As a Helicopter Pilot for many years in the Brazilian Navy, and currently working on enhancing aviation safety, I can say this book will help all of those who need to understand aviation safety concepts. The book is comprehensive, and go through all subjects smoothly so that even without a background in aviation people can get it. The book's authors have a vast expertise on the subject as I could confirm. I sincerely recommend the book to all.
