The author gives an objective view of the INFP's personality type and makes useful suggestions about how to work on shortcomings. I have been in therapy for years, so I have already made changes and can take constructive criticism. However the author mentions that our type is sensitive to criticism, so the suggestions may chafe, but they are very good suggestions. Give this book your time.
It had some really great insight into my brain. If you are an INFP struggling to figure yourself out and find your path I highly recommend this book. This tips can change the way you have been thinking to make a positive impact on your life which in turn will allow you to make positive impacts on others.
As I was reading this book I realized the connection between my zodiac signs. The piece seemed to flow well with easily digestible main points. I recommend this book to any INFP; everyone really if you have a friend or family member that show the traits on the Myers Briggs Type Scale (MBTI).
