The Hero: Allex -he is one of the king of Auxem’s five sons. He was only two when his mother and all the Auxem women died. He doesn’t have any memories of his mother or of his father when he was a good father. His father changed after his mother died and became cold and unfeeling. So Allex has a lot of resentment toward the King. He never speaks to his father, and he became a healer to help with things like what killed his mother.
The heroine: Priya - she signed up to be a bride of the Auxem, but was rejected because she had the gene that was known to only produce boy children and they needed females to repopulate their planet. After some thugs accosted her and stole her last credits, she hides in an Auxem shuttle. The shuttle went to the Auxem star ship and she ended up stowing away on the star ship when it leaves before she could get on a shuttle back to Earth, Stowing away is a crime so she has to stay hidden.
The Story: Allex is a people-pleaser and a responsible healer. He grew up on the star ship and sometimes needs to be alone, so one night he goes down the hidden passageways he and his brothers used to play in when they were children. When the ship is overrun with pirates, he can’t make it to the panic room with the rest of the royal family, so he stays in the hidden hallways. He also wants to find a way to fight the pirates from the inside.
It isn’t long before Allex finds Priya who had been hiding for months since the ship left Earth’s upper atmosphere. Allex is immediately attracted to Priya, it didn’t hurt that she was naked when he first came upon her. Though when Allex tells her he isn’t sure if he will turn her in when they got rid of the pirates, she is determined to get away before that happens, no matter how attractive he is.
This was told via dual points of view and dual narration. The narrators in this book were the same two narrators that did the second book, Ayrie, Kelly Morgan and Paul Brion. They did a good job. Though I liked the narrators of the last book a bit better.
This book’s timeline overlapped with the timeline and events in the previous book and I thought a bit too much time was spent going over the same events that were in the last book, Anders. Though the storyline in this one, where Priya is a stowaway was a good one. Allex was a bit too much of a Yes man (doormat) at times, and he was afraid to stand up to people, especially his father. Though I did like the story.

The fourth Auxem novel, ALLEX: Alien Prince's Mate by Lisa Lace is another great addition to this series. Allex is the youngest of the five Prince's and as deliciously handsome and charming as his other brothers. This is a stand-alone book, but I recommend you read (or listen to as I have) the first three novels simply because if you love sci-fi romance, you are going to love this series. Hello! Five gorgeous and sexy alien Prince's! Anders' book specifically has a slightly overlapping storyline and well, it's my favorite book in this series!
Priya and Allex definitely don't have a cute first meeting. They pretty much snarl at each other and their second meeting doesn't go much better. Despite Priya's quick barbs, Allex can't ignore how much he's drawn to her perfect, sexy curves and her beautiful black eyes have him captivated. Who can worry about whether or not a woman is a stowaway criminal when his hormones are raging for him to make her his? Priya is equally smitten by the gorgeous, sexy Prince with the rockin' hot body, but can't imagine him ever wanting her when he could surely have any woman he chooses. Lucky for her, Allex chooses her.
Allex and Priya have some serious obstacles to overcome before they can be together, but there's no denying their attraction or their love. Great story where true love always finds a way! As always, having it narrated to me is always a bonus.. 4 stars

Sooooo... I felt bad for Priya, except that she found the love of her life. Everyone has to go through a crap shoot every now and then. She seriously has some crappy luck without him. Then again I thought Allex’s back bone had been infected with his wings when he was younger. He kept refusing to claim her and obviously she would have ended up with a black eye because she did move fast enough and was sent off a criminal to some lava place or planet....????
He saved her!!! Yeah!!! But still could have stopped it all. I guess it’s not if you love them let them go and if they come back you know. It’s more I love her and I’m scared I still want to hide her and run away (with her) never tell daddy who is the one who sent her to prison that she’s my mate because I hate him and at the same time want him & everyone else happiness over my own and my mates. Soooooo... 2 stars only because he did tell daddy though I wonder if he would have if he hadn’t to happened to be there when he chased after Pirya when she finally left him when he again denied to come clean they were mates.

At the beginning of the story since I has been from auxem 1 book, it was a little repetitive for me, but it was nice that she thinks on explain all the situation just in case its the first time someone pick the book.
after that the plot began to tickens and oh wao poor Allex, I feel him so much being the baby of my family myself and yes I think it's hard too after being certain person for so long to be yourself after but it's not impossible.
The king did a good change on this one for the better at last, I was beginning to think maybe Arnon should usurp the trone by this point jajaja.
something I really like it's that she connects her books well and you don't get the feeling like i'm lost what is she talking about everything is well explained.
Now just one of the brothers is left and I know it will be a delicious story just as this one.

Human woman, Priya💋💔, has recently broken up💔 with her boyfriend. She is in such a state, she wants to get away. She goes to the Auxem👽 mate matching center, but she doesn't qualify. Leaving, she runs right into Allex🐺🍌🌋👋💓 and she's upset and awed 💓at the same time.
Allex🐺🍌🌋👋 is one gorgeous hunk of Alpha Alien meat. He is tall, crazy handsome, and blond. Priya💋👗 runs into the street, but is accosted by muggers🔫🔪. Somehow she gets away and runs back to the matching center, sees a space worthy shuttle she is sure belongs to the Auxems👽, and stows away. She is going to get off planet 🌍 one way or another!
This is a longer Alpha 👽Alien male🐺🍌🌋 novel, the story is very interesting and involved. I enjoyed the budding relationship between Allex, the Auxem Prince👹🍌🌋👋, and Priya💋👗. Priya🐈 is an independent, resourceful young woman.
The book📑 is well worth reading! Xxx scenes are appropriate for the story, not just thrown in.

Allex is a good stand alone book but when read in sequence with the other Auxem novels, it is a great book! Most of the action takes place in the previous book Anders, the exciting fly by the seat of your pants as Anders is a blend of Iceman from Top Gun and Han Solo.
Allex, on the other hand, is the baby of the family, with no memory of his mother as she died with the rest of the Auxem women and his memories of his father are cruel ones. So cruel, that when he finds the woman of his dream Priya as a stowaway in the heating duct, he is terrified to tell his father the king he found and bonded to his one and only love, Instead, he and his brothers concoct a wild escape plan.
Each of the brothers is different and each of their stories and reactions is different. Allex is unaware of his appeal to the opposite sex, prince or not. He moves through life as a medical doctor and an inventor.
Priya is unsure of her looks and desperate to get off the over crowded Earth, That''s how she lands on the Auxem ship, she hides on Allex's ship.
When pirates take over the ship, Priya and Allex are intrinsic into freeing everyone and there is a HEA. I only wish it were longer or that it was filtered into Anders.
Because it was so short I can only give it 4 out of 5. I need it longer and uncut!

It is crazy how something so amazing can come from some of your darkest moments and how chance encounters can forever change your world! When Priya is rejected from the program she thinks her life is over but it is really just the beginning! The first incident happens as she is leaving after her elimination from the program and bumps in to a sexy man. Then she is stopped by some low life’s who try to steal her money and her body. Trying to hide from her attackers she ends up on a transport. She thinks she will be able to come right back to Earth and no one will be the wiser but life has something else in mind.
Pirates invade the ship while Allex is away from his family. They message him to get to the safe room ASAP but he is tired of always doing what he is told and wants to try and rescue his people. Unbeknownst him, Priya is stowed away on the ship, and a chance encounter involving a pipe brings together this unlikely pair. Being thrust in to such dire circumstance forms a bond that evolves quickly and both of their lives are changed forever.
I do not feel like their story is over and I really hope to get more insight in the next book but I enjoyed their adventure and hope to see how it continues.

I really enjoyed this book, the plot, the character development and so on. Allex's character is very loveable and I, as the reader, really connected with him. This is the first book that I have read by this author and I can't wait to read some more of her books. I do wish that this book had been a little longer so that some scenes weren't a rush and there was some more room for character development but I still enjoyed all well most of the characters. Lace does a good job at enabling the readers to step into the world that can only be found on the pages of her books.
Priya really did start to get on my nerves towards the end with the stupid ass ultimatum... Even with that said I still really enjoyed the book and would recommend it.

Priya is human and after a bad breakup decides to enrol as a mate for the Auxem but she is rejected thanks to genetics. She leaves the centre but is attacked by muggers so ends up hiding from them in a nearby shuttle intending to leave when it is safe. Unfortunately she actually finds herself on a much larger ship heading for Auxem as a stowaway. She then encounters Allex - a doctor and the fifth son of the king who is hiding from his brothers to get relief from their controlling and overbearing affection. They end up having a deep attraction for each other, and even though Alex knows he cannot her her he is determined to have her as his mate.
Wow - this is a great story that you don't have to read the earlier books in the series in order to enjoy but it does help. There was lots of drama and excitement in the story which contained an impossible to ignore love for each other. I could feel and sympathise with Allex's annoyance at the way his family treated him. The relationships between all of the characters were easy to to pick up and understand and the developing relationship between Priya and Allex was quite enchanting.

Priya is trying to get into the program and join the women going to Auxem, but she is rejected. Distracted leaving the testing center, she is threatened by thugs, escapes by hiding in a shuttle which takes her to up the main ship. When it takes off before she finds a way off she becomes an unintentional stowaway!!
Allex is tired of being bossed around by his older brothers, but finds he always wants to “please”. As pirates take over the ship, and he is forced to travel the inner workings of the ship to remain undetected. Here he finds Priya and sparks fly!! Being physical with a woman will create a bond. If there is no love involved, Bond Rejection Syndrome is a threat which can result in madness. There are other secrets being kept.
Basic survival, danger from pirates, family rules, social guidelines all combine to create a tale where perhaps a stowaway and a prince can find love.

God how I love this series! Lisa Lace has such a way of
weaving a truly intriguing alien tale. They are so well written
and extremely fun to read.
This is Pryia and Prince Allex tale. You see he and his
brothers have come to earth to find brides. As a sickness has
killed all the women on their planet. Now Allex is the baby of
the group so he is treated as such. Even though he is full
grown and a doctor too. And he is always trying to please
everyone but himself. Pryia has just found out she cannot
be in the program. And suffering from a bad breakup she is
not paying attention and runs into trouble. And ends up
hiding on a transport and then stuck on the ship. But when
Allex finds her he ends up keeping her till one day she is
found and arrested. Now he has to find a way to save her
and be brave enough to face the king.
Now before I ruin this for you I will leave off here. I hope you
enjoy this book as much as I did. If you do like this book,

Book four of the Auxem series is a hit. Allex is a people pleaser and now it has begun to grate against his nature.
He is now beginning to resent his family for the way they treat him, his father for never noticing and being available when he was young, it is shown in the way he is unable to articulate his once, his needs, and his desires. If he does not figure out a way to make the people in his lies understand what he needs he may be something very precious to him.
Priya is alone and she feels like everyone has rejected her as some point in her life. She feel unworthy of having anything good in her life.
It decision made when they thought all was said and done will either tear them apart or make them stronger together. Allex will need to step up to the plate and claim what is rightfully his or lose all that he holds dear.

This is a story about a girl just trying to a better life after being dumped by her boyfriend for not being a trophy wife.
So she goes to be part of a program that is sending brides to a new world, only to find out she had the gene that would only allow her to have boys, and hence could not be part of the program. To bumping into a handsome guy, who turned out to be a jerk. To be chased by muggers and ending up in a shuttle that took her up to the ship of brides. But since she became a stowaway, she could not come out of hiding or be sent to jail. And to top it off, she just conked the guy on the head who found her hiding place. Only to find out it was the jerk from before. And then before things get straighten out pirates show up.
Allex and Pryai have a long way to go before their happy ending, But it is an interesting trip. Great book, fourth in the series, and all are worth reading.

The youngest of the Auxem Princes' finally finds his bonded mate as a stoway on the ship he and his family reside on. Allex and Phryra fight pirates, his family and their emotions while discovering their love. Allex has all the insecurities of not knowing a father who distanced himself after losing his mate and these insecurities are magnified when trying to save his bondmate from bondage! I really wanted to kick him in the butt a few times because of his wishy washy nature, but as a true Prince and with the help of his brothers and their wives he ultimately redeems himself! Their chemistry and lovemaking is definitely scorching and Allex's sweet nature makes him lovable but aggravating and Phryra's poor self-esteem but survivalist independence keeps the story fresh and engaging..love this series and these unique couples!! Priya wanted to leave earth but find out that she can't go to Auxem because she carries the gene. She is so upset when she leaves the clinic she doesn't watch were she is going and runs into a couple of men up to no good. They force into the alley and takes her credits but they want more. She gets away from them and runs. Finding a space shuttle unlocked she climbs in to hide, but before she can get out the owner comes and takes off for there spaceship. I just love this book, there is so much action in this story that it is hard to put down. I have read a few of these book in this series and have loves them all. I would highly recommend this book and all the books from An Auxem Novel by Lisa Lace. I voluntarily reviewed this advanced reader copy.

I received this audiobook free for an honest review. I really enjoy almost anything Lisa Lace writes and this one is no exception. Her story ideas are so creative. None are the same. Some times there are characters from her other books referenced, but each book of hers is a standalone. This book gives the listener/reader a thrill. It has a strong female that I enjoy. Paul Brion is an excellent narrator. Kelly Morgan is not one of my favorites, but either she is getting better or I am learning to like her more. So many of the books I want to listen to are being narrated by her. I won't give up a good book just because she is the narrator. There are some books I won't listen to just because of the narrator. Kelly is not one of them.

Well written with an amazing storyline, a standalone in a great series there is action and romance all the way through

Not what I was expecting. You don't need to read the other books but I'm sure they add to the story. This isn't a full length but an adult short story. When you start reading digitally you think it's a long story based on how much you have left. What isn't advertised is that this book has a bunch of other unrelated short stories included. I didn't read them all but they are of the same caliber.
If you're looking for a quick adult read without depth this is for you. If you're looking for something with more development Keep looking.

After getting dumped by her boyfriend she goes and gets tested and fails the test to become a possible mate to the Auxem. As she is heading home she is attacked and hids in a shuttle but before she can leave it takes off and docks with the ship leaving earth. Now she is a stowaway. Then the ship she is on is attacked by pirates yea she has bad luck. Lol
Great action, lots of twists and turns to the story. Fun characters. It was great read.

Allex the youngest Prince is for the most part the family or rather everyone pleaser. Always puts everyone else's happiness until he meets his mate. But the circumstances aren't ideal since she is a stowaway. Their journey to be bonded mates comes with heartache and one obstacle after another. A few twists will happen that will shock you.
Recommend reading this series in order. Parts of this book actually coincides with Anders book

This is another book in the Auxem Series, we follow the youngest prince, Allex and his bond mate Priya as they meet and survive through the pirates capturing the ship. The storyline is sweet and plenty chemistry between Allex and Priya, my only gripe was Allex was immature at parts and really needed to man up. Other than that, it was an entertaining story. I can't wait to see what happens with Avren and Vanessa

This story was sweet and (almost to) short, Allex is a baby brother of the family, a little immature, although he is a doctor, he has a lot of naive views of the world and fear of his father, but he finds the strength to defend his love at all costs in the end...

The main premise is solid and I was really excited. Two strangers, who don’t initially like each other, stuck together in the bowels of a spaceship being raided by pirates. They have to work together to survive, beat the pirates, and save the royal family. I was on board for all of that.
Unfortunately the story line fell flat, the dialogue was atrocious, I hated the characters, and I had a hard time even finishing the book.

I love this series and all five of the brothers. Each story I have read sucks me into their world a little more. Allex and Priya's story line was first introduced in "Anders" and this book tells the entire story. Allex and Priya made a great couple.

Here we have another great Sci-Fi romance by Lisa Lace. She delivers every time and keeps you turning the pages. I didn't want to put this book down, and even though I regretted staying awake to get it finished, it was worth it, as this is a great series and one I would definitely recommend to those of you who love Sci-Fi romance.

I can’t believe she’s a New York bestseller. The dialogue is forced. There’s pretty much no plot. It’s straight romance. However, all the couples in this series seem to fall in love within 1 to 2 days, followed by a lifetime unbreakable mating. I’m very glad I got the series free and didn’t actually pay for this.
