Cassie Wild loves romance. Ever since she was eight years old she's been reading every romance novel she could get her hands on, always dreaming of writing her own romance novels.

When M.S. Parker approached her about co-authoring the Serving HIM series, it didn't take Cassie many second to say a big yes!!

Serving HIM is only the beginning to the collaboration between M.S. Parker and Cassie Wild. Another series is already in the planning stages.

I'm a little upset

So, I was drawn to the novel by its cover and title. The model is hot. The title is intriguing. As readers, we love our cover models... so a book written about one? Count me in!

Except... this book has nothing to do with cover models. I was tricked by the cover, the title, and the blurb. Instead, this book is just meaningless sex. Sure, sex is cool and all, but it either has to be original or contribute to the development of the novel (or, ideally, both). The sex in this book did neither, and as a result, I'm feeling very cheated.

This is a book with one dimensional characters, meaningless sex, and deceptive marketing tactics. I'm glad I borrowed it on KU instead of one-clicking, but the time I spent reading is time I'll never get back.

My advice? Go find a book worth your time.

Note to self: it's not about modeling; it's an escort service. The h didn't know and she quits when she finds out but she gives the H sex pointers aka they have sex and then he goes on to sleep with clients afterwards. No thanks! https://www.amazon.com/review/R9WYLZK...

I am having a very hard time writing the review for this book, as I did with how many stars to give the book. Don't get me wrong, the book was very well written and the concept of the book has great potential, and the amazing cover of the book (its totally lickable), and at first I really didn't understand the title of the book but now I get it, if you break it down Cover would be for what the modelling agency is really and Model is what he thinks he is, ahhhhh I see the light.

As I said this book had great potential to be a great book, I found I was more frustrated with Stefan and the decisions that he makes, he has the most perfect women (Emme) at his fingertips and he blows it all in the name of money. Then the decisions that Emme makes, if I were her I would have moved on from Stefan, I know you cant help who you love but I for one would have never forgiven a man who did what Stefan did.

I will leave the reading up to you to find out where Stefan and Emme end up, together or apart...

I enjoyed reading this book, I was taken aback by the slew of negative reviews on the cheating aspects of this book. Emme only strayed once, and they didn't even have a commitment, people! Lighten up!
People make decisions all the time, when they are worried about their futures and money is a big issue when you are in university. Stefan did what he thought he needed to, to get ahead and help pay to finish his teacher's College.
Great writing and here are a few quotes, I highlighted along the way:
"Her voice oozed charm and temptation like a slithering snake goading her victim into eating a piece of forbidden fruit- except she hadn't offered me any yet."
"Emme was a lesson in exploration. Every curve, every inch of skin was delivered to me for my joy and discovery."
"Stefan, in the fleeting time we'd spent together, consumed my every waking thought- and half of my dreams."
"Do you think Emme's worth the trouble?"

One hot read!!!

Sometimes things just aren't what they seem. Stefan was down on his luck. Living with his best friend, and in over his head in school loans and desperately needing money. That's when a night out at the club landed him a job modelling or so he thought. The job offered great money, exactly what he needed.
Emme was always over looked by everyone. Always someones second choice. But hiding behind her stack of files and her thick rimmed glasses was a soul who desperately wanted to be loved and love in return.
Can Emme and Stefan work thru what is really going on at the modeling agency? Or will it brake them?

Stefan & Emme were really great together. I really enjoyed when they were together and you can tell how much it hurt when they were apart. What started as a proposal turned friendship but along the lines turned to so much more but Stefan's job got in the way. Will Stefan realize what he lost before its too late?

I loved the storyline and descriptive writing and more importantly...the epilogue! Although this is a standalone, my only wish was to know how their jobs turned out.

I really liked reading Cover Model. Although there were a couple of times I wanted to throw my kindle in frustration at the decisions both Stefan and Emme were making. I don't think it was worth losing any stars because I was feeling the characters. Stefan and Emme were well developed and likeable (frustration aside).
This book is well written and flows seamlessly. It's full of hot scenes and told in both Stefan and Emma's POV.
