As with previous volumes, this is aimed at amateur and intermediate woodworkers covering the different types and styles of kitchen cabinets and how to create them including how to choose and prepare the timber, how to maximise efficiency when planning a kitchen layout and how to replicate aesthetic details to create a beautiful as well as functional kitchen. There is some crossover with the cabinets and bookcases and the cabinetmaking volumes but there is still plenty of new information and ideas. As previously, the instructions are clearly written and well illustrated and can even be followed by someone like me with very little knowledge and experience in woodworking. For me this is less useful than the other volumes I've read so far as I doubt I would ever use nevermind own any. But for those that do, I'm sure this would prove to be an invaluable guide.
