by Ann S. Marie

Murder strikes again in the small town of Berry Cove. Dana Sweet, a part time mystery riddles blogger who has inherited the Cozy Cupcakes Café from her late grandmother, is once again drawn into a strange murder with a bizarre twist.

When Dana’s new neighbor from hell, a snobby heiress who recently inherited the Victorian house next door, is found dead, all sticky fingers point to the shy housekeeper. But there’s more to the dead heiress than meets the eyes and Dana needs to find out who in her inner circle wanted her out of the picture, before it’s too late.

This is a fun, entertaining, cozy read. I enjoy the world of Dana Sweet and Berry Cove. The side characters are quirky and add much to the fabric of the story and my enjoyment. I love that the amateur sleuth plays a major role in solving the mystery. The story is easy to read and get into.

Unfortunately with this one I've gone back to finding far too often things to be annoyed about. An example, the author needs a thesaurus with the over use of the word "playfully."
