Contains what might be useful information. However, the presentation lacks enough explanation to allow a reader to generalize from it. Instead it provides literal examples in the form of instructions, as for assembling a model plane or some such task. The text badly needs copy editing as well. Readers might want to view this on a desktop computer screen, because the illustrated examples were too tiny to read on my Kindle.

Basic But to the Point

The author is great in providing the best information and examples for people who are interested in things new with the hobby. I think that anyone interested in DMR should read this book.

Good first step for those unfamiliar with this type of radio and software. I suggest diagraming the steps on paper to become familiar the flow
