I couldn't even finish this book because it was simply terrible. There weren't any footnotes or endnotes justifying this author's claims and instructions. Also, I saw several false instructions in just the first couple of pages. On top of that, the book was riddled with grammatical and spelling errors. Absolutely awful book. It's shameful that something like this could even be published.
