Things have gotten hot and oh so heavy in this book. It starts out with poor Karli going crazy, she can’t figure out who she wants is it Leo or is it Vance?? She’s going through the stages of her immortality and one of them is increased sexual drive, like she needs one with all these fine men everywhere she looks.
She won’t see either of them without Erica with her because she doesn’t trust herself around them.
Then one day while she’s at work and in walks this beautiful vampire and HER NAME IS THE SAME as Lance’s ex-wife. She doesn’t understand what’s going on all she knows is that women is truly evil.
In this book you watch Karli try to figure out who her heart belongs to, deal with a crazy ex, and get her heart broken. Maria is hell bent on making Vance and Leo’s life hell and she knows the best way to do that is by going after Karli.
She’s also trying to sever the relationship between her and her maker Leo.
There is a lot of action in this book but not so much that you can’t follow along HAPPILY!! I will admit I got mad at Karli during this one though. She is heartbroken and livid with Vance and I am a woman I get it but, forgiveness is what she needs right now.
I also don’t think I like Erica anymore because she is blaming Karli for something that is not her fault. This book paved the way to what I know will be an amazing next book!

This was a good continuation of the author's series! Karli is still torn between Vance and Leo, but boy oh boy, does Vance mess up big time! I was so happy to see her run off to Leo (team Leo)! One person that really started to annoy me was Erica and her change from "great friend" to "jealous idiot". After everything that happened to them both, I can't believe she has the nerve to blame Karli and push her out of her life in the blink of an eye. It just seems out of line, but then again, once Erica's crush on Vance is brought to light, it makes sense as to why.
The ending was quick, leaving me wanting more! I enjoyed book two very much and I can't wait for the third book in the series!

I was SO happy when this book finally came out, eager to continue Karli's story. I enjoyed the book up to about 70% in, when I realized that there was no way this book could be resolved in the amount left to read.
This book was entirely too short, I needed so much more to feel satisfied about leaving Karli's world behind until the next installment.
I really wanted to give this book at least one more star but I am held back because I never got to a point of resolution in this installment. I need to go read something happy now...

Review: I was given this book from Sunshine and Mountains book blog for an honest review. I enjoyed the first book in this series and was happy I had the second one to continue with. I hate being left on a cliff. Karli is having a hard time with her hormones being crazy and she can’t decide between two men and her magic is still a mystery to her. Then a stranger comes into her life. Could things get any more complicated??? She wants so many things and is struggling with her immortality that is approaching. This book has twists and turns and leaves you wanting some more. I can’t wait for the next book. I give this book an A-. The first one was my favorite! It was good though!

Ugh ... just take my heart and rip it into a million pieces ... Please tell me that was a preminition not a dream ... please!!!
There are so many parts of this book that I just wanted to scream at the characters ... and as of right now I am not a fan of Erica .. I have bad feelings about what she might do in her emotional state ...
But now I have to wait how long till the next book .. A year ... really!

This second book in the series is as good as the first, although a few less adult content scenes. This story is of a past ex of Vance’s that resurfaces and causes issues for Vance, Karli, and her friend Erica. Leo is also a part of this story too. I really enjoy this story line and the characters. This book has a lot of strong feelings in it that at some parts makes it tough to read, you really feel for the characters. Love it all, can’t wait to start reading the third book in this series, Finding Faerie.

This was another great book but my only thing was the formatting for the kindle version was a little off and some things that should have been in italics were not right. Otherwise it was another great book and oh man do I HATE Maria!!
This is a great series that I think I will continue and can't wait to see what happens next. I just hope that Karli gets figured out who she wants since I like Vance but Leo is also appealing too.

So after this 2nd book I still must say Karli is grinding my last nerve. I still enjoy the story line and all of the other characters in the book. This is a fun sexy read, The love triangle between the vampire, warlock/fairy and Karli continued ... and it remained as hot as ever. Throw in an ex-wife ... and it got a little more tangled.

The drama continues as Karli's feelings continue to pull her in two different directions trying to choose between Vance and Leo. Also, psychotic Maria, Vance's exes wife, continues to wreak havoc as she stalks Karli. This story continues to evolve into a more interesting tale while steadily entertaining with its quick-witted humor. I can't wait to read the next episode. Great story!!!

I generally liked the plot of the whole series.
But I absolutely did not like the heroine.
She is probably the most frustrating female lead character I have ever read in a book.
She is very immature, insensitive, jumps to conclusions, indecisive, borderline cheater, and so on.
Side characters also do not add much.

I enjoyed this book & looking forward to the next one. Karli has a lot going on...all the time. Two men & now an upset bestie but want till you meet Maria. Just WOW!! I’m sure things will work. ;)

I found Laura Lee by chance....and i binge read the entire Pixie Dust series in like 2 days. I absolutely love this series. I cannot wait for the rest of the series to be released.

Despite being over 200 pages, I read this book in under 2 hours it was that good. I enjoyed it immensely. Straight into book 3.

This time, they have to deal with a crazy vampire, Maria, who has a history with Leo and Vance. Karli is caught up in the middle because her relationships with the two sexy alpha males.
Karli's immortality is near and her hormones are out of control. She can't decide between the two men in her life. With the crazy vampire Maria in town, she will do everything to break Karli's heart and friends around her.
Another crazy sequel to the first book and it's amazing! The prologue of this book cracked me up and I love this bit.
So, I guess that brings us back to the present: A girl with a best friend, two boys, and a vibrator. And so the story continues...
How can I not love this book? The author is quite funny. The story, this time, is sadder than the first. I still can not move on of what happened between Karli and Vance. To be honest, I was so sad and frustrated. I wanted to scream at Karli. But, I am not losing hope. TEAM LEO!
Things have gotten dark in this book. More drama about the past and Karli found out why Leo and Vance hate each other. I hated Karli for choosing Vance just because of what Leo did in the past about Maria. I think It is not a good thing that she just suddenly decided that Vance is the man just because she feels sorry for him. I was so frustrated and angry. On the other hand, Leo accepted it without even saying bad things to her and he still acted the same towards her despite her decisions.
Karli also found out about the relationship of her parents to Vance. It was quite surprising.
Albeit this is a short story, you can not complain about the action, romance, funny part and sexy scene going on. It's amazing so I gave it another 5 STARS.

Why is this woman always yelling? Why? She screams, she shrieks, she just can't have a normal conversation in normal tones. And she's always either fighting or horny and wanting to have sex. My head hurts. Seriously. I cannot stand one more exclamation point. This book, these characters really drain me emotionally. Messy, childish and simply grueling at times. Uh. And can I just say her romantic situation between Vance and Leo is just disgusting right now? Vance suddenly going all friendly with Erica is even worse. The whole conversation in how Eri can't be with Karli now because it reminds her of everything that happened? Yeah. I'm not buying that Erica.
Which only reminds me of Karli having sex with Vance to forget things too at the end. Should I just call you a slut and be done? Specially considering she left him asleep in bed right afterwards and then ran right to Leo. Poor Leo. Really. I don't know what he sees in her. She's obnoxious, insecure, loud and dumb. I just can't...not anymore. This book is even worse than the first. No character evolution at all. In fact, it appears they actually went backwards emotionally.

Hello Frustration
Lord this book frustrated the mess out of me. I'm going to dive straight to the point if you haven't read the first book you won't completely understand what I'm saying. First off Karli is one the most annoying lead characters I have ever read about. Her feelings for both Leo and Vance are so twisted she'd confuse anyone. Girl pick one, see where it goes and if it doesn't work out then go for the other, sounds good right?
Second, what kind of friend is Erica anyway? I mean the girl takes off and marries some guy she's known for like a week. Obvious to her best friends drama. Then after her best friend is attacked by her husband who by the way never wanted her, she accuses her best friend of being the problem. Not to mention it looks like Erica wants Vance, bad. I wanted to drop kick that girl and then punch Karli for taking it.
Overall I good series I'll tune in to the next book of course. But Lee all this switching back and forth is going to give me whiplash. Karli needs to pick a guy and stick with him!!

2nd Book in series – oh, ya!
This book is magnificent. I like the back stories on the characters and the tie ins. We get to know some new characters and some surprising changes in some characters we thought we knew.
Wow, becoming an immortal fairy is not something that I would want to do, between the sleep patterns, the hunger for food and the out of control hormones, not something that I would want to do. Karli is doing her best to figure out her magic, yet there is so much that she doesn’t know.
I like the way the story is going and learning about how fairy magic works is so interesting. I also appreciate that Karli is a strong minded, competent woman. I think that Maria Alexander should watch her back once Karli is immortal, Maria maybe in trouble.
I can’t wait for the next book….

I was a little bit disappointing in this book. Karli seem just a little to fickle going from one man to another. Leo and Vance I'm sure are getting fed up too. How she can be mad at one and jump in the sack with him almost immediately. While acting like she likes the other. Vance's ex shows up and all hell breaks loose. To much sex and romance and not enough story. Hope the next book is better

Wow, this isn't a long book at wall but the amount of happenings will leave your head spinning! I was completely enthralled with the whole book and need more! Karli had made a choice but that's now gone sideways and her bff is acting wall kinds of weird. The only true and loyal one left is Leo and what a hunk! Ms. Lee does a great jovb south her story telling!

Couldn't wait for this book to come out and it did not disappoint with all the twists and turns, I love the characters! Am a little worried about what Erica is up to but I can't wait for the next book to come out! I hope it comes out sooner then next year! Cause I don't know if I can wait that long!

Even though these aren'texactly dreadful , they aren't good either . The concept isn't poor but the execution leaves a lot to be desired . Everything is "screamed" and I would pay someone to permanently sew up her mouth .

I liked how the story moved forward in the second book though Karli and her wishy washy attitude started to annoy me. This was a bit of a quicker read than I expected. I am looking forward to the next book to see how it all ends. I'm still torn about who she should be with, so I can understand how she's torn. But I do not understand guys who would be willing to wait for one woman that long.

I was so excited to read this as I really enjoyed the first book. Boy was I disappointed in this story. I don't mind a love triangle but Karli acted ridiculously clueless in this. I don't know if I will read the third book.
