The Tacket Secret Series Book Four
Detective Victoria “Vick” Tacket and Jessie continue their adventure. Vick thinks she needs to protect Jessie when it's Jessie who needs to protect Vick. Jessie's handler from her past is a dangerous man.
Where Vick also wants to treat Jessie like a normal fourteen-year-old girl...she can't. It's true that socially Jessie may be that young—but mentally, she's much older and skilled in a ways that Vick can't comprehend.
These are novellas that continue the story. I'm looking forward to the next installment to see what happens next.

Young Superhero with Heart
The 4th installment of this Christian Sci-fi has heart and action as we continue to follow the lives of 14 yo Jessie and her guardian/cop, Victoria. Jessie is preparing for war while Vic is trying to figure out how to be a parent and give her a normal life. I love that Jessie could achieve her goal in a much more devious manner, but she is always thinking and helping others mainly due to her faith. Great series.

First off, I love Jessie’s good Samaritan acts. A great superhero vibe, which is plain ole fun. This book's taut with tension. I really care about the characters, and it seems like they’re one slip away from disaster most the time. Hard to put down!
