This was not well-written. Had quite a few typos and grammar errors which to the conditioned reader is distracting. However, the content I did like! As someone who has had terrible eating habits in the past, and looking to improve, Wilson P. did a nice job teaching the basics of nutrition. The only issue I have with the content is that there wasn’t a larger chunk dedicated on how you can improve your eating habits.

Easy to understand explanation of macros

This is information that is relatively basic, but the detail and science behind it is helpful. It is explained in a way that is to the point and easily understood.

It's ok

This is a super birds eye view of macros without much information other than the most basic stuff out there.

poorly written

Very poorly written. There’s now way it was proofread with all the grammar errors. Some good information and could be a good book but it failed.
