I set up a solar power system. I then read the book... I should have read the book first. Based on what I learned, I made a few changes to maximize my return on investment.

The book is VERY straightforward and easy to follow. The rules of thumb that help make the different components work together are extremely useful.

If you have ANY interest in solar power, buy this book!

I love historical events like this.
Boats and historical events are what make me love reading. Could you please share the sequel books of your series?

In fact, even though I started reading very late, I'm getting more and more immersed every day.

It is a great chance to read the books of important authors. I know that. I'm looking forward to your new books.

I am writing the importance of reading a book here for friends who want to read this book. I hope it will benefit sellers and customers...

Are the top 10 benefits of reading for all ages:

1. Reading Exercises the Brain

While reading, we have to remember different characters and settings that belong to a given story. Even if you enjoy reading a book in one sitting, you have to remember the details throughout the time you take to read the book. Therefore, reading is a workout for your brain that improves memory function.

2. Reading is a Form of (free) Entertainment

Did you know that most of the popular TV shows and movies are based on books? So why not indulge in the original form of entertainment by immersing yourself in reading. Most importantly, it’s free with your Markham Public Library card.

3. Reading Improves Concentration and the Ability to Focus

We can all agree that reading cannot happen without focus and in order to fully understand the story, we have to concentrate on each page that we read. In a world where gadgets are only getting faster and shortening our attention span, we need to constantly practice concentration and focus. Reading is one of the few activities that requires your undivided attention, therefore, improving your ability to concentrate.

4. Reading Improves Literacy

Have you ever read a book where you came across an unfamiliar word? Books have the power to improve your vocabulary by introducing you to new words. The more you read, the more your vocabulary grows, along with your ability to effectively communicate. Additionally, reading improves writing skills by helping the reader understand and learn different writing styles.

5. Reading Improves Sleep

By creating a bedtime routine that includes reading, you can signal to your body that it is time to sleep. Now, more than ever, we rely on increased screen time to get through the day. Therefore, by setting your phone aside and picking up a book, you are telling your brain that it is time to quiet down. Moreover, since reading helps you de-stress, doing so right before bed helps calm your mind and anxiety and improve the quality of sleep.

6. Reading Increases General Knowledge

Books are always filled with fun and interesting facts. Whether you read fiction or non-fictions, books have the ability to provide us with information we would’ve otherwise not known. Reading a variety of topics can make you a more knowledgeable person, in turn improving your conversation skills.

7. Reading is Motivational

By reading books about protagonists who have overcome challenges, we are oftentimes encouraged to do the same. The right book can motivate you to never give up and stay positive, regardless of whether it’s a romance novel or a self-help book.

Solar Power on my Work Truck

I installed a 100 watt solar panel, charge controller, 4 deep-cycle batteries and a 5000 watt inverter in my work truck long before reading this book. Yes, there is a topper or camper shell over the bed, the panel is mounted on top and it has worked for years.

After reading this book I have learned that I initially did not employ the appropriate safety measures and I was not getting the full benefit of the system. I have made changes from what I have learned and I am confident the system is much safer by fusing every component as written in the book.

William is a very smart young man (younger than me by 25 years) and i am impressed by his knowledge and online work. Keep up the good work and i will keep watching.

Highly recommended

I read this to help me decide if I wanted to build my own solar power system or just buy a readymade solar generator. I'm definitely just getting a solar generator. I don't think I have the handy skills to pull this one off, but I appreciate the detail and expertise this writer offers. It is very easy to understand and he covers all his bases (as well as I know). Very well written and I appreciate that he took the time to edit this book. Barely found any typos. Great read!

This book is exactly what it is advertised to be. I primer that will give you the knowledge to get started . While I have not put together a solar system (yet), I have more confidence that with this little book I can get the job done. Yes, the internet has plenty of resources but at the end of the day, a single reference that cuts to the chase with sound advice over a range of topics is what I sought out and this book met my needs.

Modifying 12 volt solar power to work for you.

The author named it right: Mobile Solar Power Made Easy! This book lays it out in a nice easy way to learn and build your own setup. He even describes how to figure the amount of solar panels (size and wattage) you have to have to run your setup. He shows you an easy way and the technical ways to figure.

Great energetic topic and author!

Well written. The author is always chasing a rapidly changing technology but mastered the art of mobile solar. He omits the grounding of solar on mobile applications which should be a focus of anyone in the electrical installation trade. I Like the authors energy and videos just as much!

"Best ever book on pv-solar for a DIY person, such as myself, with limited experience building a pv-solar. Book is simple yet comprehensive. I've followed his YouTube Channel for a long time and that's what made me decide to buy this book. He also has a website so that makes for a magnificent trifecta! Thanks to this fellow I am confident I can do my own small system."

I bought this after building my own solar setup because I find myself having to keep looking details up online when I forget them, and sometImes I need the information when I am away from all internet access. This book is good for a reference, but I also learned a couple things and have improved my existing solar system based on the information it contains.

A great book for those of us who are not well versed in mobile solar installation. It provides all the information to successfully do a DIY install and it explains it to the point and in layman's terms. If you do not have any knowledge of how basic electricity works you may have to reread certain sections. It is important to understand the first couple of chapters that explains the terminology and basics. Online info is also provided. Just search the title.

After having recently read so many poorly written and/or edited books on DIY solar, this book was like a breath of fresh air. Both well written, and edited, and with lots of good information and ideas. I recommend this book even if you're building a non-mobile system.
It's no wonder his YouTube channel is so popular!

Great solar info

This book used easily understood diagrams and instructions for setting up a solar system even for a novice like myself. 👍I've actually built a couple small systems suggested in this book. One at my small house in the woods and the other on my garage for backup power.

This book was exactly how I expected it to be: a valuable knowledge source that focuses mostly on electricity systems design for off-grid installations. I would not recommend it as a first book on the topic, even though it highly depends on the reader's prerequisite knowledge. It works very well with the author's youtube series.

Great read. Recommend

Simple clear and informative. Will provides a writing style that , while not necessarily professional, displays enthusiasm and energy to a rather dry subject. Fun read! Enjoyed it completely.

Lacking information

Lacking information on how efficient solar panels are which makes this reading mute. No solar panel is 100% efficient and always trying to direct users to his website.

Useful and practical Solar panel and power info.

Very useful information on Solar Panels, Solar Charge Controler and Battery Bank. A lot of Solar Power books are fluff but not this one.

I was concerned it would only focus on solar. It expanded on just solar and explained all components and systems that will help your build. Great book worth having on hand while building.
