Intermittent fasting is by far one of the easiest ways to lose body fat that you will ever use. It is not a diet and therefore you will not have to bother with watching what you eat. I know this sounds unbelievable but it is true. Benefits from this type of program are lowered blood pressure, lowered cholesterol, getting lean, detoxifying your body, insulin sensitivity, no diabetes, lowered chances of cancer, basically longer and healthier living with only one change in your life and it's when you eat? What is so incredible about intermittent fasting is that there are many different programs to help you with reaching your desired goals, as far as your health is concerned.

Intermittent fasting is nothing new, it's been around forever it's just that now we are seeing through science how good it is for you and some of the great health benefits we are starting to realize.

So intermittent fasting is easy and you can eat what you love and all you have to do is schedule your eating. Wow! Well I'm not going to stop there because there is more good stuff. If you are a exercise person than you will be interested to know that there are very good reasons to use this program exercising and it has to do with testosterone and HGH. That is right, studies have shown that after a certain time of no food you body will increase it's HGH output in response to starting to get ready for survival mode. Science has shown that the metabolism will increase and testosterone will also increase in response to a certain amount of time without food.

What makes this so good is the flexibility and not having to live without your favorite foods. One of the biggest reasons people can not stay on a diet is they miss the foods they love don't have this with intermittent fasting.

You have a flexible program that does not restrict the types of food you eat. Science is showing us that IF helps with health issues like diabetes, heart disease, cholesterol, insulin resistance, fat loss, weight loss. You can become healthier, look better and feel better with little effort if any at all what is there to consider.

Don't you want to look good and feel better again. Do you want to be around for your children and grandchildren? But better yet don't you want to be healthy when you are around them so that you can enjoy the grandchildren's youth and energy. Is important to you that your grandchildren and children remember you as healthy and fun to be around?
