I love to read and I like to read books from many different genres. Vampires is one of my favorites so when I saw this book, I knew right off the bat that I wanted to read it. This is my first book that I read written by Cassandra Michaels and didn't know what to expect. The book is a good read, short, predictable and to the point. Destiny is the main character who is a college outsider, she hasn't dated and she does not wear anything that isn't black. She first meets William online and they plan a blind date since he doesn't live far from her. They go to a club where another man named Leo comes to her and tells her she is in danger and she needs to get out of the club so they get into his car. He explains that they are vampires and do not like each other. So needless to say, Leo wants to protect her from William but his family won't help him do so unless she is a vampire. Then Leo needs her to help becaause he ends up drinking too much blood and they agree to be together. As I said, to the point but good. If you are like me and read different genres of books or you love a good vampire read every once in a while, give this book a try. It may be just what you are looking for. I was asked to give my honest opinion after reading this book and in doing so, I received the book for free. Enjoy
