Okay this whole crew is crazy! Ms. Clara ends up with the man who broke her heart 40 years ago. Tasha and Destiny beat down racist Tammy Turner, in a restaurant, and end up in jail. Justine finally gets exactly what she's been sniffing around Jacob for, then she moves on to Montie???? I'm done!!!!!

Love is love and crazy is crazy
I did not see that coming at all. I was blind sided by Justine and Tammy. They are truly off of their high horses with that privileged attitude. Nobody in their right mine would want to deal with either one of them. How John managed to stay married to her for 40 years is beyond me. That whole snooty crew of theirs needs an attitude adjustment.
The author wrote a great story with just enough drama to keep the readers interests in high alert. So glad the characters finally get their HEA.

Screaming all night long!
This is up there with one of the best series I read in this genre! All the twist and turns had me screaming in glee!! She did such an amazing job and I can TOTALLY live with a spinoff of the series. Buy the books...dropping the mike

This one was the best, in my opinion, how Destiny's mother knew Jacob's dad, and they had a relationship back in the day, and she was carrying his son. Till she got rid of the baby, How Destiny and her mom went to Jacob's parent's house and met with Justine's family there, this one was a book I could not put down. And the best is Jacob marries Destiny and John (Jacob dad) marries Clara (Destiny mom)

What I liked about this novel....
I found last series was a wonderfully told storyline that ended quickly and well done. This alpha billionaire got just what he wanted in the end.... along with a few others that added some more dynamics to this well written novel. One thing is for sure when the secrets and twist and turns start coming out...all I could say was Wow I didn't see that one coming!
I loved this Blurb from this novel.....
Jacob taking to his father...
"....I was glad I was a man who went after what he wanted and grabbed it by the horns. I couldn't imagine suppressing the overwhelming feeling that came over me when I first saw Destiny walking out of Tazi's in Atlanta. I very well could have walked on by and minded my own business. I could've ignored the insatiable draw that pulled me to her, but I went after what I wanted and I didn't give a damn who knew it. If I'd walked on by, I wouldn't have experienced some of my best moments of my life."
There were some awesome characters that really added to this great read...with all the drama that really will keep your attention all the way till the end.
In the end the author gives the reader a good story all wrapped up for the reader. There were parts in the story I did question but it all came out in the end. Very well done to the author for such a wonderful read.... for your series were excellent and beautifully written. By the way if you haven't read the other two novels of this series [Breathless 1 & 2]...I would suggest you do so...I think it will add to a little better understanding of what has gone on by reading the previous series.

In Breathless 3: In Love With An Alpha Billionaire, author Shani Greene-Dowdell, picks up where the second book leaves off, leaving both Jacob and Destiny shocked at the turn of events. Who knew that Mama Clara and Mr. Turner had once been an item. Mrs. Tammy Turner is straight up hood! I have to say one thing about those Turner men, when they want a woman they want a woman. It is like "The heart wants what the heart wants." Poor Montie, just when he thought that he found a woman her could love it turned out to be Queen Cray Cray Justine herself that he had been knocking boots with. As this is the final story Jacob did not have to come clean about his romp with Justine - unplanned has it was since he did think that is was Destiny.

Please, get rid of JUstine already!
I love when generations of the family are added to a story. I also write in this way. It makes room for not only multiple books, but multiple series down the road. But, I don't allow bad characters who don't seem to have redeeming qualities, to linger.

Great read
This book was a good fast paced read, I truly enjoyed Jacob, Destiny, Monticello, Ms. Clara and the sick pyscho Justine. This was a great love story told this could have been anyone's family story told that's how great it was. Well done Ms. Shane Greene- Dowdell.

Another good read. I was happy to see that both Destiny & her mom Clare got who theft loved. Justine got exactly what she deserved and Jacob's mom decided that she was about to loose the one person she loved the most in her life. She was a hateful and bitter woman. I have to say that John & Tammy should/could have told their parents a long time ago that they didn't know each other and stand firm on there decisions. Tammy turned cold after hearing her husband call another woman's name in his sleep, but she never talked to him about it. Then she was messy at her dinner when she invited Justine's parents and Justine herself. That was so messy and for Ms. Clare to haul off and slap John in front of everybody. She may have been feisty, but she didn't take anything from ppl. Overall this book was another good read.

Breathless 3 is full of surprises! Lots of twist and turns in this continuing saga. It's pretty short, so I jumped right in "Loving Montie." I don't want to give anything away, but you'll be surprised by all the coincidences that happen in this book lol Really, Jacob kind of annoys me now. He needs to stop letting women run over him and in particular, is momma! But also, Justine is STILL around and able to effortlessly troll this guy. I don't know why he can't handle her once and for all. Anyway, this book focuses a lot of on supporting characters of Ms. Clara and John and Tammy (the parents of our main characters) and also, Justine and Montie (the exes of the main characters. I really didn't want to hear from Montie much but I am beginning to like him and see where he's coming from. Will be interesting to read how he finally gets over Destiny in Breathless 4.

This series held me in its grip, and has not let go since five p.m. Still hasn't. I'm intrigued to learn if Justine and Montie will get their HEA. I do believe Montie deserves one. Not so sure about Justine, but she did try to make amends, so that's a tenth of a point in her favorite. I'll give her one more chance to turn her life around, but that's it. I didn't know you were so talented with the pen, Shani. Well, I do now.

I am happy Jacob and Destiny got their happily ever after. I like that John and Clara reconnected with each other after all them years apart. Tammy and Justine should have gotten what they deserved for treating Destiny like they did. Overall good book.

Great Series!
I absolutely loved this series! Once I finished one book, I was on to the next. I highly recommend it. I hope she continues the Breathless story. There is plenty of fertile ground to cultivate stories for other characters.

Two story lines take the reader through the Baker and Turner live stories. Enjoyed seeing how the stories turned out.

This is book 3 of Destiny and Jacob I love how they overcame almost every obstacle to be together. I also love that the naysayers keep trying as well!

Great series!!!
I like all three books in the series, but gee.. it was hard enough having Destiny giving the cookie to her ex after saying how much she loved Jacob, and to have miss CRAZY Justine tricked Jacob by passing for Destiny....yuck! A man with that kind of love for his woman would know the difference even in the darkest night. Also, some typo needs to be fixed such as calling Jacob Mr Parker twice instead of Mrs Turner at the office , and Clara's middle name: is it Santana or Denise? .Enough about the bad, I absolutely love the twist where Jacobs' s father were Clara's lost love... All in all, great read! Thank you shani !!!

It was ok
I didn't enjoy this books as I have the last two. I felt like it was rushed especially the ending. I really thought Justine was going to cause more problems then she did. Now Tammy on the other hand was a cold hearted bitch!! If I was Destiny I would have stomped that heifer. I glad she finally came to her senses.

Loved it.
I'm almost sad to see Jacob and destiny story end....and wow even their mom and dad going their way back to each other too.....I was glad that a my finally woman ex up and admitted her fault...but... I felt like I would have loved to see Justine suffer a little for her actions though....but oh well. Over all it's a good read

I was expecting more twist after reading 1 and 2. It was awful that Justine committed a horrible act and got away with it only to continue to come back over and over in such crazy ways. How in the entire state of Ga. Does she hook up with Montie of all people. That was a bit much along with the marriage of the parents etc... Really??

Like father like son
Apparently, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. It goes to show that true love lasts a lifetime, regardless if you're near or far. Never condoning violence, however I am glad that Destiny finally stood her ground and stood up for herself and mom. I'm proud of the way Jacob chose Destiny over and over again despite the actions of his mom and Justine.

But a good story
I so love Destiny story but I still feel she is left in the dark concerning her husband, Jacob. She deserves to know what occurred during her small stay in jail. And what of Montie, he deserves a happy ending. It's not quite finished.

Jacob and Destiny got their happy ending. Justine ended up alone which she deserved, I felt had for Montie but he should have known better. I thought it was weird that John and Carla got married as well and everyone was OK with that. Smh
