Liberty Marks is on an upwardly mobile career path. Everything is bright and promising. It seems her life might just be loving husband, baby on the way, a promotion. That is, until she finds herself partnered with the ghost of a former rival. At first she denies it. This can’t really be a spirit, a phantom – a ghost! But does it really matter? For it seems this ghost has plans for Liberty. Grand plans. Wonderful plans. All she need do is follow his every command. What could possibly go wrong?

Price of success

Thom does it again. The dark look into the human condition. How far can a person let themselves to be driven for success. What price is too high. Pay at any cost? That's what Liberty faces. The answer for her was inescapable. Fast paced , like a dragster without a chute or brakes. A short story well worth your time
