This book was very insightful and full of good information regarding various aspects of dreams. However, it did become repetitive in some of the explanations starting around the midway point of the book. I felt like each of the reasoning points were the same for most of the techniques and reasons. Overall I enjoyed learning new information about dreams and will definitely be researching more of the topics in greater detail.

I liked this general overview of dreams and the history of dream interpretation. I take issue when they try to suggest that merely visualizing your illnessess to be gone will work better than traditional medicine. I have no issue with affirmations, or visualization, but don't use that to replace existing medicine either.
