Im touched by her honesty

It takes courage to write as genuine as Zoe wrote in this book. She seems to have a heart felt motivation to help her fellowman.

Buddhism 101

Too much Buddhist teaching. It is based on the assumption that if you just do thus or that then problem solving is a matter of self control and discipline. Humans have been struggling with the problems mentioned in this book since time began. I admit there are some good points, but sound bites rarely solve anything.

Worth the Read, goes quick.

Zoe personal story inspired me most of all in her book. I was really picking up what she was saying and had some good insight that I needed to hear. I don't feel the flow of the book felt professional but it was sincere and she seemed genuine in caring about helping the reader. It was a real quick read and worth the time to finish it.

The book that I was looking for.....

This is one of the book i would say I was looking for sometime. I stumbled upon this on the rainy day when looking for motivation, and it turned out be the treasure trove of ideas, journey, connection. I could not only understand the author but felt the emotions which happened after a long time. Thanks Zoe

Scatter brained

Author was all over the place. Too vague and not enough helps full advice. I appreciate the attempt but going from a cup off coffee to having a kid with a mental illness that was enough from me. Two totally different kinds of situations lady. Worst choice man, worst choice.

I find it's not really helpful for me because the author's advice is quite vague and general. Also, there're some short paragraphs about religion that show the author's lack of knowledge about this field. To my mind, she should be more careful when writing and showing her opinion about religious beliefs.

Short and to the point

This is a very good book. It just tells it the way it is and stays right on the point. It is very clear without any stretching out the facts. I highly recommend this book.
