Logan
Moving out of the apartment I shared with my brother could have been a disaster. After making the decision only weeks before the start of school, I'm forced to sign a lease to sublet a place with a roommate I've never met. Adam doesn't seem like a serial killer, and he is the star pitcher of the school baseball team, so I guess I'm safe. Except for the fact that my body can't seem to understand that he's straight and not interested in someone like me.

Adam
Getting cheated on by the girl I was supposed to be moving in with sucked, but having to find a new place only weeks before the start of school added a layer of awful I didn't want to deal with. Thankfully the guy I end up rooming with seems cool, but there’s something about Logan that makes me question everything I've ever thought about myself. I've always been attracted to women, so why can't I get my handsome roommate out of my head?

** This is Book 3 in my Robson Brothers series. It can be read as a standalone, and there is no cheating or cliffhanger.

*This book is intended for an 18+ audience and is a male/male story of love and romance. It contains graphic and frequent scenes/depictions of sex. Please be sure this is the right book for you before reading.

I DNF Healing Him by this author, due to some pet peeves with the plot. So when this one came out for free it was the perfect opportunity to give this author another chance. And it was just what I needed after a heavy week.

It was light, relatively low angst and there was none of the repetitive back and forth relationship drama that so often appears in dual POV romances.

While the basic plot is nothing new, I still enjoyed it for what it was. The MC became real friends and there were several hot scenes interspersed throughout. I haven't read any others in the series but this can definitely be read as a standalone and has an ok HFN, as the story continues with other couples in the group.

Recommended if you want something nice and easy.

This is the third book in the Robson Brothers series and features Logan and Adam. Contrary to the first two books in the series this is an M/M story.
Logan and Adam are roommates in college. Logan is gay and Matt is straight, or so he thinks. Living in close quarters with Logan has Matt reconsidering his sexuality.
A.T. Brennan has written a wonderful coming-of-age story about two boys falling in love. She captures college life perfectly and the characters are coming to life on the pages. By reading the inner thoughts of Logan and Adam I got a clear picture of their personalities and their struggles. Like any other college kid, they are a mixture of maturity and insecurity. The pressure of their family, peers, and school is sometimes too much and making them the wrong decisions. They grow up fast, though, and they learn what is really important in their life.
It was a surprise that Adam takes his sexuality in stride. It is more the coming out he has trouble with and understandably so. Logan is a sweet guy who certainly gets Adam but he won’t accept everything from him. I loved how Logan and Adam grow closer step by step. There are some misunderstandings but they are not dragged on endlessly. They were dealt with rather quickly which emphasizes the development of their characters.
This is the third book in the Robson Brothers series but can be read as a standalone. If you want to read about the romance between Matt and Avery, and Jake and Paige, you have to read the first two books.

MM Romance
Bi-Awakening Roommates
2.5 stars

This was a tad lackluster and very superficial but it’s a novella so I guess that makes sense. The best part were the sex scenes but I never bought these two fell in love with each other especially so fast. I didn’t like how one of the MC’s was pressuring the other to come out. Yes, it sucks to be kept a secret but he played sports and it was understandable considering he’d never been with a guy before. I’d be scared too! I didn’t read the other books in this series because they are MF and even though a lot of characters from those books were mentioned, I never felt like I was confused so this is definitely a stand-alone.

The best part of this book besides the sex scenes is the cover. I liked the cover more than the actual book 😂

HOT, SEXY, and HEARTWARMING!

Wow, I thought this story was AMAZING! So well written. Logan and Adam were just **sighs** perfect and everything I needed in this story! I couldn’t put it down and am so thrilled I picked it up! This is the first book I have read by A.T. Brennan, but it will NOT be the last! This is the third book in the Robson Brothers Series, but I was able to read it as a stand-alone. I am defiantly going to go back and read the first two books in the series!

If you are a lover of M/M reads I HIGHLY suggest picking this one up! I absolutely loved it!

Well.......

Way too cheesy at times and IMO read like the MF books I use to read. Also, I felt that the everything that developed between the two MCs happened at light speed; thus blah ending.

Hot! Hot, hot, hot and very loving and sweet! I was hooked the moment I started reading. Logan was funny, self-deprecating, and a great guy. Adam was a strong and although an athlete, a very understanding about the way other's lived their life and didn't judge anyone. From the moment Logan and Adam met, there was electricity between them that they couldn't deny and it set the pages on fire. I couldn't put the book down once I started reading it and I found myself wanting more of Logan and Adam's story, even though the book itself was satisfying and made me smile several times as I read it. Only You is a wonderful must-read!!

Really liked this one a lot! The sex scenes were very smexy as well ^^ So much that i hope the author write another m/m- maybe Jax?? ^^ Or maybe does a new series with m/m couples. This is the first book from this author that i have read and I look forward to read other m/m novels the author has previously written or will, in the future! I enjoyed the writing and the pace of the story and the main MC's were very likable. Definitely recommend this! I never read the first two as it was m/f, but even though the main MC's from both novels appear in this book, i never found myself lost when they did. You can definitely read this as a standalone IMO. One of my favorite characters was Avery. She was a great friend and always reminded Logan of his values and looked out for his best interest. 4.5 stars for me :)

I really enjoyed this book. It was quite surprisingly an amzing read. There is drama, there is anguish, there is acceptance, and there is love. What more could a reader want. I truly loved this book.

Logan messed up really bad last year on his finances and now he has decided that he will do whatever is necessary this year to not follow in the same destructive path again. The first step is finding a new apartment and moving out of his brothers house so he and his girlfriend can have more space. Logan found the perfect place that is affordable and will allow him to save and now he has an unknown roommate that turns out to be none other than Adam, star pitcher for the baseball team.

Adam is intrigued with Logan from the beginning. There is something different about Logan and Adam does not understand why he is affecting him in the way that he is. Adam has never been attracted to guys before but there is no denying that he is completely attracted to Logan.

Before he even realizes what he is doing Adam kisses Logan. It by far the best kiss either man has had. Though both men want the other they try to ignore he feelings between them but it becomes impossible to do so. Both decide to play it by ear and continue to explore with one another on the agreement that no one else will know because Adam does not and is not ready for others to know.

As time goes on and the closer these two men get, it gets harder and harder for both to keep denying their feelings. Only problem is Adam still does not want anyone else knowing and Logan does not want to be a dirty little secret. Can these two figure out where to go from here or is their new found relationship doomed?

This book has both ups and downs but it is truly an eye opening read. It is not easy being in love and definitely not easy win in love with someone who is in the closet. It is struggle for both men but if they can figure things out they may just have something special between them. Nicky Spencer did an amazing job on this book and I look forward to more books by this author in the future.

What a great read!! This is book 3 of the series but can be read as a stand alone. I have not read book 1 or 2 yet, but I plan on going back to read those as well since I loved this one so much. I am a huge M/M fan and this one hit all the spots that I love.

Written as a multi pov with a HEA.

I fell in love with both Logan and Adam. They are both college students in need of a new place to live. They end up as room mates and the attraction between these two is electric! Sparks fly, passions ignite, and a roller coaster of emotions can be found throughout this book. I admit, there towards the end, I even shed a tear or two. I had heart twinges, a few lol moments, and a few chair squirming moments cause these two were hot when they got between the sheets!

The characters were really strong characters and were well written. The story line flowed nicely, and the descriptions to details were done well. They were not over done and were easy to visualize. The dialogue flowed nicely and was easy to follow. There were a few times I had to back track to see who was doing the actual talking or who's pov it was, but it didn't disrupt the story too much.

All in all, this is a fantastic book and I hope to see more M/M books by A.T. Brennan cause this was done really well.

Would I recommend this book? Yep!

Would I read more from this author? Yes!

I want to jump straight in and say I really, really enjoyed reading this book. I went in not knowing much about the story as I'd not read the previous books in the series but as soon as I started it, I was hooked and knew it was going to be a great read. I love reading about newly awakened sexual feelings, especially if it's done well like this one. Logan and Adam are thrown together when Logan needs a room mate when he has to move out from his brothers place, enter Adam, college athlete, fresh out out of a relationship with his girlfriend and now needs a place to live. They get on like a house and fire and Adam begins to have feelings for his new room mate, I thought these were dealt with sensitively and realistically by the author and I thought it had great bi representation. I loved watching them fall in love. It wasn't easy, by any means, they really had to fight for it but they really were perfect for each other. I loved their nights in where they just watched TV, eat good food and just enjoyed each other. I was squeeing at these scenes!
You can definitely read this as a standalone and if you like a story of two young, likeable men falling for each other, with plenty of red hot and meaningful encounters, you'll enjoy this immensely. Give it a go!

When I chose to read this book I did it solely based on the blurb provided. I liked the sound of it. A straight (pun intended) forward novel with a HEA - just what the doctored ordered for a rainy evening cooped up inside with hot chocolate and my kindle. I took a chance because the author was new to me...and I have no regrets.

The writing is excellent with a storyline that flows nice and easy without being forced or akward at all. Her characters are well developed with the needed flaws added to make them easy to relate to and to make them real. There's nothing worse than overly perfect characters to make a story seem false. That is not the case here.

This book is the third in a series but it can easily be read as a standalone. Personally I have not read the first two books at this time but it had no impact on my enjoyment of Only You. I will definitely be giving this author a closer look.

I'm glad this author crossed over to the dark side, I don't read m/f books, so I haven't come across her before. This is book 3 in the series, and the first two are m/f, Jay and Matt already have their HEA, now it's Logan's turn. He gets a roommate who's straight, the starting pitcher on their college team, and at 6'1 he's the local star. Pretty quickly Adam starts to question his blossoming feelings for his gay roomie. I like that he didn't fluff around, there was minimal angst, but the sex was over the top hawt.. had to fan myself... we got couch scenes, shower scenes, and of course bedroom as well. Congrats to the author, this was a highly entertaining book. I'm not promising to read the next one of its hetero, but I would seriously consider it just to see how the boys are doing.

I really enjoyed Adam and Logan's story! There is so much chemistry between these two, wow. Logan is so funny and lovable, and Adam is not what some think a typical college athlete is like. He is understanding and tolerant of others' lifestyles. The connection between Logan and Adam hooked me from the beginning. The book is sweet, sexy, and engaging. I also liked the side characters as well. I have not read any other books in this series, but I did not feel like it took anything away from my enjoyment of this book. This was my first book by A.T. Brennan, and I will definitely be reading more in the future!

I love this beautiful and romantic story. Very sweet and emotional storyline that kept me hooked from beginning to end. I could not put it down. Logan and Adam are such great characters with incredible, undeniable chemistry and they are so good together. I love watching their relationship grow throughout the book and I really like how everything comes together. Wish I could say more but I don't want to give away the story! This is a definite MUST READ!!

I honestly state my opinion, but I'm happy for the author that so many people liked this book. It is a run-of-the-mill m/m story, simply written and with many repetitions. One MC _suddenly_ (no comment) realises that he is bisexual when he rooms with another openly gay student. «It contains graphic and frequent scenes/depictions of sex.»: to be taken literally, because once they decide to have sex, they do it very often, over many boring pages, where everything is awesome and the best ever. Curiosity: the word «fuck/fucked» appears 243 times in some 180 pages.

I really enjoy straight to gay books. A.T. Brennan does a beautiful job allowing the reader to experience the character's range of emotions. Logan and Adam were both lovable and believable. The sex was HOT. I did not read the first two books by this author and was able to connect to each of the characters fine. I will definitely read more by her.

Wow!!!

First off I loved it. Great characters and a sweet romance. To be honest though, my most favorite thing about the book was how you made sure the characters and readers really understood what bisexuality means and the common misconceptions as well as the struggles that go with it. Though its getting better, there still are those who don't understand anything but straight and gay. Thank you A.T. Brennan for shining a light on this.

I really wanted to like this book. And I did, one the positive, it’s an easy quick read. Or huge negative, that this is a problem for a lot of straight women writing stories they have no business writing, unless they do a ton of research with bi people, they tend to get a lot wrong with bi relationships. This book was not as infuriating as most. But one thing, no queer person should be pressuring another to come out. A queer person comes out from themselves not their partners.

This is the third book of the series (I haven't read the first two), but it reads well as a standalone

This was a sweet, easy read with no angst and a super fluffy HFN ending.

A little too 'rose-tinted glasses' at times, but for a curl up and read on a lazy afternoon, perfectly entertaining.

Sweet and sexy

The story was a short tale of two hot guys falling for each other. One is out and proud and the other is closeted and bi. The story is a sweet one where love conquers all, but it felt a little rushed. I wish there might have been more character development for the two love birds and their seemingly fun entourage.

Kind of a standard GFY/bisexual-awakening tale in a college setting with one of the MCs needing to come out of the closet. Neither great nor bad. Just standard. I liked it, but it is not exceptional.

There were quite a few grammatical errors as well as lie/lay errors.
