Wonderful story! I'm honoured to know Daniel and his wife and they've always welcomed me as a friend at their tea shop in Brampton. A very open and honest story about where he came from and how he ended up the man he is today. P.S. My favourite chapter 'Renata' depicts the endless love he has for his life partner, Renata! I love that chapter!!

I must admit I am not a big reader. It's not my "go to" activity. Knowing how charismatic Daniel is in person and how he draws people in I knew his book would probably deliver the same way in his writings. I wasn't disappointed! really how can he disappoint anyone? For the non reader that I am I read this book in 4 days.(That's a record) I would make a coffee start reading, after some time pick up my coffee and it was now cold coffee. I was lost in it. He truly is an example of "never give up" I love how he focused in on his talents and what he loves to do to help him move forward and to succeed in his businesses. I would be reading and I would be reacting out loud with " hmm i didn't know that?" WOW" "really?""WHAT!' "Oh that's so Noah" sometimes holding my breath. For Entrepreneurs this book is a great tool to have if your starting out with your own business. Daniel gives great detail in to every aspect of starting up a business.

Daniel and Renata you have worked hard to be where your at and look at all the opportunities this Tea shop has brought you. Never stop. Keep shinning! Go get em!

I couldn't wait to read this book and I wasn't disappointed! Such an inspiring, uplifting story about how Daniel turned his life around at a young age and the right time! Anyone who thinks they know Daniel from his shop, an event where you saw him speak, the Farmers Market, etc. read this book and REALLY get to know him. Daniel gives some insight into his past and the path to his success by sharing significant events in his life that have brought him to this point.

I have one word to describe my feelings about this book and ironically, it is also the name of one of your teas: WOW! It made me laugh, it made me cry and was truly inspirational. If possible, it made me love you guys (Daniel and Renata) and what you do even more. I literally couldn't put it down (and by "literally" I mean that I finished reading it in one night)! Congratulations on your successes, I am in awe of HOW you do things!

As a life long Bramptonian, I was beyond excited to see that Daniel’s story was published as it is truly an inspiration that many people from multiple walks of life can benefit from reading; even if you are not from our city. I am a true believer that these are the kind of stories that need to be appreciated by all ages groups especially teens: it is ok to have set back and failures if you learn from them and do what is necessary to bounce back and succeed.

Daniel’s style of writing is very lighthearted and engaging to make this a very enjoyable read as you cant help but imagine him in the situations he is telling even if you do not want to be there (the incident) . The book itself teaches valuable lessons regarding business and life in a much more unconventional way through the story of Daniel’s life, which Daniel explains was intentional in the later chapters.

#Girlboss by Sophia Amoruso is a book I have given out as gifts multiple times to the young women in my life as a motivation tool to push them to dream big. How? by Daniel Lewis is definitely my new gift idea for anyone wanting to dream big as everyone can benefit from reading this book!

From cover to cover I had one of the best experience reading this book. I hate reading by the way, but managed to finish reading How? in 2 days, while working full time and focusing on my start-up. I just couldn't put it down during my free time.

It was that good!

I laughed, cried and everything in between. I recall most of the stories but Boston Pizza was my favorite. The story made me literally LOL in public.

You will find insight on life and practical business lessons that you can learn from and apply to your everyday living. Oh man, I feel like I know all the people in this book now. Daniel, Renata, Chad, Jon, his mom, his dad, Tay and everyone in this book will inspire you. So raw, so personal,so real! It's everything I wanted in a business inspirational book and more! 

If you are an entrepreneur or aspiring to be one it's a must read! Like how Rich Dad, Poor Dad or any of Richard Branson's books are a must read. Believe me, it's on that level!

Excellent read. I know Daniel from having booked him as a speaker for a virtual event in 2020. Then I booked his guided virtual tea tasting as a team event and I purchase teas from his company, T By Daniel. His book is a genuine reflection of the impact he leaves with you as a client and customer. His writing is dynamic, raw and honest. Several times I found myself abruptly putting the book down as his stories, quotes and analogies struck a cord with me so strongly I needed to just sit with it for a few moments before continuing on. Highly recommend this book!

This book was amazing once I started reading it I struggled to put it down. I felt like his book drew me in as if I was sitting with elder having a tea and listening to stories and lesson of life! Sorry Dan not meaning your old at all! This book helps you understand and want to pursue positivity and drive in anything you do in life no matter what or where you have been through in your past! Daniel Lewis's book "How", was extremely inspirational and extremely well written. I loved his idioms and expressions, and creative writing. He is a natural!

I cried. I laughed. I laugh cried.
Being a person who typically “NEVER” finishes a book, I read through this book in 2 sittings.
Each chapter heading captured my attention and curiosity and kept me interested.

Great story!! The moment I started this book I could not stop reading. This book is an inspirational tale of set backs and success. It was exciting, heart warming, and informative. I loved everything from his love story with his wife Renata to the life lessons with his Dad. It gave me great insight as to who Daniel really is and what drives him to success. This book also provides great business advice for upcoming entrepreneurs because it shows you how to invest in yourself and your business. I am so glad I got this book and I look forward to reading it again!!
