After being implicated in a murder she didn’t commit, Isla Blevins seeks sanctuary on the one planet where the Alliance can’t reach her. On Earth, she’s the heiress to a fortune, but on Xenthian, she’s an outsider without a single credit to her name. Heartbroken over the loss of her mother, afraid she could be next, and not knowing who to trust, she can’t imagine how things can get much worse.
Krytos triplets Slade, Bastian, and Knox Cadell have a plan—find the human scroll wanted for murder, return her to Earth, and collect the bounty. It’s simple, easy, no muss, no fuss. After all, how much trouble could one female cause?
Then the universe throws them a curveball in the form a beautiful redhead with a big heart and the sweetest smile. Unconvinced of her guilt, they set out to clear her name, but proving Isla’s innocence to the Alliance turns out to be more difficult than they could have ever imagined.
With time running out and danger at every turn, can the brothers save the woman they love, or will Isla forever be branded an outlaw?
Born with a silver tongue and a pen in her hand, Kali spends her days crafting scandalous romances filled with flawed heroes and kick-ass heroines. When she's not writing, she can be found curled up in her favorite chair with a good book and a steamy cup of coffee.
Self-proclaimed introvert and supporter of the selectively social, Kali currently resides in North Texas with her insane family, including two lazy dogs and one tragically misunderstood cat.
Hmmm, to start, it was very 'jumpy' to skip thru all the bits that were covered or overlapping with previous books and I hate that... so that was annoying... and I'm afraid it might have tainted my reading pleasure. I guess I'll have to wait until I reread it when the next book is released. But it does tie up a few things from previous books, and opens up more plot and characters.
The whole series is based around lightning strike romances with little wasted time. And it works. This one didn't really work for me. It seemed confused, very simplistic (even for this type of series) and a bit jumpy all the way thru. If this was the first book I read in the series... I likely wouldn't be reading another. Plus, the price increase still bugs me, especially with this book.
I am a true fan of erotic sci fi, mix in menage and I’m all in for a bang of a read. 3013 series so far is a 14 book series with this new one just released. Loved it!!
Kali Argent just so fed my addiction of both genre’s triplet male Krytos all the same yet different. Theyve shared everything in life. The heartache, the fights, the struggle to make a life and they thought they shared love.
Isla is on the run and asked for sanctuary hoping that it will give her time to figure out how to clear her name. Being on the run though has left her broke and needing help from others. So finding out who is really behind the murder may just be a dream.
When you need to feed yourself and your crew the type of jobs you take become less important. The Krytos triplets are bounty hunters, who hasn’t had a lot of contracts. This new contract is a bit jankey to say the least but from their point of view beggars cant be choosy.
I loved chord!! and that’s saying a whole lot, I usually wont read books that has children in them. But Chord was so much fun. Seeing each brother’s personality unfold. Then there is the quiet sass that is Isla. Hot scenes, fun banter, a chari or two we’ve seen before. It was an awesome reading adventure! You could read it alone and still get the gist of the story. But you’ll have more fun reading the series!
This is a must read series! The characters are fully developed and interact with each other beautiful. They carry through out the series. Fabulous plot twists and turns that will keep you on the edge of your seat. Can't wait for the next book.
Kali brought together a bunch of individuals to make a fantastic story. Isla and Cord together makes a duo to end loneliness but when Slade, Knox, and Bastian come in it makes for a complete family. Then add the crew and you have a book. This is a must for all 3013 Series fans!!!!
This book with its ups and downs made my heart happy. Isla is falsely accused of murdering her mother and three brothers are attempting to arrest her for the bounty. So many twists and turns!
This is a review for books 12-14. I have enjoyed these a lot the only thing is sometimes in the books it jumps around and can be a little hard to follow. Otherwise pretty good read.
I love this series. Outlaw is a great addition. Isla Blevins finally gets her story told. Isla has been a background characters in the last few books, a little of her story being revealed. She now has a measure of safety on Xenthia. Her talent helped rescue Ivy and the other kidnapped women. She than found Elder Meadowlarks young son, who he had kept hidden, stealing his magic to heal himself. Isla and Cord rapidly form a tight mother and son bond.
The Csdell brothers, Alpha Slade, Knox, and Bastian, are bounty hunters. Isla is their newest contract. Her bounty will put them and their misfit crew in a good place for at least a year. When the find her on Xanthia, they start having second thoughts. The support she has from Ivy, the queen, her mate the king, and Elder Blue, make it hard for them to see her as a murderer.
When Isla nearly dies tying to help Malik and Reva Rego find his evil sister, it brings all their protective instincts out. Elder Blue sees they belong together and binds them with a spell, allowing them to feel each others emotions. Love Elder Blue, really hope he gets a story!
Bastian knows Isla is the one, and wastes no time in claiming her. Now Isla and Bastian plot to get his brother on board. They were torn apart by a female they thought was the one, and agreed to find separate mates. Isla and Bastian both know Knox and Slade love her. They just need to let go of the past and let her love them.
The brothers take Isla and Cord back to Earth to find the truth. Along the way, Knox falls, Slade walls himself off. Though Isla's love finally cracks the wall around his heart. When Isla proves time and again her love Slade finally let's go.
Loved Isla's story. Love the Cadell brothers. I fun fast paced and steamy story. I hope Kylie and Rakrsh get a story. Want to see Isla and her men take Ursa down. Can't wait for the next book!
Not my fave in the series but I really enjoyed myself...
Not my fave in the series but I really enjoyed myself... I wasn't sure if I was gonna Nina like the guys at 1st,w/ Isla There wasn't any worries she was a wonderful h, scar d and worried at all Inez like you'd be spect her to be but feisty and strong when she needed to be and I feel like she really grew into her own as the story progressed.... What I didn't enjoy was the "Mate drama" how all 3 wanted her way they seemed to claim her in shifts or stages ,stage one Bastien so quickly and easily it was like he was born to it,then stage 3 it felt like almost Knox bumbled and stumbled and almost seemed to purposely misunderstand Isla wanted all 3 of the males and Bastien WANTED to share... Deep sigh and then forever ago later Slade stops and starts, gains a clue and seems to lose a doz. and seems to claim Cord as his son before he claims Isla as his mate... Deep sigh, I know you got to have some drama and discord in a story, something to resolve but w/the h is accused of murder and it seems a big conspiracy afoot, who killed her Mom, etc. I think the whole issues didn't need to drag on almost the entire length of the book, Slade is a damn good male and I'm sure a strong Alpha but his hurts and pains starting w/his lousy parents are never truly stop being an issues for him.... At least not to some degree,I mean come on he loved her and her child and she mated his brothers it was totally inevitable that they would be together ,it wasn't good or interesting to me just frustrating and kinda boring... All that said ,I didn't love it but I'm glad I read it and I'm glad even w/Susan gone the stories continue... Thank you...
I enjoyed the plot the story. And adventure but it was so insta love which I hate but shade was my favourite only CUS he took longer to get with the program
I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book. Oh boy so far I think this one is my favourite from the complete series. This was an awesome addition to the series and once again Kali nails it. I have been addicted to the 3013 series from the very beginning so as soon as I know one is due to release I am on that pro-order one click as fast as fast as can be !!! As soon as I opened and started reading Outlaw, I was addicted. I couldn't put it down until that finally page. The characters jump out at you, the heat factor between our main characters is through the roof add in the action and adventure and its one read you don't want to miss. I can't wait to see what is next in store for us when it comes to the 3013 series.
Kali Argent continues this fantastic series with danger, drama, sizzling hot scenes surrounding the charismatic characters. As an ABSOLUTE FAN of this wonderfully portrayed and detailed storyline,I DEFINITELY WANT EVERYONE TO MAKE SURE THAT THEY HAVE THIS SERIES IN THEIR OWN LIBRARIES TO ENJOY OVER AND OVER AGAIN AS I HAVE REREAD THEM ALL! SO DON'T MISS OUT ON SUCH A GREAT COLLECTION OF AUTHORS WHO HAVE CREATED AND WRITTEN A FANTASTIC,AMAZING SERIES!! I just hope it's not going to be long before the next addition to this series is offered for our reading enjoyment!!
So I don't remember previous books being this bad, but this book had so many errors with typos, homonyms, and just plain messed up sentence structure. I can look past some, but when you're struggling to understand what the author is saying, it's rather a problem. The story itself was cute, if rather fluffy with everything just magically falling into place with the romance aspect. There wasn't as much depth to the characters as I'd like, particularly with bringing out the different personalities of the brothers. I still love this world and series, so I'll keep going but I was a bit disappointed with this one.
Love this series and it was great to finally get Isla's book. Totally loved it from start to finish. The only thing about this book that kind of pissed me of is the ending as it just ended with the heroine knowing where the assassin who killed her mother was and it would of been nice to see justice served. But it didn't. But still it was a great read and I still love this series.
Ilsa has been set up for the murder of her mother. She flees to Xenthian sanctuary. The brothers are bounty hunters sent to retrieve her. I enjoyed it immensely as each brother worked through his issues with Ilsa. The romance is fresh, and compelling as each man needs something different from their mate. It is always great to revisit the Dragon warriors, the warped world of the Elites, and the sanctuaries. Hoping there will be more soon.
I've been looking forward to Isla's book since her first appearance in this series and I wasn't disappointed. I loved the fact that she wasn't timid with the brothers, but let them know how she felt. I hope that we get Torren's book soon. My only complaint is that there were quite a few proofreading errors such as using they're instead of their.
This book was amazing! The whole series is great but this one you don't want to miss! The story has everything you could want in a book; action, suspense, comedy and lots and lots of romance. This author is one of my must reads. If you haven't read the other book in the 3013 series you are missing a treat!
I have read almost all of these books, a n d I love the story of them and the romance of the. This one in particular was really good it ha d mystery and romance. What more could you ask for?
I loved this new instalment of the 3013 series. A well written book. If you enjoy reading sci-fi romantic menage fiction then you will love this. Although it can be read as a standalone I think it is best to read the whole lot
another good series. set in the future it draws you in this is the last so far in the series but the characters all have something to do with others so you have to read in order otherwise you wont know what is going on
