to me at all.
Her family and HIS make her marry him when she is 15 & he is 28. Now, because of her age he doesn't consummate the marriage. But he stalks her? AND I'm supposed to believe a 28 yr old man doesn't have sex for 5 years while he stalks her. AND one part that I read makes it sound like she HAS had sex.
So much is off with this story just in the first few chapters that I can't swallow.

I was fully emerged into a different world filled with wacky characters, dark humor, and unconventional love. WHEW! Grab yourself a fan, folks, it gets pretty hot. M/M & M/M/F makes for an interesting, exciting story. What a twisted triangle. You've never read this kind of triangle. Trust me!
I've read all Ashleigh Giannoccaro’s books and I gotta say, she never writes the same thing twice, actually she never writes the same thing as any other, period. This one is no different. I think if you're a virgin to her work, this might be the one to start with. This one shows her ability to mash different scenarios, make your head spin, and leave you laughing with uncertainty. Not nearly as dark as her others. It's new. It's funny. It's unique. I LOVED THIS BOOK! I don't think the story is supposed be realistic or very serious. And I loved that. A unique setting, a different, crazy world filled with twisted humor. If I had to put my finger on it, I’d call this Dark Comedy! Yes! I had a smile on my face from the very beginning. There was some twists I never, NEVER saw coming, it was an angsty build-up, yet there was still twisted, funny to keep me glued to the pages.

Ailee was 15 when she married Rain. Their marriage was arranged by their Italian mafia family. It was nothing short of a contract to bring two families together and to keep the business in line. After the wedding, Rain returned Ailee home to live her life as normal as can be. He kept an eye on her in more ways than one. She became a hairdresser and lived a pretty normal life until she met and fell in love with Trent. Once Rain realised that Ailee was falling in love with someone else, he decided it was time to claim his wife back. What he did not understand was his attraction to Trent himself. Rain’s decision, forces all three of them into a living arrangement that can only end up with somebody getting hurt. After all, Ailee should have remembered her vows, “for better or for worse”. Can Rain claim his wife back? Can Trent forgive Ailee or will he become a problem for the mafia? Will Ailee ever learn to love Rain? This story was a love triangle and yet it was so much more. I enjoyed the story. The characters were different. I was not mad on Rain as I thought he would have been more rueful; however he did step up to the plate when he was pushed to his limit. I just expected more from a mob boss. Trent was interesting and I enjoyed how his character changed once he had found the truth out. Overall a different read.

Wow. Just Wow. Like mouth hit the floor, WOW! I saw this book on Facebook and I one clicked that bitch because I loved the cover. Honestly, I didn’t even read the synopsis. I like to be surprised, and I definitely was. Holy Toledo! Ashleigh Giannoccaro delivered, completely slayed it.

I fell in love with Rain from the moment his sweet arse was introduced. He is 100% sexy alpha mafia male. Yum! The love he has for Ailee is undeniable and so sweet. He’s loved her all along. Waiting and watching...
Ailee is a fun-loving 20-year-old girl that just wants to have a good time. And she does for the most part. Saturday night drinking and dancing with her friends from the salon, Cut and Blow. Casual sex with no strings, just the way Ailee like it until Trent walks into the salon for a trim...
This book was so deliciously naughty. I was completely caught off guard many times, lots of twist, and turns. This book was a whole bunch of awesomeness! I am a first-time reader of this author and I can't wait for Chelsey and Sal’s book. Last but not least. Kudos to Ashleigh’s street team, I have seen this book everywhere. It was thoroughly pimped.

This book is fantastic! Ailee is a hairstylist harboring a whole closet full of secrets from her boyfriend, friends and coworkers. That is until her husband comes to collect her. From there all hell breaks loose and antics from the hilarious to the dramatic completely blew me away (pun intended).
A Giannoccaro writing is usually dark and gritty and serious, and while Cut and Blow was darkish, I thoroughly enjoyed Ashleigh's lighter, more humorous side! Her writing was solid from character and plot development to the outstanding environment descriptions, I absolutely loved everything about it.

It's so funny and very steamy!
This is definitely different then what I'm used to by this author. It's so funny and very steamy.
Ailee is definitely my most favorite character in this book by far. She is a hair dresser. She meets Rainieri. That's all I'm giving away. I'm seriously dying for book two!!

Oh my dayz. This is such a brilliant read. I went to bed to read a chapter or two and ended up staying way past my bedtime to finish it. Yes it was a one sitting read for me.
I've read previous books by this author and loved them. When I heard she was writing something different I couldn't wait to read it. I wasn't disappointed.
Ailee is a twenty year old stylist who loves her job. For five years she has kept a big secret.. that she was married off to an older man to keep two mafia families together. She went her own way after she got married but Rainieri has been keeping real close tabs on her. When he sees that Ailee is trying to move on he knows he's gotta do something drastic.
I think this book needs a genre of its own. We've got a really well written story with a dark thread going through it. The author gave us some really hot m/m and m/m/f scenes. Throw in some twists that I didn't expect and some really funny moments we've got a great read. This is one I'll definitely be re reading:)

Cut & Blow by A. Giannoccaro Initially all I knew about this book was that it was about a hair salon. I had recently read 28 Boys by the author which blew me away and I was excited about reading what she was writing next. This story was more than I had expected. Ailee has been doing things her way for years. She is a mafia princess who at the age of 15 was married to the prince of another mafia family. You see it was an arranged marriage and her husband was 13 years her senior. He has left her to live her life. For the last several years Ailee has had her own apartment and a job at a hair salon. Rainieri has been watching over her for years. Now he has decided to claim his bride, there is just one problem. She has fallen in love with someone else. I was worried where this story was going at first but this story was good. Yes I was surprised where the author took the story and by the end of it I was hooked. I can’t wait till the next book. The characters were interesting and I am looking forward to the next chapter of their lives. I voluntarily read an Advanced Reader copy of the book. I give this story 4.5 stars.

Well I can honestly say I will be reading more of this author I was just introduced to through this book. OK so I am not the one who raises their hand to read mafia stories but this one isn't typical. Yes it's an arranged marriage and that's where it gets interesting. Ailee is enjoying the life she has made for herself in the last 5 years. Playing hard and fast with friends and ignoring the man who she's supposed to be married to. But things flip and now they are into something neither thought about and things are changing and all I can say it whoopsie daisy I am reading something I don't and thinking oh man can this author flip the script on me. Secrets, lies, omission and . . . well you will need to read more to find out.
The salon is a hoot and so are the employees. Looks like things will never be dull around here. Looking forward to more action and mayhem with this group and this author since she seems to think outside the box.

I didnt get why no one asked what happened to the teacher. I mean come on. There was just so much either to far fetch or never questioned. I liked it Big bad mobster just a softy loving his wife from afar to bringing her into a family she never known like nothing happened.
Ailee aka Amelia mob daughter at 15 arrange marriage to Rainieri mob son. Who is 13 yrs older than her. Neither wanted to marry but when you have no choice. The Familias needed to join to keep peace. He let her go after the wedding. She only sees the bad Rain has done will she ever love him.
Ailee been living a life she wanted. After her marriage she hated Rain and hasnt seen him since. Only on Anniversarys he sends her gifts. Never reads the cards. Doesnt know hes been watching her . Ok more like Stalking. Shes a hairdresser at Cut&Blow. Her Bff is Chels aka Chelsea who knows nothing about Amelia none of her friends from work know. Shes making her own money. Living on her own. Living as if she can do whatever she wants. When it time for her friends to find out they are not happy and worried for her safety and Trents.
5yrs watching her grow into a woman hes become obsessed. The family wants him to stop and finally take whats his. Shes starting to cause talk. He cant let this go on any longer. Now since this New guy Trent has come into her life he cant help but feel jealous. Hes seen them in action watching always watching he found out this guy also likes guys. That has him even more on edge when he puts his plan into motion. He thinks bringing her boyfriend to help. Trent isnt happy to find out about Ailees secret and thinks he can punish both of them.
FYI dont mess with the mob. Never talk about the Mob. Do whatever they ask never talk back.

There was NOTHING I didn't like about this book, absolutely phenomenal characters with twisted complex lives. Ashleigh Giannoccaro always makes my head spin when I read one of her creations, never the same story, never the same plot twist and this one was no exception.
I loved the Italian mobster familia vibe the author portrayed throughout, I adored Rainieri in all his alpha male, protective, stalkerish glory and I fell for Ailee and her beautiful head strong and independent nature. I really don't know how I feel about Trent, I do know that I wanted more and yet I think he achieved his goal at the same time he got what was due.
Now Chelsey on the other hand, I did not connect with, didn't really like her, didn't really care to. Now however the author cannot write fast enough for me to get my CUT & BLOW fix!

Definitely different from Ashley's typical style and I loved it just the same! Humorous and I loved Rain. Ailee and he got married when Ailee was 15 years old (arranged) and he basically left her alone after that but then decides when she's about 20 that he wants her back. Great, entertaining read and I highly recommend if you're looking for something different than Ashleigh's usual type.

Rain is a bearded, alpha male, motorcycle loving, stalker, and yet sweet and loving at the same time. If you like m/m/f or m/m this book has it. This story is so different from other books Ashleigh has written. I love the fun, quirky, sexy, and twisted side of this story. I threw an "oh sh*t" here and there. I can't wait to read book 2.

I really like this one. Funny, I don't really know what genre to put it in, so I'll just say its really good. Read it. I LOVED the twist in this. I am so looking forward to the rest of these! Many thanks to this author, I really needed a change. This was near perfect!!

In Cut and Blow we meet Ailee a 20 yr old hair dresser who only wants to go out with her friends, enjoy herself and live a normal life while at the same time she is hiding so many secrets that she is anything but normal.
Then there is Trent he is a guy who is smitten with Ailee and can see himself creating a future with her but ends up getting swept up in the turmoil of Ailee's life.
Rainieri, for me is a cool drink of water on a hot day and he can pour himself over me any time.
He is a patient man and is willing to sit back a watch from afar until he decides to become the man in which he has been raised to be.
Will he curb Ailee of her party ways and make her a good Italian wife or will he cut her loose and let her pursue the life she thinks she wants. Only time will tell.....

What the heck did I read? I’ve never read a book by Ashleigh Giannoccaro before, Cut & Blow is the first book. The blurb for Cut & Blow intrigued me, and combined with the fact some of my friends love the author’s work, I knew I had to read this book. And I’m glad I did, I love this twisted story.
Ailee is a young hairdresser who likes her work and the people she works with. She lives the typical life of a 20-year-old; work, party and the occasional hook-up when she wants to. Falling for a handsome client is not weird, it happens all the time. But Ailee is not a single girl. Although she hasn’t seen her husband Rain in years, she is married to him. Rain knows what his wife is doing, but he lets her do her thing. After all, he does the same and he has no need for a young wife. But when he sees Ailee actually falling in love with another man, her time is up.
Ailee and Rain are married, but their marriage isn’t conventional. Ailee doesn’t feel married; she knows she has a husband, she knows he will come for her one day, but till then she lives her own life. Rain is working hard, establishing his name and reputation in a brutal world, but his wife is getting a big distraction. And when he intervenes, he does it Rain-style; just as he sees fit. Despite their age-difference and different lives Ailee and Rain make sense (well, when they’re on the same page at last), but it doesn’t come easy.
I’m not sure how I feel about Cut & Blow, or better, what did I read? Ailee and Rain are interesting characters coming from an old-fashioned world with its own set of rules. In name the couple is married, but their families know the truth. Her friends however, know nothing. I love young Ailee, despite her situation she tries to live her life, fully knowing her future is already set in stone. I know she has feelings for Rain, but I keep wondering if it’s love, or maybe acceptance of her situation as well. Rain is an over-the-top possessive man. I like him, but his actions…
As I already said, this is my first book by Ashleigh Giannoccaro. I love her writing; the tone of the story is very normal, almost light. But some of the twist and turns? Holly molly, I didn’t see those coming, at all. Did he? Nooo… He wouldn’t… OMG, this can’t be happening… And yes, it all happened. It’s so over-the-top but it’s fitting or the story and I wouldn’t expect anything different from Rain.
I love this twisted story, I give Cut & Blow 5 stars.

This book blew me away.
The cover didn’t draw me in exactly. The title didn’t tell me what it was about. The book had quite a few errors (which says a lot coming from someone who’s horrible at grammar and punctuation), and the book changes POV without telling you at times.
All this - and I couldn’t stop reading.
It’s mafia. But not heavily mafia-esque.
It’s stalker vibes. Blurring sexuality for the antihero. Age gap. Smutty. Taboo.
Hear me out. Arranged marriage forced by two family’s with a 15 year old girl and a 28 year old man. Well he goes through with the marriage, Rain has no desire to have a relationship with a 15-year-old child so he steps out of her life and allows her to grow up. While Ailee get annual gifts on their anniversary, she thinks he simply does not care about her.
Rain is a stalker. His emotions are all over the place. He loves her. He doesn’t want to interfere in her life. But his family is demanding that it’s time now that she’s 20 years old, to bring her back into the life and be his wife. The problem is Ailee fell in love with another man. And her happiness means everything to Rain. Part of him is angry and jealous. And the other part of him is .. interested…
“Through the lens of my camera I have fallen in love with them and their love for each other. “
Rain questions his sexuality. He can’t stop watching and thinking about Ailee and her boyfriends sexcapades.
This has MFM, MF, and MM scenes. However does not end the way that you think it’s going to plan out.
When Ailee’s boyfriend finds out that she’s been married the entire time, he’s clearly angry. Personalities change. And there’s definitely games being played on everyone’s end.
“This is a game. I don’t know who controls the game yet, but I’m not fucking playing along. If they want to fuck each other, they can. I’m not gonna get fucked in this mess.”
Despite the editing flaws, this book flow pretty smoothly and it kept my interest the entire time. I’m definitely going to go onto book 2 which surprisingly is different characters. And I’m hoping that it can keep my attention!

Ailee was 15 when she married Rain. Their marriage was arranged by their Italian mafia family. It was nothing short of a contract to bring two families together and to keep the business in line. After the wedding, Rain returned Ailee home to live her life as normal as can be. He kept an eye on her in more ways than one. She became a hairdresser and lived a pretty normal life until she met and fell in love with Trent. Once Rain realised that Ailee was falling in love with someone else, he decided it was time to claim his wife back. What he did not understand was his attraction to Trent himself. Rain’s decision, forces all three of them into a living arrangement that can only end up with somebody getting hurt. After all, Ailee should have remembered her vows, “for better or for worse”. Can Rain claim his wife back? Can Trent forgive Ailee or will he become a problem for the mafia? Will Ailee ever learn to love Rain? This story was a love triangle and yet it was so much more. I enjoyed the story. The characters were different. I was not mad on Rain as I thought he would have been more rueful; however he did step up to the plate when he was pushed to his limit. I just expected more from a mob boss. Trent was interesting and I enjoyed how his character changed once he had found the truth out. Overall a different read.

I am not sure how Giannoccaro has done it, but she has created something that is both beautiful and ugly, and I couldn’t put the beast down!!! From start to finish I was utterly hooked on this book. I had a love hate relationship with, well, most of the characters and found myself needing to know what they were going to do or say next. When I put the book down, I couldn’t stop thinking about it, just like Rain and his love.
The characters were brilliantly developed and done so with such attention to detail. It made the story perfection because it meant that even the descriptions during the sex scenes was spot on, down to the scratching of a beard or pulling of hair. So addicting.
The pace matched the story perfectly and meant that there was a great flow between the characters’ personalities and what was taking place. Their actions always matched the story and the people they were. It also meant that whilst the story was fast, hot, heavy and dark, it still made sense and really pulled you in, completely.
I cannot recommend this book enough, especially if you like dark and sexy. A must read that you won’t be able to get out of your head!

This is when she meets Trent and sparks start to fly. Rain has been watching his life for years keeping a distance from her so she can have her freedom but has now decided to claim his bride. I was a little worried at some points on where this story was going but enjoyed every turn and was satisfied with the ending. The story was like standing by an active volcano scorching melting hotness, and edge of your seat suspense of not knowing if it will erupt.

So. Cut & Blow was a really interesting read! It's a very well written book following a pretty interesting and different plot line. Rain and Ailee have such an interesting dynamic, its hard not to want to follow their story. He's her mafia-husband - married and promised at 15. She's 20 now, working at a salon and having never seen her husband since their wedding night.
There's definitely a love/hate thing going on. And had the story stuck with just THEIR story, I would've given this book a 5 star review. However, I was caught off guard by the M/M, M/M/F scenes. There's no indication of these types of scenes in the book - and I saw it coming while reading.. I was just left a little.. Disappointed, I guess. There was no warning for that, and for a lot of people, they might need that warning. I really kinda felt a little blind sided by it, to be honest. If I know it's coming, its not a problem. But .. not knowing kinda left me a bit confused? I think thats the word Im looking for.
Other than that, it was a great book. Cant wait for book 2!

A bit different for this author, I am used to dark almost horror stories. I liked it! I liked it a lot! At times I saw peeks of her dark side and that only made the book more enjoyable.
I loved the twists and turns! I wanted the "bad guy" to get the girl but then I started liking the "good guy". Oh but then the game changed and I wasn't sure which one was the "bad guy"
I will say mobsters/mafia people are crazy they have no conscious, they will off you in a heartbeat. See there is some of the darkside I love shining through.
This couple had a strange kind of sick start, an age difference, years long separation and some crazy sexual connections going on but I cheered for them. I wanted them together from the very beginning. Felt a bit weird that I wanted them together, I don't think I should have but I did!! Yep I wanted her stalker to go get her, claim her, she was his after all.
Loved the whole cast of characters and can't wait for the next one!
I loved the twists and turns! I wanted the "bad guy" to get the girl but then I started liking the "good guy". Oh but then the game changed and I wasn't sure which one was the "bad guy"
I will say mobsters/mafia people are crazy they have no conscious, they will off you in a heartbeat. See there is some of the darkside I love shining through.

A fun, dirty, and naughty romance!
Cut & Blow is a funny and kinky read. Ailee is a young lady who wants nothing to do with her family, including her husband of 5 years, or their family business. Ailee creates a life for herself doing something that she enjoys, a hair stylist. Unbeknownst to Ailee, her husband has been watching her. Under pressure from the two families, he needs to bring Ailee home however he didn’t plan on her falling for someone else. Seeing the two together, stirs something in Rainieri that only Ailee and Trent, her lover, can resolve.
Cut & Blow was an intriguing and well-written story. There were many twists and turns that formed a believable unique plot. There was just enough action and sexual tension with a twisted romance to keep my interest piqued. Ashleigh really knows how to build up the action and keep your attention to the very end. The characters were well developed and engaging. This was a different read than the other books I have read by Ashleigh G however it is fun, dirty, and an enjoyable read.
Once again, Ashleigh Giannoccaro did not disappoint me with her writing. Another great read by a very talented and remarkable author! I never know what to expect from Ashleigh and this book was no different. I recommend Cut & Blow to anyone that enjoys reading a fun and naughty romance that will keep you entertained all the way to the end.

Okay, completely honest review here it goes.
The beginning of this book kinda put me off a bit. It completely caught me off guard and I didn't think that it was going to be my kind of book. But, the story was very interesting and kept my attention from page 1 so I continued it. And I was not disappointed in the slightest.
I'll admit, in the beginning, I didn't like Rain. He freaked me out a bit. Stalker, marrying a 15 year old girl, kinda creepy, you know? But once I got to know him better, I actually realized that he wasn't such a bad guy and I found myself actually liking him.
The story line was great, interesting, and very, very well written! I absolutely LOVE this author and I am making it my mission to read everything she writes!
Disclosure: This was the first book I have ever read that actually had a MM scene and that threw me for a loop. But, again, I was very glad that I picked up this book and I can't wait to start book 2!

Cut and blow was not at all what I expected. Ashleigh Giannoccaro takes this crazy hair salon to a whole new level of the unexpected.
Ailee has secrets, beginning with her name, that she isn't sharing with ANYONE. She knows the truth will come out and when it does, she will no longer have the free lifestyle she's been living for the last 5 years. She's betraying her friends, her family, and most of all her husband.
Rain never wanted to marry a child, so he left her be. He wanted her to live her life and not be bothered with a wife the same age as his sisters. The only problem is, he's always known he loved her. It's time for him to take back what is rightfully his.
This book is insane. I loved it, and for that it's getting 5-stars! Even though there is a lot of humor and craziness, there is some serious dark romance going on in Cut & Blow. Be ready to hang out with the gang from Cut & Blow and find out what happens when Ailee's world comes crashing down around her. This book was impossible for me to put down!
