I'm not an expert in sales, therefore I was looking for a book that introduced me to the field in a straightforward way. I was looking for a book that gave me the foundations of a selling pitch and how to manage my prospects. That is exactly what I found here; this book goes straight to the point, is highly practical and you can definitely apply this framework in the real world. For me was without a doubt, a highly valuable (and fast) reading.
"The salesperson with little talent, but with a fervent desire to be the best he or she can be, has a far greater chance of becoming successful than a highly talented, but unmotivated, salesperson" (x).
"The fastest way to lose business is not to ask for it" (133).
