Before I begin, I would like to thank the publisher, Endeavour Press for giving me a free review copy of this book. I truly enjoyed reading it! Resurrection is a mystery and thriller, combined with a touch of the supernatural world-- a Ouija board. I always have a soft spot for this genre. Like some of you, I too have that tiny part of me that likes to be scared from time to time. This was the perfect dose for me.
I would say that this book will be an interest to those who like gory supernatural things. There are lots of dead bodies in here, people who died under very amusing circumstances. I thought a lot of it was hilarious because readers are already aware of why weird things are happening to the characters. It's a lot like me observing a goldfish swimming in circles in its clear glass bowl wondering what's going on with the world.
What I don't really like about the book though is how it lacks diversity in characters. There are at least three blonds with beautiful blue eyes in here... But all in all, it was a fun, light read for me. So if you're up for some supernatural adventure, make sure to grab a copy of Resurrection!

If you like a spooky story, this one is a good choice.
it's an easy read, but sometimes I got a bit confused about what was going on. A bit more detail or sometimes just a little less detail would have been great ;)
But overall I liked the story, liked the concept and liked most of the characters!

The book started out with a historical shock-factor storyline which I found a bit disturbing, and then the plot returned to the present day. The initial main character is self absorbed and a bore but so what - I kept reading until the tale reached into the realms of teenage horror fantasy - and I shelved it. Sorry, just not for me.
