Satisfied.

Mrs Jackson has done it again. She is my favorite African American writer. I met her at the Morgan State University Book Symposium in 2016, she autographed all eight of her books I brought with me ,and we took a picture together, she respects her readers. I enjoyed reading this book because of the patience she brings to lovers and their conclusions, and thinking how finding true love is an amazing feeling.

Very Quick Read

Brenda Jackson always delivers interesting stories and characters. This was a novella so the characters weren’t fully developed, but I still enjoyed the premise. Their story began before we read the first page. I recommend it to Brenda Jackson fans!

Nice

This book was a good read. Cat never had a clue what Rory was planning, which gave this book a small twist.

I don’t remember who recommended this fifth rate, utterly predictable, Rom-Com. Mercifully, it was a short read.

This was a short second chance romance. She was plotting to get him back and he found out. He wanted her back and came up with a plot of his own. I enjoyed this a lot.

Very short but fun to read. The woman had a tunnel vision and only thought about her ambition without regards to her lover. It is a good book to acknowledge that success with loneliness is not something to look up to. It was sweet and shows that relationship are worth fighting for and cherishing.

Surprised that this story was a little slow

This is the first book that was a labor to read. Cat was not an interesting person. Rory is ok. Not an interesting couple😴
