Complete Box Set of Celestial Mates, a collection of 5 titles that have all the romance, action, and drama to leave you hooked.

As you read Celestial Mates, you’ll travel to exotic planets with hot alien men and experience the touching stories of 5 brides and their quest to be with the ones they love.

Ambassador's Bride (Celestial Mates #1)

In a dystopian future where humans have foolishly squandered Earth’s natural resources, the few remaining people are becoming desperate. Crowded in huge underground cities, they’ve finally come to the end of the line and they must decide whether or not they will trade the only valuable resource Earth has left... Women.

Being the daughter of a wealthy diplomat, Rose is blissfully ignorant of how the less fortunate live. Desperate to escape to a planet where she can enjoy the sun on her face and swim in clear unpolluted oceans, she vows to make herself the first bride to be mated to off-worlders.

When the Krylon delegation arrives, she realizes that in addition to being good stewards of their planet, eager for female companionship, and polite to a fault, the Krylon males are also drop dead gorgeous. Unfortunately, Earth’s population is vehemently opposed to the galactic mate’s treaty... will Rose and her soon to be Hot Alien Husband be able to make their escape from Earth?

Fire Princess Returns (Celestial Mates #1.5)

Clone's Bride (Celestial Mates #2)

Few people in the verse understand or have a genuine liking for the Shardon. They see clones as expendable since they are so easy to replace. Some are even under the mistaken impression clones aren’t real people and they share a hive mind.

Lar Shalon is one such clone. There simply aren’t enough hours in the day to combat all the irrational beliefs about his kind. Being a physician he understands the critical need to breed humans in order to save his dying race. What he can’t quite get his head around is how they are going to lure human females to them. As he sets about learning their breeding habits, one won’t seem to leave him alone. She can’t seem to keep from touching him. It’s disconcerting and he doesn’t know quite what to make her behavior.

Madison and her twin sister are dying. The doctors on Earth have no idea what’s wrong with them. Their one hope of survival is signing up for the alien brides program. Aliens have spaceships and technology, right? They must have advanced medical knowledge as well. The desperate pair risk everything on one last wild gamble at staying alive, landing gorgeous alien husbands in the bargain.

Imperial Bride (Celestial Mates #3)

Hating her isolated, sheltered life in the Japanese Imperial Family Maiko longs for action and adventure among the stars. When her opportunity come, she grabs it with both hands and risks everything to protect her new home world when a temporal anomaly threatens to swallow everything in its path.

Little does she know her father has made an exception to the longstanding rule that no Imperials leave Earth, only because he plans to have her fitted with new husband from the Krylon Imperial House. There are two brothers. She has her heart set on the scarred one with curious eyes. Unfortunately, arrangements were made for her to be courted by the one with a smirking face, snarky attitude, and reputation for running around the galaxy chasing women.

No thank you dies on her lips about the time he hits her with their very first kiss. A handsome clone from a nearby world seems mesmerised by her intelligence and charm. He would be a much better fit, since he’s not been caught cavorting in the harems but something is missing when they are together.

It all may become a moot issue unless they can figure out how to stop the darkness from swallowing their world.

Warrior's Bride (Celestial Mates #4)

Keiko and her brother are the last surviving members of the Japanese imperial line. Their struggle to save the last remaining humans on Earth from an invasion by an insectoid race is curtailed when Keiko is sucked into a temporal anomaly and ends up in a parallel dimension. Finding herself flung from one catastrophe to another, she clings to the one man who makes her feel safe.

Shar Jalon rules over a clone army and has been tasked with locating human brides for his dying people. Trying to balance his desire for the beautiful Japanese princess against his need to complete his mission, he treads softly. When insectoids invade his ship, all bets are off as this warrior kicks it into high gear.

Trying to sort friend from foe and keep a step ahead of their enemies, Keiko and Shar Jalon ...

Book set review (please note that this is a Book set review not individual books)

When I’m reading a book/series, I will confess that I do not care so much about the grammar and syntax or formatting, as long as I’m able to put the story together. I wonder if this author had an editor, or if she even gave the book to a friend for reviewing before publishing it. I do not know, maybe I’m being to harsh. Anyways, the story line is really good, the heroines are smart, outgoing, and kickass, except Rose in the Ambassador’s Bride, she’s kind of childish and immature, but I guess it goes with her age. As for the Heroes, they are sexy, manly and assertive, except for Rose’s Hero, he is kind of a wimp, withdrawing his marriage proposal because his friend is offended, who does that?!, the story line has so much potential!

When I read a book set or a series, I like to follow up on characters that are introduce in the previous books, or at least for the story to take off where the other one left off, even if we need to have some background story to connect the books together, I will go as far as say that, I will be please if the stories are in the same universe, even if we have to move the time line. I’m sorry to say that this is not the case; in this series, there are inconsistencies all over the books, is like the author did not have the time or energy to remember or read what she wrote in the previous books, these discrepancies left me confused about the whole story.

In the first part of Fire Princess, when Selene describe her family to Korban, she said her mother was Elaine age 42 and her two sisters Emily and Amie ages nine and four, she even goes into explaining how both sisters fight about color disputes because they both love pink. Now, all of the sudden, in the second part of the book, Fire Princess Return, her mother is not her mother but her stepmother age 35 and her sister Amie apparently is now two years old, and Selene remember how she was not even born when she left earth, what is going on??????

Second, during Fire Princess Return, the three princes decided that Ambassador Kredor will be the one in charge of the negotiations with the earth government and ambassador MacDowell, but in the following book, someone call Ular is taking over as Ambassador with no explanation, and by the description of the scenes following it seems that Ular and Kredo are the same person (alien).
Then you have the scene on the Imperial Bride, Rose talks about the first time she was in the Shardon ship, and how she “wonder if there was actual gear behind the old fashion panels”; but, it was Selene in the Fire Princess after being abducted by the Shardon who had that experience not Rose!

Now at the end of Imperial Bride we have our H/h (Ora and Maiko) arriving to Krylon ready to start their happy life, mean while Keiko and Shar are somewhere fighting the newly discover insectoid ready to blow the ship they are in to prevent the alien insectoid to replicate, and kind of being established as a couple, Shar goes as far as to tell Keiko that he is “her male”. Jumping to the next book, Ora and Maiko are getting married and Shar is attending the wedding by himself, he is bitter and angry that he is not with Maiko. All I’m thinking at this point is, when did Ora and Maiko took time from the “race into saving humanity” to get Married!!?? Whatever, this could have been a 5-star series if it was not by the constant mismatch of information and the constant inconsistent events throughout the books that made no sense at all.

I have all of these books individually and loved the series here are my reviews for each book

Ambassador's Bride

This was a wonderful book, the storyline was entertaining and the created world was an interesting view of the way that the earth could eventually become. The characters were sweet and fun and thoroughly entertaining, I was laughing out loud in more than one place and I can not wait to read the next book in this series.
This story is centered on the ambassador of Krylon and a the Earth ambassadors daughter Rose, Krylon has extra resources but is severely lacking in females and earth has females to spare will this be a match made in heaven? to find out you will have to read I hate spoilers.
If you enjoy a wonderful alien romance with smart, fun, sweet and sassy characters then i am sure you will enjoy this book.

Fire Princess Returns

this is a bonus book in any of the individual books if you buy them separately it is a sweet romance with a escape artist female lead and a determined exiled prince its a fun and sweet read.

Clone's Bride

I love this series, Fire Princess is the prequel, followed by Fire Princess Return's, then The Ambassador's Bride, this is the next book in the series and I cant wait to read The Imperial Bride.
These books are all based in a time when Earth has undergone a environmental catastrophe and the surface is no longer livable, also women outnumber men 2-1, as there are several Alien races that seem to have a major female shortage and they are all hot as heck it only makes sense to trade the one commodity earth has left women, although it might sound heartless if you were stuck on a dying planet and treated like trash and suddenly a series of gorgeous Aliens that want to take you away to a beautiful world where you will be loved and cherished, who would say no to that.
This book is great for anyone who enjoys a fanciful tail that has a great plot and a wonderful cast of hot and adorable Aliens.

Imperial Bride

This is an incredible continuation to the series, I love how this book threw a wonderful selection of twists and turns into the storyline, you have not one but three budding romances and a whole compliment of disasters and complications to keep you turning the pages and trying to guess what happens next. This is a great series and I cant wait to see what happens next.
If you enjoy fun characters, Hunks of Alien men, love, action and adventure then this book is most definitely for you.

Warrior's Bride

Another great story in the series, this story is Keiko and Shar Jalon's story, I was a little confused in the beginning of this book but it all became apparent about 1/3 of the way in so if you are a fan of the series and get a little confused at the beginning just keep reading and it will all become clear, time paradoxes you gotta love them.
If you enjoy a story with fun, excitement, love and a few plot twists to keep you thinking then this book is for you.

I was thoroughly amused in the sense as to how poorly this story (the first book) was thought out. A poor, little rich girl Rose, the ambassador's daughter, hacks into the alien's spaceship unknowingly and then ends up speaking directly to the leader himself? And of all the topics they discuss, she talks about kissing and getting drunk? Rose's character traits read like a very immature, high school student. She goes against her father's wishes concerning his job, and was unaware of what kind of conditions her best friend lived in because she had never been to her house before (what does that say about a friendship?). She has to take her BFF with her because what would a poorly written romance fic be without a gaggle of BFF's following the heroine and there is also the obligatory chapter of girl's night out, doing each other's hair and exclaiming over how they need help choosing the correct outfit which has no bearing whatsoever on the actual story and is simply drivel filler.

The writing was juvenile at best and a lot of the elements were boring. Alien men sitting around and gossiping about their possible mates like females do was just sad. One of the aliens makes a comment about how their society does not partake in alcohol very often, but then offers to run to his room to share some type of whiskey, so they can become comfortable with drinking. There was some half-axed kidnapping scene where the alien swoops in to save the [stupid] heroine and that was where I left the story, unable to handle the housewife fantasy style of writing.

Vague, unfinished stories and author forces you to email lists for content

I can only really comment on Ambassadors Bride, as I did not finish the rest. The story was hurried along, skipping a lot of detail and ended wholly unfinished. The books are novellas (which I didn’t realize before delving in) and I suppose they are meant to simply be sweet, stand-alone quick reads with an HEA. The story itself was sweet, but lacking entirely too many details and development for my tastes. I probably would have given it 3 stars if it weren’t for the following:
In the box set, at first I thought the second book would continue the unfinished first story but unfortunately I was mistaken. By the time I got to the second installment ‘Fire Princess”, it showed only PART 2....ummmmm WTF? I actually had to sign up for the e-mail newsletter just to be able to download the first half of the book! I do NOT appreciate it when authors force you to e-mail lists. There are plenty of authors I follow on Amazon, but I don’t wish to be on a list like that. I don’t care if there’s no spam or not-it’s intrusive and ridiculous for an author to withhold content you thought you had already paid for! I will never read this author’s works again solely for that fact...well, and the material and writing style aren’t really to my personal tastes. I’m upset that I’ve wasted so much time on this endeavor and didn’t even get through the series. Never.again.

This is a very enjoyable series with a different take on Alien romance. Earth has become almost completely uninhabitable with everyone now living underground because corporations have destroyed the surface. The aliens lost most of their women to a terrible plague and now are negotiating trade goods in exchange for earth women. There are different types of aliens and even a planet of clones. If you like space opera, sci-fi. aliens and romance then this is the series for you.
I was given Advanced copies of these 5 books and am freely and voluntarily writing this review.

Wasn't too bad

The series wasn't too bad. I definitely wouldn't read the stories separately. I thought it was just about women finding love in the galaxy. It was a little more than that. I felt the whole story, throughout the series, revolved around Shar. Like it was the saga of Shar finally finding love. He was pretty much in all of the stories and played a major roll in each book. I just felt sometimes the whole story would go in some weird direction leaving to scratch my head and feeling confused. Otherwise a good story.

Too much jumping in time and perspective.

The first book is ok but a lot of jumping from person's perspective to another. However, the second book starts in the middle of nowhere and isn't a continuation of first book. The next book are just as hard to follow as it jumps around in some cases even jumping in time and repeating some scenes. And at 56% you get to bonus content so books in description are barely more than half!

If you enjoy reading sci-fi books with loads of spicy heat...then this set is definitely for you. Each selection in this set is well written, and certain parts of each book in this box set includes rather explicit sexual encounters, so be prepared to sweat a little as you make your way through this series.

Five Star

I gave a rating of five star because I thoroughly enjoyed the series. I started with Fire Princess Opt and then went on to this series. The women in this series find alien males devoted to them. If human males were devoted to human females, the divorce rate would drop to zero!

Loved this series and Earth girls rock. !!!!

I realized I had read all these books quite some time ago, all purchased separately. I love the funny communication differences the cultures produced. These books have it all. Different aliens, kidnapping, political intrigue and all managed within the throes of love. Remarkable!

Celestial Mates

Wonderful storytelling with lots of twists and turns. When women are more prolific than men by 4 to 1 sometimes you have to look elsewhere for a mate. These women look way out and find the lives of their lives.

Boxed set.

I really enjoyed these stories. You could find many different books in this set to read to your hearts content. I am still upset with the last book in the set, it left me with an unfinished story that I don't know how to find to complete.

Celestial Mates Complete Series

This started out as one series, and then devolved into a completely different series! What's worse, neither series was completed! Why do author's do this? Disappointing.

Awesome

I really enjoyed this series. It was a little confusing towards the end of the 4th story and the beginning of the 5th. Also the Celestial Mate books ended at 50% and there was some short stories at the end which I didn't care for.

Some very interesting stories. A lot of silly mistakes that made me stop and reread to understand. The author says you can get prequels to a couple of the books, but that's not true.
