This volume is all about Ye Xiu and his time as a spy. A little draggy, in my opinion, especially since the whole volume was spent on it. But I enjoyed how Ye Xiu just unleashed his shamelessness without reservation, with an ID like “Unrivaled Super Hottie” to back it up. Him being such an over-the-top spy without even caring that he was drawing so much attention was hilarious.
From my first read, I know his purpose wasn’t just to get some “confidential information” from the guild, because his actions were really just too flashy for that. I just don’t remember exactly what his real purpose was.
Overall, this felt like a side quest that I didn’t mind reading, but the fact that the whole volume was dedicated to it made it feel kind of sluggish and slow.
