This is an incredible story. It has so many layers and generations. It follows the migration of the African Americans to the west, the migration of Asians to San Francisco, and the growth of San Francisco as a vibrant bustling city. This multi-cultural story was written way ahead of it's time and is now being re-released because of it's cultural diversity and historical importance.
