I’m a single dad who works with my hands. Ladies don’t exactly line up at my door. My life is hard work and tea parties with my daughter, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

But then I meet her. The mystery woman in my elevator. She’s bright and beautiful, full of sadness and snark.

We have wild sex in that elevator. As dawn breaks, I’m supposed to kiss her goodbye and go back to my wonderful, everyday life.

But I have the feeling things could be a lot more wonderful with her.

Too bad I don’t even know who she is.

July Dawson has done it again! She is such a master at combining a sweet love story with sexy, steaming hot love scenes! Finn and Julia just fit together so well; he’s everything she never even realized she needed, and she’s just the one to fill that hole in his (and Penny’s) life. So much emotional depth, such beautifully emotional and sexy encounters – and that’s hard to do, since most of them were in unusual settings! Loved the inclusion of secondary characters, too. Hope Ms. Dawson will do a story for Sophie soon! I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.

Lots of passion and emotion in this short read. Julia was rich and the owner of the building and she is in tears. She flees to the elevator and finds herself in the consoling arms of Finn, who is her super. Talk about hot and steamy sex scenes but also a sweet love story. This book was well written with a engaging and emotional storyline, not to mention great characters. Finn and Julia just seemed to go together and fill the hole in each other's hearts. I received an arc copy of this book and voluntarily chose to write a review.

This is a wonderful sweet quick read, Finn meets Julia in an elevator and what starts as a one night stand finally ends up being more.

Likable characters, smooth flowing story. Had me smiling to myself like a crazy person at parts.
